What has this got to do with alpha maleshuh Cuz this 'boy' is definitely not an alpha male. An alpha male would never ask his woman for money. Never! He'd rather die hustling first. This boy is a beta male and a shyster. A 21st century wimp who sees nothing wrong in duping a gullible female of her little cash. A... A... I don't have the word for it!

This guy is a pussy, not an alpha male!
huh huh

I was talking about the alpha males on NL.

who does not know this one is a pussy.
Nairaland General › Re: I Am Sorry, Queens College Girls, Seni Oshifala by Teespice(f): 10:50am On Mar 23, 2016
I have asked people who once schooled at Queens college and they have said one common thing.

that the man is a serious pervert.

why the girls are currently on the defensive and defending him as if their lives depend on it is what really baffles me.

when I asked, I got another answer. The school has a reputation to protect.

what yeye reputation. even if the allegations levelled on the man are mere rumours, who will hear it and still send her ward to that school.

it is well sha. this life is a pot of rotten beans.

very funny.

modified.

the writer of this article made sense. people will choose to say all sorts because he has said the truth. this man held sway sha. imposing candidates on electorates. his wife and in law in the Senate. I recall saying that I wanted agbaje as lagos state Governor not because he's suited for the job but because tinubu has enough influence in the federal level and adding state to it would be disastrous.

what I didn't know was that he would fade into oblivion this quick. all his loyalists Don run comot. minister's appointment he had no say. let me not go into the positions of Senate president and speaker of house of reps as well. in fact, what saraki is going through now though he deserves it was spearheaded by tinubu for daring to defy him(i might be wrong though).

kudos should be given to him though for having the guts to challenge PDP (election wise) as well as unifying several political parties into what is known as APC today.

would I be wrong if I called him a political orphan?

would his silence be mistaken for someone who has already given up, a coward who cannot fight back or someone who is planning and strategising a comeback afterall he's not called lion of bourdillion for nothing.

only time would tell.

no problem.

find out what happened to Sudan when they split up and how one part is paying adversely for that mistake.

sometimes you people just talk and whip up sentiments without even thinking of the repercussions let alone aftermath of your actions.

nairalanders never cease to amuse me.

this man according to the press release has died in unlawful custody.

they are calling on the DSS to clarify the situation by producing his body for his family members to see whether dead or alive.

is this a case of bad reportage or a case of being mischievous or contradictory.

and gullible nairalanders will tag this as a PDP/APC thingy.

You're a lawyer now?
I'm happy for you.

If you knew your advice didn't apply to a tenant at will, why did you give it?

Concerning the six months, you should bear in mind it is not automatic (even when dealing with a yearly tenancy) and where it applies, it applies to an extant tenancy.

I sincerely hope you will not dispute the above.
okay.

Your advice doesn't apply to a tenant at will.

I singled you out cos I know you are or were very recently a law student. One has to be very careful that's all I'm saying.
Also, there is this mythical six months grace that most Nigerians have in their head. You shouldn't be part of those perpetrating that myth.
I know the advice does not apply to a tenant at will. it applies to a yearly tenant.

the "mythical" six months grace is provided for in relevant tenancy laws. it did not come out of the blue.

and I am not a law student. I am a lawyer.

My dear, refrain from giving advice unless you know exactly what you are doing.

OP is a tenant at will. Secondly I'm pretty sure there was no tenancy agreement.

I'm giving you hints.
I clearly understand your sentiments and I am well aware what a tenant at will entails.

I gave my advice based on the facts given. nothing inferred, added or subtracted.

it is left for the op to tell whether there was any agreement as to the occupation of the premises.

cheers.

Properties › Re: My Landlord Wants To Throw Me Out! Please Help! by Teespice(f): 11:20am On Mar 17, 2016
first of all you are a yearly tenant which means that your landlord going by the provisions of the tenancy laws of lagos state is meant to give you six months notice. he ran foul of that when he gave you five days notice. you are not a weekly tenant na. weekly tenants even get seven days notice.

him resorting to self help by threatening to call OPC as well as blocking certain areas of the house with brick is trespass on your landlords part. you can sue him for damages. a tenant has certain rights one of which is freedom from unreasonable disturbances and right to privacy as well as the right to use and enjoy the common areas of the house which in this case is the back door.

he has no right to disconnect your electricity nor your water supply. it is a clear breach of his obligations as a landlord.

you have a good case against him.

hope this helps. cheers.

I believe tramadol is a drug that should not be sold over the counter and one buying it has to show a doctor's prescription, but trust greedy pharmacists, they want to always make money at the expense of someone's health.

my bro took tramadol once for headache and he said that it messed him up. I also know someone who has died as a result of using this same drug.

thank God for you op. I hope one or two persons learn from your ordeal.
