Hi everyone I need to rent a car with air conditioning for a month. I'm not in the country at the moment but plan arriving in a week. And dont think my car will arrive maybe in a month or 2. Can anyone suggest private person or company renting cars? I dont want a driver.  I'm an home owner in Lagos and that should be some sort of security for the rental company or individual. Must be nice car oh! No point with bangers when I can just go out there and buy one with 500 to 600k but it makes no sense if i will have to sell it again with big loss within two months when my car arrives.

Even when I go to my village though I'm Lagosian (Epe) bottled water are available. 80 naira for the big one. I'm ok with 2 of that a day. And sells almost the same rate you buy them in Europe! You have to split the cost. You can't compare how much you eat and live with in Europe to the cheap living standards in Africa lai lai. Though in African you need to compensate for gas in generator and gas in Nigeria is even kinda cheap compared to some countries. Food more affordable

Me and my woman may be spending 1month+ in Naija in Summer and the list to worry about is water and electricity. My Naija home is got good water and standby generator. You can get affordable water purification system in the house, and buy dispenser water for drinking; that shouldnt be excuse. And obviously I'll like to spend my old age in Naija regardless. My travels so far has been smooth. Abroad I dont ever have problems its like walk through. But from Naija the immigration ppl here are my own problem. They ask me questions that annoys me like asking to show them proof or documents i obtained my visa with or what business I do. I remember one time coming back from World cup last year from South Africa and I did a lot of shopping for the family then the immigration guy here was asking me for bribe and I was like look i shopped with all my money I have nothing. Then he told me frankly that he could make me wait here for the next 24hrs that best i could do is just to co-operate then i asked what was wrong. Then he told me all cloths from abroad that i'm bringing into naija was contraband blah blah shit. That why should I shop abroad; aren't there shops in naija, i was so mad at this dude later he asked for 10k naira but shame on me I later called him outside and gave him 1k naira after he told other officers i was clear to go. Since then I always keep naira in my pocket when going so i can bribe stupidos on landing

Hi everyone this thing baffles me. I've just been told my ATM machine wont work and I'm abroad and dont plan to come home till March and I seriously depend on my GTB Mastercard abroad. I just paid some bills and left with less than $20 thinking I got it all handled with my GTB Card. Can anyone working in GTB help update account at-least allow my internet banking and ATM till I come ? What type of rubbish is this self. They should just do it in such a way customers could just update information online. This is shitty anyways.
