Well regardless your argument about my name seem to mean that if someone has a Yoruba name he must be worshiping a Yoruba god or be into a Yoruba religion. You still dont get the logic I guess. What I'm trying to bring up in essence is that some people worship blindly and they have the rights to know the foundation of their religion and the truth behind it. What more can I say to open your eyes? Would Jesus posses 4 JETS? Would he build a university that the average man can't afford to send his kids even though his own money is part of the donations the schools was built with? Aren't those schools built with your offerings? Do you know pastors pay bribes within the church and lobby to get themselves transferred to big parish where there are rich members? Where is the meekness or the Christ-like-living? When Jesus got to the church and saw them doing business he was angry , I think he will be angrier this time around because the business are now huge corporations.

The average Nigerian grew up brainwashed either by their parents, home videos or generally by the environment. Can you imagine someone praying to God for things that normally a white man will never pray for? i.e God let NEPA bring the light today oh! , I bet with you when things get better in this country the church will get less patronage as there will be lesser people seeking solace. Well I know people gotta get paid to be motivational speaker but their should be more truthful and stop spiritualising everything!

THE MAN JESUS

A Jewish man with high ideals that came out on the rotten end of the stick. Contrary to popular belief, Jesus never proclaimed himself the "Son of God", and in fact was only seen as a regular mortal until the Council of Nicea in 325, where the Christian Emperor Constantine proclaimed that Jesus was indeed Divine.

His name, Jesus Christ is purely fictional as well. Jesus was his name, however the latter "Christ" was not tacked on until much later, "Christ" meaning messiah, and derived from the word Christos.

Jesus was part of a religious society that preached love and humility amongst other humans. The Jews, however, were a constant thorn in the Empire's side, and Jesus was seen as a political dissenter, and was sentenced to die so as to make an example to others. A funny note to Jesus' death is that

A) Being crucified was nothing special; in fact, mostly anyone that was seen as a political enemy of the Empire was killed in this fashion (so no, Jesus was not special in this), and
B) It wasn't actually a cross that he was crucified on, it was a capital "T". The top bar, making it look like a lowercase "t", was only later added by the church.

When Jesus was crucified, however, no one seemed to care, and everyone went about their lives. It was only when Jesus' brother James (whom the church denies ever existed) was killed on the steps on the Temple of Solomon that the Jews rose up against the Authoritarian Romans (See: Temple of Solomon; Temple of Herod; Titus). So in truth, no one really knew Jesus existed. He was just another man to all of these people, albeit a demi-prophet.

It wasn't until later that the idea of Christianity was adopted, by the so called St. Paul. The problem with Paul's story, however, was that he was a Gentile (non-Jew) in Roman employ, and created the Christian church for purely political and self-serving reasons. Most of what he based the church on is completely fake, and was actually stolen from other religions, i.e.:

1) Mithras, the soldiers' God, was born in a cave to a virgin to free mankind from evil
2) Egyptian theological drawings always used a halo, mostly to represent something to do with divinity and the sun

, and many other things.

So in truth, Jesus was just a man that lived, and died. Most Christians are completely blinded by their religious dogma to accept this however, and therefore Jesus will always be viewed as the "Son of God"

Jesus was born, lived in a theological-centered society, and was killed. Now he's being used for political purposes, or for greed in most cases

I've met hundreds of Christians who couldn't believe the bible was compiled and still believe till today that it was some holy book that fell from heaven. So it would be a difficult task to try liberate the minds of these people that still believed a book fell from heaven even when it was compiled by non-Christian (Constantine). Back then to support political moves and unity in the community. Just like Moses had to compile the 10 commandment so their could be law and ORDER in the new country. i.e They just moved out of Egypt and the people taught there was no law and started doing all sorts of things. But then Moses knowing the people wont fear him hard to tell them the RULES/10 COMMANDMENT came from a greater AUTHORITY (God) who will punish them for eternity if they'd disobeyed the law. That I think was the foundational constitution of the Israelites.

Some of the book compiled seem to be completely secular and not really into GOD GOD. And even some that where GOD GOD back then where seen as heresy , most of the later Gnostic Gospels. Its been a long time I read them but if I can remember vividly one of the "The Secret Gospel of MARK" book insinuated Jesus was homosexual. Since inception organized religion as been nothing but a sham and have generated a lot of evil. What is Christian about the competition, greed, the lust for power in the organized religions? It would have been good if the old testament and the new wasn't compiled together. And if the content wasn't influenced for political reasons. But regardless what sense does it make to partially believe in a book?

If heaven exists there will be more Atheist and Deist there. Its all about living good but perfection is unrealistic. You dont have to be in a religious group to be a good or bad person.

How else you want me/them to learn about Jesus if not from the bible? Oh yeah I read the Quran and the Gnostic Gospels and even Aquarian Gospel of Jesus Christ which claimed to shed more lights on the lost years of Jesus Christ. Because the bible didn't say anything about him after age 13. Everything just fast forwarded to age 30+.

I grew up to be religious meaning at one point my parents where Muslim, at another time Traditional and lastly Christians. But then I understood little but somewhat preferred Christianity. And one time read the bible Genesis to Revelation twice at the peak of my Christianity. Though the contents of the bible could be very contradictory and all ,  but I believed in some concepts of MORALITY or at one point living life like Christ. Which is the meaning of being Christian. Outside that the bible contains a lot of rubbish i.e stories of hell and heaven. How can I believe in people that believe the earth was a plane at the time of writing those stories? They wrote based on their shallow knowledge of the earth and what was attainable to them at the time. Even the scientist where yet to discover a lot. If they lived in out time and see how we communicate/live now they would call us GODS or SUPER-HUMANS. How could anyone beleive that if they dont believe in certain God they will be condemned to spend eternity in a fiery concentration camp (HELL) ,  then that God is wicked and weak. I wont want to worship such God that just gets angry and kill people or a GOD that is racist that chooses Israelite's as his' favorites

I believe Jesus was a cool guy that came to live life and teach by example. i.e a man with good character anyone should emulate.

MY POINT

Now I do not believe in religions. Millions of people have died in the name of gods/God/religion. And for a very long time its has always been backed by either people interested in financial gains or power (i.e the Vatican). I do not believe in any religion or any pastor/cult leader and I'm comfortable with them regardless of their religious sentiments.

I will accept there is a GOD if the religious people define GOD as anything unexplainable at the moment. or if God meant something that is YET TO BE DEFINED. Cos if there was a God that created the earth then who created GOD?

I've been more peaceful and progressive since I threw out the spiritual bullshit and applying logic. Tackling each challenges directly instead of wasting time with some pastors etc. Well I can say little prayers to the gods of internet like google.com which answers more questions for me these days. Cos there is barely any question I dont get answer to from google.com. Even ifa cannot beat google.com at answers! Since the IFA cowrie interface is difficult to operate and doesn't come with a user manual or easy way to learn.


Number 1 problem with Africans mostly West Africans is their religious SENTIMENTS. They hide behind this and stilll commit a lot of evil. I dont have to believe in gods to know what is right or wrong. And I've seen myself take reasonable and more selfless decisions than the religious people. I wont be surprised if people like Steve Jobs donates all his money before he dies; I can bet that non of the cult leaders would do this and they claim they're men of God.

I titled this post SEMI-ATHEISM because I do not know if I"m an Atheist but I dont believe in religion. Still I'm not moved if other people are religious. At one point I believe even if there was a GOD it would be one and worshiped freely at will without sects. And worshiped as each individual seem fit without discrimination. But this will be impossible.

Well one time, I was younger then going back home from a walk with my dad. He left the car parked outside the compound we where going back around 8pm , e be like say the car denzgy (wasn't balanced). And my dad was telling me / suggesting maybe he already had a flat tire. By the time we got there the car tyres have actually been stolen and replaced with wood (odo) to suspend it. lol , and he couldn't move it inside the compound then the next day or few days later it was the side mirrors.

Jeez! In my first year, around the period wey phones just show, to text people with different, different messages was the rave. I once sent my dad this sms by mistake: "Someday you may lose your mind, your hair, or your teeth but one thing you can never lose is your looks, cos you can't loose what you don't have".

Immediately, I realized I just sent that to my dad. I died.

Mine was grave but nothing happened. I was sexting my sister-inlaw without knowing , never got a reply for the sext messages i sent. I bet she taught it was her sister I was trying to sext. I've seen her twice after those messages but no comment. And no heat at home.

2. Iphone auto correct is fucking shit! I sent "I hate you" to my woman I dont know what word I woulda wanted to text that iphone auto spelling replaced with HATE. Till today she still make reference to that text message

around 5:30 Oshodi / Challenge going towards Gbadada. Was on the curb side. There where these poorly dressed thugs/beggers. I actually taught they are beggers. There was traffic; normally I'm very observant when on the road. I notied that someone threw out lots of money from his car like 4cars away at the front. But taught maybe he was praised or some popular Owambe guy that just wanted to spray the thugs money.

Then it came to my turn they first acted like beggers and I waived them like I dont have money (because usually i dont give beggers money its shit , i dont 4ucking wind down to do that shit , ) the next thing the guy just changed started hitting my window hard when I loooked again this time he was flashing me a gun , I had 30k in my back pocket and N500 in my wallet lol , and normally in such traffic i do clear my car dont have mobile phones around in visible area. So I showed him my empty wallet with N500 wind down a litle then gave him he took it first. I had a big chain on my neck but he didn't notice i guess but then the rest of them blocked me in the front and was now demanding that i get out of the car and where tryna force open the car. But luckily for me the traffic have moved by then i looked forward and just speed off and drove into the middle part. I'll never drive in the sides whenever in Oshodi traffic again!!! Always middle!

Surprising thing is that everybody in the traffic pretended they didn't see what just happened to me but I was lucky still N500 ,

People change names in places like Saudi its common in the middle east. Even Christians use Islamic/Arabic names to reduce discrimination
