PoliticsRe: Is Nigeria Press Into Phone Hacking? by tEsLim(m): 8:57am On Jul 13, 2011
Journalism in Nigeria is dead. They only say news that I know already. And say news that have been paid for by PDP , ACN and the private companies PR. Its a waste to buy a Nigerian newspaper. No investigative journalism. There is no freedom of speech for real real else news paper will be raided by SS and shutdown. Bullshit!
FamilyRe: by tEsLim(m): 8:51am On Jul 13, 2011
At one POINT in their LIFE they must CHEAT!. And the women cheat too they're just smarter at cheating because they tend to feel they have more to loose if their husband discovers.

As for me I dont call it cheat. Its something that will happen it is supposed to happen. When the body needs variety. It doesn't have to do with integrity. I put forward integrity in business dealings and things like that , but sex is according to the body smiley I dont want rules on that part of my life. I rather remain single SO I CAN HAVE GOOD SEX!. And by the way trust is over-rated. And truly a lot of women are in denial my uncle's wife number 1!!!! She knows it and knows everybody knows it and still denies lol. Husband is chief womanizer. I'm dont consider myself a flirt though but I do have sex randomly like that say once in 3months. Well this girls will pressure you a lot. Even almost calling home phone.

For me if you respect your wife make sure she doesn't catch you , and if she does apologize. Don't form vultron. Sex is natural. Its not cheating its just sex. You are not inlove with the other women atleast; your wife should be happy about that. You just do that to ease stress. Like when you travel outta town smiley etc well thats me.

1. Never cheat around her. Do it when abroad, out of town etc

2. Be as faithful with other vows and respect her , take care of her as you said you will

3. You personally know that these other girls can never be compared to your wife, I've not seen any better ones for real i dont know why. They're just whores or I can't exercise patience to train them up like I've did with the wifey. And that will be too much work to have a woman learn me all the way again. And some of them talk about love ; they dont know what love is I swear

4. They get more expensive than wife. Very inconsiderate!!!! I'm not stingy but i'm not her father too. After nice time , taking you out, meals etc paying for your cab , then you come up with stupid stories like hair do+Brazilian weaves, school fees, i'm not your father!! BB fees ; I dont even own a BB so who you wan ping I use an iPhone. They have nothing to offer; them just wan collect every-time. I fucking have kids and my resources are organized!

5. Well cheating makes me love the wify more, cos whenever I compare her with the blackberry girls i just have to thank God she ain't one of them smiley so I go back home happy I got a better woman in the house. Eat home cook meal, play with the kids, smiling all day etc. She'll wonder what therapy I had from my travel smiley

6. The blackberry girls takes me to new places hey hey, so ah ah I go back and take wifey there smiley , you know the girls are the one in town. And she'll wonder how I know this places and how I'm still so intune/informed. I'll be like remember last weekend when I had to meet Kunle , well he brought me here.

Well we dont have equal interest. There is no point being together with people of different vision and goals. Let people of their own kind lead themselves. We should seperate into four states. MEND , MOSSOP, BORKO HARAM, ODUDUA
PoliticsRe: Nigeria's Neatest State by tEsLim(m): 12:34pm On Jul 07, 2011
My people are so used to abnormalities to the extent they think this is what is right. There is no single all-round developed state in Nigera! Abuja is nice but its not a state and its the only PLANNED CITY in NIGERIA.  Ikoyi looks like what they call slums in Johannesburg like the poor neighborhood where the white people used to live abandoned and sh.it ,  I've been there Ive seen it. Festac/ Mile2/Jakande/low cost houses/ One thousand and one etc are projects like council flats etc in most countries but here people think its for the rich. LSDPC houses are so expensive the real people that need them i.e teachers can't afford them.

Number one problem of LAGOS is PURE WATER nylons and the over-population without providing more amenities. Lagos have to be decentralized they need put more money in the outskirts build mega cities. Government alone can not do this we need serious real-estate investors. Name a Donald Trump of Nigeria ? sad ,   Even now the outskirts are getting so populated last time i heard there are 5million people in Ikorodu! And just one road goes into that place. People go to work daily spending 4hrs+ in traffic. Hawkers selling on the street. People buy stuff in traffic liter the roads.

My people deserve more. But that's if they know what they actually deserve. But they're victims of the environment the grew up in. And same with the people they elect into the offices. How can you expect them to deliver what they dont know. Putting illiterates, sick presidents and bloody fools in power. Blind Northerners have been leading us since independence. Even exposure to the Western WORLD is education.  Nigerians deserve better!

PoliticsRe: Uk Spy Chiefs Warn About Nigeria Terror Threat by tEsLim(m): 9:48am On Jul 05, 2011
Well inavde ; split country; install their own government. Loot oil. But they wont be as was as Bankole, OBJ and the rest. Imagine OGD sold Olumo rock. Somebody can actually sell Nigeria and nobody will talk. Or we should sell the whole north (how many hectares be the land self?) .

And talking about food I know a lot of countries that live on imported food and its better than the trash tomatoes and yam that they bring from the north and I guess cheaper. When last have you seen correct fruits? I beg we should start importing big time from South America, South Africa and other big food producing countries. I rather eat those. We have ports in Lagos , Port-Harcourt and can build more ports so forget that talk about Starvin-maving or faming. Its the north that will suffer. THey can't afford the tomatoes they bring to lagos na lol Make them chop ham themselves. Or go partner with them chad /niger they run things. We are not of the same like at all. We dont have the same goals as the northerners so there will never be progress in this country.

Igbo, Yoruba, Hausa's all have different interest so why bottle them together? We should split and follow our individual goals.
CelebritiesRe: Paddy Adenuga And His Unscrupulous Bodyguards by tEsLim(m): 9:29am On Jul 05, 2011
Well in a country where there is no national security for real. Everybody protect themselves, we build houses with big gates+thick buglaries and still dont feel safe. Almost all the politicians have police guards at their homes. And let me tell you I dont think its out of the tax payer because you have to pay monthly or quarterly to the police department where the mobile police are assigned from. The DPO or whoever in charge gets money. I think you can pay upto $1k per police monthly depending on your profile. So its not tax payers I guess. Naturally your taxes are enough to protect you.

Even when people die in Nigeria nothing is done by the police. You don die be that. There is no central register, autopsy na jamb, coroner no dey self. Max max they'll jail wrong people without good investigation we can't do DNA testing/matching here it gotta be sent to South Africa. And I dont think that will be at the states cost. When you make a report to the police you gotta pay for reporting crime lol, where in the world hae you heard that happening than Nigeria.

So I dont blame him for bodyguards it will only be wrong if bodyguards are being stupid which he should caution them about. If you where him you will have huge entourage like Abrahmovich is the world most guarded person. And people should get facts before talking in nairaland Abrahmovich escorts are around 40. Most guarded man in the world. Plus he's from a corrupt country too, prolly with ru mafian links
CrimeRe: Nigerian Flies From JFK To LA With Fake ID by tEsLim(m): 7:58am On Jul 01, 2011
I beg sharap you know how many Americans jump on flights like this with fake id and all ? Anytime its a Nigerian you all go crazy. Even within Nigeria. One time I booked a flight to abuja and I had to leave the country or something then I had another friend who wanted to go to abuja he used my boarding pass LOS to ABJ and made a fake ID on my name to use it. I'm not justifying this but a lot of people do this daily. Even some ticketing agents are involed.

Well my friend told them NO  last month and he missed is flight cheesy , and airline was gonna charge him penalty for missing flight , rescheduling etc wel he went and took his money back from airline thats how he cancelled is trip. And he's a spend thrift spent all of it. They demanded $300.

When I arrived they asked me for money I said NO! The ladies then said hmmm, "give us watch na or anything" , I was like I"m a student abroad look at my student ID cheesy. Student thats a frequent traveler wink , same with the last guy Mr Teslim what was you mission in 'Yurope' , I'm a student" oh ok, student works if you have international student ID. Or just confidence to explain yourself.

I remember they do ask some first time traveler for BTA. All I do is show them credit card I got abroad + my naija cards. If they wanna test me if  I truely have money in them we can walk to atm together but damn that would mean i have money to bribe them

He was bounced! BUt this guy was shocked he looked at himself several time and was like "Abi dem no see how i baff up reach?" and wanted entry by force. The bouncers have a way of analyzing people. They even can tell if you live around lekki/ikoyi/vi axises and if you where coming from deep deep mainland like mazamaza , iyana ipaja and things.

I posted this earlier and the silly anti spam bot flagged my post. THis is the third time cos i can't type all this and expect to read it only.

Well before you move back to Nigeria this are the things I"ll consider you do:

*Come home often on vacation. First you come maybe spend 30days. Then come with the family to see how they can adapt to the country. DO this routinely till you are comfortable and take time to build more contacts you can kinda trust a little in Nigeria. Stay away from doing business with family and old friends they're worse. No FAMILY BUSINESS. Visit places around the major cities.

*Becareful about business here. See even if you try form being local; any body can spot a janded person Cheesy , regarldess of how hardcore you are. And stay away from bank investments in Nigeria the stocks are big frauds over-rated stocks. Imagine a bank borrowed my friend to buy into their bank and even when they know that their prices will fall soon. Dont ever do any virtual business in Nigeria. Stay physical buy and sell and do stufs that are liquidation i.e importing fast moving goods. How building property for sale/ rent or use like HOTEL. I stick and believe in real estate. I can sell my sh.it anytime I want and get money back. I've been burnt several times with other investment vehicle. And beware there lots of 419ers even on nairaland :p

*Note the office and home will run on diesel/petrol daily but petrol is cheaper here than anywhere I know abroad 65 naira per litter. You need to build a house I think its cheaper thats what I did. Buy a land invest a year or two you should be able to build something to your taste that you will be comfortable with. Dont wait till you have $100k at a go. Well sinking a borehole is standard just around 120k is what I paid for mine. A gated secured estate will be good.

*Be ready to per a lot for rubbish private schools that are just like public school standard abroad for the kids. Well health care isn't bad since you dont pay tax you will use one of the private hospitals. Dont go for big names just make sure they can take care of your health simple. They're like the same and most time what I get is malaria. Stay away from public water and pure water in nylons (I got typoid in a week Sad). Always use the dispenser or be sure of the water

*Could be very profitable for business but got its own traps. Trust is ZERO even among your staffs, suppliers , mechanic, carpenter everybody just wanna rip each other. But i keep the business liquidation so i can back out , always make sure you have good exit strategy.

When you visit Nigeria more often you might have a clearer picture. But for me I only always come back to Nigeria because I can't leave my kids/family behind. And can't be on a visa to enjoy living abroad. I plan to become a permanent resident/naturalize say in the US/Canada/Australia (I didn't like Europe because of language barrier). After naturalizing then bring my family. We can or I may return when I'm 50+ years thats like in 20 years from now. People look at me and say I'm blessed here in Nigeria (it doesn't end with owning a home, having nice car --- i want comfort! security etc). I've had failed business that I can actually say its due to running them in Nigeria. Imagine how a small business will survive spending minimum of N50k on just fueling generator monthly and dont forget I have generators at home too. But I've seen and traveled a little -- i taught things was ok till i started traveling few years ago. I rather even settle in South Africa than Nigeria was there for the world cup that place is like Europe with Majority black and the gap between poor and rich ain't much and food is cheap those are how I tell if a country is good. Its good to visit Nigeria often to keep contact and keep connected to the country.

I dont see any quick solutions to the problems of Nigeria. We should DIVIDE maybe there will be little progress. People always think they have been bewitched or there is one juju somewhere worrying them. The only juju is the Nigerian government! The politicians. People are reall struggling but damn basic things to make life easy are not there. You pray to God everyday, wrongly. Prayers an eyinbo can't imagine. Like God let their be electricity tomorrow so I can iron my cloths to office damn! The only witchcraft disturbing you is the government. Its not the witch in your village that got you changing shock absorber/engine protector/radiotor its bad road, silly road accidents, silly deaths even at the hospital because no electricity for surgery.

Well this is not news to me its kinda something that opens in an average Nigerian company. Its not only Arik. Its all around you companies not fulfilling their contracts with staffs etc.

For Arik I will never fly that airline again unless its the online airline going to the route. One time I was to visit a friend in Freetown (Sierialeonne) the white guy at the check in counter misguided me and made me miss my flight. He made me queue with passengers going Heathrow. I explained my route he said its same queue. Then I had to pay $100 penalty for missing flight and $50 to reschedule even though one of their staffs. I tried to argue the girl for counter just dey look me say sit down their all this na waste of time. I had to swipe $150 straight out on the POS sad .

BusinessRe: Customs Discover Sack Of Dollars In Container ($110,000) by tEsLim(m): 8:29am On Jun 24, 2011
The only time a crime is reported to the news or blown out is when the person refuses to bribe and tries to be stubborn when they ask them to forgo say 20% of the money or even sometimes 50%. I've been there several times with the police for example. They either intimidate you to part with some part of such money or the case gets serious and worsen. And they can actually twist story beat you up to write statements if you are not experienced with them on how to negotiate or know when a lawyer should come in.

I dont think there is anything in the news. And that person must be stupid since he brought a container with cars, there are million places to hide the stacks. Just a lazy smuggler. There are million ways to bring in money in this new age. i .e Setup realtime offshore accounts with online wires facilities and a receiving drop in Nigeria; discuss with any of the corrupt bank managers they will be very happy to open a serious dorm account for you even sometimes the money comes in as an official bank transaction cheesy; he trying to evade tax in the usa and tryna evade fee from money launderers or even wire fees. He's a stupid greedy man that's trying to eat his cake and have it you cant dodge everyone. After doing runz in yankee get few $ks some people are just damn stupid. Well most of the flooding problem is not government problem per say since lagosians have turned the drainages to durst bin. And by the way the pressure on Lagos is too much. Go to Ojota, Mile2 and Yaba to see how many villagers or people from other state flock the state daily. I hear the statistics is about 20k+ people. Lagos is like Jand or yankee to this people they do all things to get here and believe they can hustle to make money and wanna send back cars / build us in the village by December we have more destitute and nuisance in Lagos than any other state. While lagosian themselves are trying to ja to the real Jand and Yankee. You know how many trucks move around the states daily, how many cars? Its quicker for me to get to Ijebu Ode maybe 1hr 20 mins or Ibadan. Than for me to go from Ojota to Egbeda/Idimu where I will spend total of 2hrs 30mins. I've done this several times. My mum always say 1 rich man amongst thousands of poor people is a poor man too. (Because he will be drained)

What I'm trying to say is if there is development in other states the pressure on Lagos will reduce. When you travel abroad you will notice that the level of development is a spread through one. Civilization everywhere , even what the white men call their own villages or counties omo I fine and dey ok pass Victoria island and Abuja together. Provide housing for this people, build business districts, empower factories with electricity people have more jobs in the villages. Because there are more unused lands in other states than Lagos where factories can actually buy 2000 hectares of land for production. Empower farmers they'll be richer than bankers in Lagos. They wont even think of coming here when farmer earning alone from is cocoa export makes him almost a billionaire. New age Farmers are usually rich people or ok , its only in naija that they're very poor.

I was thinking the country was just gonna split into 3 - igbo , hausa, yoruba , but thats four. I think they better look into it properly. So four sovereign state bokorian, biafrian, oduduan, mendian cheesy , well we should split. We can't progress with the internet division. Look at europe its like the countries are split per language. It easier for a country to progress when everyone understands each other and have same goals. Not a confused state like Nigeria hausa wants something else so do igbo and yoruba
