Possibly there will not be a stage. It will just be a room with 2 - 4 people (just like an official interview) where you are required to present (tell them):

1. what you believe are the underlying root causes of identified problems in the situation (case study) you read;
2. what possible actions that were wrongly taken and missing controls that may have prevented such problems to occur (what actions or decisions that supposed to have been taken or made);
3. corrective solutions to the identified problems as highlighted in 2 above (what should be done to reverse the effects of the wrong actions and decisions);
4. steps or actions that you are convinced of, that when taken, will prevent such problems or control lapses to occur in the future (your recommendations and suggestive solutions);
5. (if time permits) the current effects and future implications of the identified problems if your recommendations and suggestions are not urgently considered and implemented.

So, take the case study as your friends narrating his/her workplace problems to you. Though you have no opportunity to ask questions for clarifications, but assumptions are allowed and must be made known when presenting. You then asked him/her for time to get back to him/her, though you are limited in this case to minutes contained in the instructions. You should see the panel as group of friends to whom you're telling (noticed I used tell them earlier) your views on the situation and how best they should go about solving the problems, and also, things to do so as not to allow recurrent of such mistakes/errors/control lapses.

Google effective presentation skills and somehow try to
1. Practice presentations of similar things with friends two or more times,
2. Look above the panels eye level and prepare your mind to see them as your friends (you be amazed that you brain can condition your mind to do that),
3. Tell them, you don't need academic or intellectual show here (at least, assessment center, primarily is to evaluate skills and not knowlledge) you opinion of the situation at hand (the cause, solution to correct and prevent future occurrence).

They will ask you questions after your presentation. This is either to get information on some aspects of the case you missed out (attention to details) or get clarification on your recommendations or description of the case given. So don't panic, tell them if you know it and if not be honest to admit you don't commit the details to heart (most times, this always relates to figures and numbers). But at least, immediately and the word BUT after acknowledging that and tell them brief about it a short and simple sentence. For example, I sincerely do not commit the actual number to heart, BUT. I observed that the GDP have been increasing from quarter to quarter with less than 1%.

Skills to be test for personal (individual presentations) are innovative thinking, problems analysis and problems solving skills, attention to details.

For group work, make sure you at least contribute to the discussions. This assessment is just to identify some (dominant) personality traits that you have. Are you a introvert or extrovert?
Reserved or domineering? These may determine where you may be deployed to if eventually you are successful, whether front office, middle office or back office.

Summary, be yourself and don't be too academic. They are not assessing your academic intelligence, this has already been done with the first two stages.

You are to Market the bank’s brand name not the bank’s products. So it does not mean marketing like retail, corporate/commercial. I have you see or attend any Union Bank sponsored program, seen Union Bank advert, etc., all these are products of the department. You are to make people "fall in love" with the name Union Bank. I think there is a video to watch as you applied for this MT, that's one of the work of that department. Many people who watch the video would have said "wow Union Bank.....let me join their workforce or let me give them a try (in terms of doing business)".

Once you receive invitation for Training School, you are considered to be a Staff in Training, I mean you are already a staff. The two major criterias for successful Training School is Good conduct (behaviour) and having up to 80% average scores in all test conducted for you after each course.

On pay, for the 9-week duration for the TS, you will be paid between N150-N200k in two tranches. After Training School, you will graduate from Staff-in-Training to Unconfirmed Staff (staff under probation) with monthly take home of at least N200k. After 1 year of probation, you will be confirmed, then your monthly pay will drop to about N160k. The difference will be paid to you yearly as upfront.

On promotion, hmmm... we have same scenario playing across banks. I know people who have not been promoted for over 7 years in the bank while I know a lot of people people who are promoted within a year of joining the bank. To be honest, majority of last two year management trainee were promoted this year, that is just a year after their confirmation as permanent staff. So, the issue of you getting promotion will be based on your performance, the department you are working with and your direct line manager (boss).

If truly, you didn't consent, the video will vindicate you. Because no matter how drunk, weak and blurred you are, you will show some act of resistance no matter how little it can be. If you are very sure your post is all the whole truth, you have higher chances of support if the video is eventually leaked.

On a serious note, I doubt the sincerity of the "no consent" thing in your story. Even if you consented to the act, I am sure you may not have been aware of the videoing. So, you still have valid case against whosoever that recorded the video and against the guy who is threatening you to release it online.

In whole scenario, the video and the fall might be a setup by your boyfriend and his friend. Or your boyfriend incidentally saw both of you that very day and took a secret recording of the act. No matter what happens, NEVER SUCCUM to threat, fight it legally and teach those guy a lesson of their life by involving the school authorities and police.

Majority of the products on Jumia are fake or substandard with high prices. There are more fraudulent sellers that deceive (scammed) intending buyers with good product pictures but deliver unexpecting/fake/low quality products. The worst is that Jumia by their policies protect these set of Sellers, unfortunately, these set of sellers are in the majority on the platform.

Driving market share (growth) without prioritising customers' satisfaction and protecting customers' interests cum scamming one employees with (job insecurity) less than a year employment, will definitely see the company out of operations. They will continue to lose as much more customers they are gaining everyday. So profit will not be growing and eventually they will be out of the market.

Seriously, if not for our indifferent/tolerant attitude as Nigerian to people (govt, employers, recruiters, individuals, etc) who are oppressing us; Jumia should have not only suspended but closed their operations in Nigeria with the level of deceptive selling strategies adopted by majority of her sellers.

As for me, their app is only good for checking product prices, most especially technology (phones and computers) related products.

Check my post, three main words: Africa, electoral and democracy matters. Jonathan beat Obasanjo on that. But on international politics, humanitarian, agricultural and sustainability recognitions, Jonathan is no where compared to Obasanjo.

As it stands now in Nigeria politics, Jonathan command vote in SE and Buhari in the North except North Central.

There is nothing unusual in the way the judgement was delivered. The first judgement to upheld or dismissed any case is my majority decisions of the judges presiding a case. So if we have 5 judges and 3 out of 5 in their judgement write-up (using layman English) dismissed a case the Court will announced that the case has been dismissed so as not to hold any national/private/public activities/transactions that maybe waiting for the judgement.

After that, the court will consolidate all the 5 judges "judgement write-up", send it to each judges for review before finally reading the consolidated judgements decision/write-up on the floor of the court. Each write-ups contain reasons for or against the case before the court.

I have read your post, first thing is, it is a good thing that you reside in Lagos that has working Tenancy Law. The second good thing is that the building is managed by registed trustee. So you are very sure that the quit notice period will be respected.

No the sand may be for renovation or additional structural, so do not stress yourself up on this. As the building is managed by a registered trustee, you including and willing tenants should cosign a letter addressed to the trustees seeking clarification on the suppose rumur and the sand offloading. Print two copies, submit them to the secretary and REQUEST for your acknowledged copy, make photocopies and give to others that co-sign with you. Wait for the their reply.

Your issue is solved with the statement in bold face. Give honor to your father by taking your husband-to-be to him where he currently reside (whether in village or not, where he currently reside). Though you may not know this, the first points of call of fire Fighters are to save lives and stop the spread of the fire. Then reduce the level of the fire before finally putting it off. If you believe, it is a 30 minutes job, sorry it is not. Moreover, that fire lasted about 10 to 12 hours, and we can still see the building not completely down and all surrounding not affected by the fire. You can not said the fire Fighters are not there on time or they did not fight the fire successfully.

I earlier stated that Lagos State has the best service Fighters because there are a lots of public and private fire fighting stations. And they have good synergy and collaboration in fighting fire in Lagos State.
From the post we have UBA, Union Bank, Federal, State, Julius Berger, etc fire Fighters coming together to fight that inferno.
