I said this before.

The Documents tendered were original duplicate copies of INEC issued Forms, filled and signed by INEC official representative at the Polling Units concern. The Coalition Officers looking at the figures strongly believed the figures were cooked and allocated, then, using his/her personal intuition, experience, and judgment, s/he cancelled the results of APC from 388 polling units under contention.

Hope went to court to challenge that the cancellation has no legal backing, instead of PDP to counter the application and show evidence that the votes allocated to APC were fraudulent, they did not even challenge the petition at all. The Supreme Court accepted APC evidence as it was original duplicate copy from INEC. The 7 SC judges hold that the (fraudulent) votes were illegally cancelled and there was no single evidence to show it was fraudulently allocated.

Personally, I believed the votes were fraudulent and on moral grounds should be cancelled as done by the INEC coalition center. Unfortunately, the court will and should never rule base on moral grounds or perceptions but on the letters of the Law. So, morally, the cancellation was correct but legally wrong.

To those people blaming Supreme Court, they should know that legality is different from morality. It is just like rape cases, it must be proved beyond a reasonable doubt that a crime has actually been committed. The responsibility to proved otherwise rest on every interested party that believes otherwise as far the evidence from the petitioner emanated from legally recognised and authorised sources. In this case, the provision of evidence rest solely on PDP and her candidates and not INEC. The role of INEC in any election matter is to provide evidences at their custody and testify in election matter and not to prove that elections were fairly or fraudulently conducted. In this case, INEC should have tendered the Original Form for which duplicates were presented to prove that the figures were altered or incorrect. Unfortunately, there is no need to do that as all parties involved know that the presented evidences (Original Duplicate Forms) by Hope were original without alterations, so presentations will only support Hope's application. Therefore, INEC should not be blame for not presenting the original forms even though they suppose to. They choose not to because they knew it will give strong evidence to support for Hope and APC application.

PDP failed woefully in their defence, they should learn their lessons and move on. We should not be cloud by our emotions, moral stands, or political affiliates by blackmailing the judiciary for upholding the law of the land, instead, we should work towards changing the law that make criminals and fraudsters get away with their crimes.

We also cited the case of Hope Uzodinma vs INEC of last week and the case of Governor Aminu Tambuwal that was also decided on Monday morning as being in our favour but they did not touch any of them at all.

The whole thing about TraderMoni, MarketMoni, Npower is that it was conceived by Buhari’s administration a year after his first election through his first budget presentation (2016 Budget) but the Saraki led Senate delay the passage of the to the middle of the year making implementation to be close to end of year 2016 and early 2017. You will remember that Npower first set were absorb in November 2016. So most of the GEEP initiatives came to light in mid 2017. You will remember same fate, even worst befell 2017 budget.

The delay of the the budgets (2016 - 2017), makes all these initiatives it look suspicious as the delay push the implementation towards few months to preparation of 2019 elections. The PDP gave these initiatives more social and public awareness by their clumsy campaign against the programme as a vote buying strategies. In my personal opinion, I believe the VP, being the brain behind and Administrator of the initiative, see the negative publicity as opportunities and take charge of it. His involvement create a greater awareness and the masses are confirming the realness of ALL the initiatives. It eventually paid off for their re-election, thanks to PDP for bringing it to the public awareness.

On the current situation, personally I knew people who were send text messages last year October and November that they money are ready for collection. They have not only collected the said money but some have paid off and applied for next higher value. The less publicity can be attributed to the cause of it initial publicity. (1) PDP are no more interested in what those initiatives stand for, and (2) the programme has been move from the VP office to a new Ministry, hence, the non-involvement of the VP office.

In conclusion, TraderMoni and other initiatives like it were not conceived for vote buying but as a fulfilment of one of the campaign promises but later turned to become one of the tools to re-elect the current administration because they positively took the wrongly use campaign strategy of PDP to their own advantage.

I don't see any reason why they should not accept combined results. For you to make it to documentation stage, it is very unlikely that you will be disqualified because of combined results.

The real issue was that the Coalition Officers for the affected pooling units suspected that the figures submitted by Presiding Officers were fraudulent and must have been rigged, which personally I believe those figures were outrageous. It was wickedly allocated. The Co therefore rejected the result and collate other results discarding APC results. Unfortunately, under current electoral law, it is only the Tribunal that can discard/cancel announced votes at Pooling Units.

So Uzodinma filed that his votes were unlawfully cancelled, which is legally correct. Instead of PDP to cross examine the petition and proof that the so called unlawful cancellation was actually lawful, they did not examine anything. Second opportunity that PDP has is that there was earlier judgment upholding Nwosu of AA as the valid candidate of APC, hence disqualifying Uzodinma, they believe it was none of their business because Law recognised the party not the individual forgetting that it will create another problem for APC.

So in this case, the Supreme Court judgement against PDP was legally and validly correct and right in the eyes of the law. PDP Should learn from this and accepted that their defence was not only weak but inadequate.

Statement of Result for Degree OK, but for WAEC and NECO, you can:
1. Call any of your family members or friends at home to get your certificate from where you kept it and send it to you through courier service.
2. If you are yet to collect your certificate from the School, you can get a Result Checker Scratch Card, print your statement of result online, and attach the scratch card to the print out. Make sure that you have at least 2 copies for yourself.
3. If the original statement of result issued and stamped by your school is with you, you can go along with it. There is very high likelihood that it will be accepted but option 2 above will be be. In fact, you can present the two. Do try to explain anything if you are not asked why you did not present your certificate.

But, make sure you get your original certificate maybe after training and update your records with HR later after giving you employment and deployment letter.

Just got details, the main reason was that over 333,000 votes were illegally excluded from APC votes in 318 polling units. These was proof with evidence by the APC and Hope, was accepted UNANIMOUSLY by all the seven judges, then the unlawfully excluded votes were added to the INEC announced votes of 96,000 for APC resulting to over 426,000 votes to beat the PDP votes. I may need clarification on something. It your dad's house belonging to 4 pillars. Three want it sold while one didn't, the three carries the day except
1. the house can be equally shared, like there are 4 flats or eight rooms. In this case court can rules that the rooms/flat be shared;
2. the three changed their stand on selling, which is the best route. But how?

Before how, what is the current situation. What is the building structure and purpose for building it? If your father built it like a family house with each wife/children having their room, I do not think they can sell the whole building without the consent of at least the eldest of your mother's children or your mother.

To me I think the main reason must have been that you and your siblings (1 pillar) is enjoying the benefits that all of you (4 pillars) should be enjoying. Even though they are not living there, if the house is leased/rent/sold, they will get their FAIR share of the building. It is fair that they have a fair benefit to the building. If part of the house is used for renting, it should be assumed that all the apartments are used for renting in sharing the rent proceeds. Such that the estimated rent value of the section you occupied will be deducted from your share of overall benefits. If there is excess, they give to you and if there is shortfall it is either they forgo it or ask you to bring in the balance.

My advice in all cases of family properties is never to go legal. Be fair, persuade and encourage them to see your side of argument. In this case your stand will always be seen as being bias as you and your brother will benefit most if the house is not sold.

Have a friend who have been battling with rough palm for long now.

According to her, it happens like 8 years ago. She used to have a normal palm, until a particular day she helped someone to applied Relaxer without gloves. Ever since then, her palm started peeling and cracking causing her severe pains and pricks.

Affidavit to validate date of birth on FSLC? I don't know much about that but if there is/are error in any certificate, you should return it to the issuer (the school) for correction. Alternatively, if you have you Testimonial from the school with correct date of birth, you can attached it or better go to the school to get a testimonial.

Generally, if you have you Birth Certificate (not Affidavit), that should be fine as per your date of birth irrespective of dates on your certificate.

In simplest spiritual form, there is no one person that is particularly destined to be one partner but there are a lot of spiritual incompatibility. So both of you may not be spiritually compatible or you might be compatible but with undesirable destiny like short life span, etc.

But one is very sure, it is only you that can know for sure if spiritually you are compatible. In a nutshell, if you believe in spiritual guide to your marriage (which actually is the best), you need to give yourself to some spiritual exercise that will lead you right. Any other external reports or revelations will only be secondary.

I had to run for my dear life... I packed a few of my belongings and RAN with my kids to my parent's house... Now you could ask where was my husband when all this was happening... My people instead of my husband to quench the fire he was busy adding petrol to it... He told whoever that cares to know how I was MAD... According to him he feels "deceived" and "cheated" as he feels my parents knew about my "sickness "before we got married but nobody told him about it. .. It turned to full physical and verbal abuse as he felt saddled with such a liability like me...everyday he reminded me how I was a "regret " to him and told my children how he was going to marry a new mother that will take care of them and was looking for every way possible to frustrate me out of the marriage , because He practically saw it as an "opportunity "
I'm currently staying with my parents and my prayer every day is God should give me the heart to forgive my husband....but it's not easy... Someone we ttcd together and I went through a lot for... as for my neighbour am still praying for her, my God will fight for me... Sometimes I feel like going diabolical cos all these is unfair... If it turns out that the sickness is natural and possibly with family history, your husband may be right by his outburst. My only issue with him is, it is either he is not mature enough to handle martial challenges or he didn't have enough knowledge and understanding about your condition. But his main issue is the feeling of collaborative betrayal by you and your entire family, though he may be wrong.

Now the solutions is for you to know the real cause of your sickness. Is it historical (family related) or not. Can it be spiritual attack or some previous disorder. Either way, help your husband to recover from his feelings of being betrayed (which may have been intentional or not). If you feel, in all honesty, you had the hint that such can happen, then you need to ask for his forgiveness. If you think your family could have known, apologised on their behalf and give him time to heal.

If after all efforts and pleading that are done in all humbleness and sincerity fail, please move on. Additional information which is not to scare you is that you can hardly find a man/family that will accept you with that condition except they are keep in dark. Unfortunately, you have a higher risk of goings through the same condition on your next birth except it is an attack.

The good thing about the Union Bank training school is graduate will be given some exceptions when registering for CIBN professional examination.

And SW and Kaduna top the list of most registered teachers.
Kaduna has 94% pass rate while SW has over 70% pass rate.
