I can understand, Lagos has been having around 10 New confirmed cases everyday. Not like Ogun that has 4 cases and no new case for close to a week now and some other states with less than 5 cases with no new reported cases.

Lagos should be extra careful, but I will not support extension for Lagos because if a person has not show symptoms for over 18 days (FG 14 days plus Lagos 7 days that start Thursday before the Tuesday FG locked down order), then such person likely has no COVID-19.

Many Nigerians do not understand what they call diplomatic relationships.

If your brother send you child away from his home, and the same brother has one of his child living with you and the you are aware that another child of his is currently waiting at the gate, what will do at that moment?

1. Immediately send his child living with you away and not allow the one at the gate to enter, OR

2. Call you brother and get his reasons for sending your child away, even possibly call some family elders into the matter before making your final decisions.

Yahaya Bello, governor of Kogi state, has announced the death of his mother, Hauwau Oziohu.

In a statement on Monday, Bello said his mother died at the age of 101 after a brief illness.

Bello, who is said to be the youngest of six children, was born on June 18,1975. So his mother was 57 years at the time of his birth.

The 44-year-old governor said the matriarch will be buried on Monday in line with Islamic rites.

“With total submission to the will of Allah, on behalf of the family of Alhaji Bello Ipemida Ochi, we regret to announce the passing away of our matriarch, Hajia Hauwau Oziohu Bello who answered the call of Allah this evening after a brief illness,” he said.

“We are relieved that her passing was peaceful and painless. Her funeral will be held today at Her resident in Nagazi, Okene Local Government Area of Kogi State in accordance with Islamic rites.

“Until her death, she was aged 101 and survived by children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and many adopted children.”

The only age that may not be correct is the mother's age. If Yahaya Bello age is incorrect going by the writer of this article and the attached picture, he must have overstated his age, that is, he suppose to be around 41 years.

No, do not go the way of force. You see, there are two options: (1) opt out of the marriage and stay single caring for your children or (2) stay with your husband and humbly get his yes.

I had a boy living with me that I have to send back to his mother. I took him up after his father death. I could see clearly he want to stay with his mother, siblings and grandparents. In fact, any time I pick up his book to check, for every letter, the name of one or more village friends and family will appear. I put him in computer school, every assignment and design has the same colouration. He later start misbehaving (stealing, staying out, etc.). I have to call his mother to come and take him. To your son, just like the boy, I am very sure, he will change when he reunite with you and his sister.

The solution is to greese your husband ego and get him agree for him to come to live with you. Your new husband has the right to protect his family from bad influence, only that your son bad attitude was conditional and can be reversed with love in the shortest possible period of time.

We have cases where parents take their bad behaved child to live with pastors, imams or we'll displined members of the family. Sometimes send them to missionary oor military schools away from the home and siblings.

The cases are initiated by different parties on different issues. While the earlier Supreme Court ruling was on non-qualification of APC deputy, this is on non-qualification of PDP candidate now court elected governor.

For Sanusi case, Yes. He was dethroned for not attending official state government functions.

If he was dethroned based on financial misappropriation or any corruption related offences, then, he MAY not be able to contest until after 10 years.

Do you know why Jonathan lost? He did not take his time to study those who he thinks are with him. In politics, time reveals who your enemies are, especially, when the power tussle gl gets "more worse". Saraki was able to see clear on Presidential elections that SE and SS governors really worked for Buhari to get his 25% constitutional vote except for Enugu and Anambra. He would have won Rivers if not for the cancelled votes.

One thing is very sure, Oshiomole will definitely finish his Chairmanship tenure but his reelection is 50:50. If the former did not happen, then, we will become very sure that Oshiomole's problems came with Buhari’s backing.

SC is very very wrong on Bayelsa ruling and review.

The way and manner the judges treats the review confirmed my suspicion that the judgement was bought. Is this the first review that SC Court is receiving? Why is it that this very review is the one that get the lead lawyers heavy fine of N30 million paid to the defendant? Did the defendant request for it? When has Supreme Court become Father Christmas awarding financial benefits to defendants without requesting for it? Why N30M and not N300k? Why should the fine starts with this Bayelsa review?

Seriously, our Court should not destroy the basic of our electoral values where electorates decide who should rule them. Whether the electoral votes were manufactured, manipulated, etc is another case entirely, if petitioners cannot prove it was manipulated, like that of Imo Gubernatorial, it should be held valid. Making votes counts is the major responsibility of the Voters and INEC. Jega has help us, all votes as announced at the pooling unit is legally recognised as the authentic vote results. If Voters can stand firm and stand with their votes, it will result to announcing real votes (bought or natural conscience) or cancellation of entire result. It is more difficult to imposed/manipulate votes at pooling unit level if stakeholders (voters, party agents, traditional/community leaders, etc) are not compromised.

In my personal opinion, the ground of disqualification in Bayelsa is total wrong based on the principle of tradition and patterns of life. Because, critically looking into that issues, in Nigeria context, such irregularities in names is common. It is not only common but also a significant trends of people in the age/generation category of the Deputy governor. It is evidently clear to all, including PDP, that the state overwhelming voted for APC. If the purpose of election is for people to choose their political leaders, then the Bayelsa judgment do not and never fulfil that purpose.

The fair thing, in worst case scenario, is to allow the state to re-elect their political leader if the last one was not qualified in the eye of the law. The judgement do not give justice and fairness to the people of Bayelsa state and the review rulings was harsh/vindictive to the party who filed the review.

How on earth will someone take his/her certificate serial number as the the core number from the organisation? I am very sure that you will agreed with me that your degree certificate (serial) number is now your real studentship number àbí? Write your callup number and wait for the best. One thing is very sure that you will have your discharge certificate before the next stage. Moreover, certificate number is certificate number, your NYSC number is your service number, which is the same thing as callup number.

Secondly, the judgement was perfectly calculated to be (hurriedly) delivered just the eve to the inauguration so that the inauguration will not affect the technicalities on which the Governor Elect will be disqualify. Because once he and his deputy are sworn in, the two people becomes separate legal entity,

Thirdly, to get to know that Justice Odilli is part of the panel with past records of political judgement concerning Rivers and neighbouring states, I am sceptical accepting that the judgement is void of bias.

It's been done serially for corps members which provide them their unique identity but your supposed nysc number only has 6 digits. All my set were issued certificate number starting with A 004... In 2017, the old corps members got 003....

For instance, my nysc call up number starts from 139*** but on the internet, I have already seen 8***** on a very old post. Those 6 digjts are always reused.

Your Callup number starts with NYSC/... and it is a unique number. No corps member has and will ever have the same Callup number from inception till when NYSC will end.

I have already drop debating this issue, my previous posts are enough for a discern mind to know which of those two numbers is National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Number . Thank you.
