Shut that trap up you lazy a$$ gold digger. Look at this thing. He knows you have a boyfriend and he's paying your bills when you don't ask him to. In what capacity does he pay the bills? As an uncle, cousin, father, or potential boyfriend? You won't mind of course because you're a bloody lazy girl who has no dignity. If you know you can't afford a bill, don't opt for its services. Most Nigeria girls don't want to cut their coat according to their size. . . . you always want items you can't afford; you always want to put other people in financial wreck to satisfy your wants, and when he goes broke you'll be the first to call him lazy. Cheap things! angry

All of you leave THEAMAKA alone. She was doing her thing when that ASUU-rendered-school-less guy created her thread about her. I have to admit that she runs her mouth unnecessarily sometimes when it's not really needed but she's just a teenager who's just growing, so cut her some slack, but all of you need to lay off her back so she doesn't bite you.

RomanceRe: Your Duty As Someone's Boyfriend Or Girlfriend? by TheSeeker(m): 6:31pm On Sep 15, 2009
For a guy, these are the things he would expect from a GF.
1. Help make his meals: Even if she doesn’t know how to cook, she should ensure he always has food to eat. Either by making him cook and store or by getting a cook for me. Either way, his feeding should be her responsibility. Of course the guy does the funding!!
What if she doesn't live close to her? He lives in California, she lives in New Jersey? Does she send her e-food? Will she order foods online for him just in a bid to make sure he has something to eat?

If a lady doesn't know how to cook, she'd learn how to do so; in the process of doing that, she should demonstrate willingness to do so when she has learned.

If she cooks insipid meals, he might complain or at least just murmur about it.I don't see anything wrong if she decides to cook for him out of her money without the guy funding it, but that should be once in a while.
2. Help keep his house clean: Now I know this is hard for most ladies to understand but guys operate better in a clean environment. Even though he’s a bachelor, his apartment should always reflect the presence of a woman in his life. If you can’t clean, get help!!
What kind of help will she get? Homemaker? I think cleanliness is a habit most women should have. Not only men functions in a better environment but it's only healthy that it'd be so.

May I also add that, if a guy is dirty and filthy, her girlfriend may not be obliged to make him see cleanliness as a virtue. He has to make a clean environment the kind that he operates in and appreciates before a woman will follow suite.

If he's clean and his girlfriend is dirty, she'll be forced to adapt-ably conform with his environment or she'll start feeling uncomfortable. But I still want to know what kind of help you recommend she gets? Is that to curb laziness or to imbibe cleanliness in her habits?
3. Help with his Laundry: Okay, that’s a no-go area for most girls but the truth is that, guys expect it. It’s not right to sit back and watch you BF wash his clothes. A lady should ensure that her guy is at his best appearance always! If you can’t wash, take them to the cleaner and pick them up! Of course he should foot the bill.
Well, if it's a responsibility as you say, she should foot the bill if she can't wash and has to take them to the laudro-marts, otherwise the guy should pay but then it shows it's not her responsibility, will it? If she washes them, will he pay her? Of course not. I think it's a matter of choice and not responsibility.

If she doesn't wash for me, will I not wash them? If she has to wash them, well, it's her choice (which I will greatly appreciate) and if she chooses not to, I won't bite myself on it, and I don't think any guy should.
4. Help with his personal hygiene: Well some guys can be pigs you know. It’s a girl’s responsibility to ensure her guy gets a timely haircut, manicure/pedicure, shave and other things that come with looking good.
And if he doesn't have a girlfriend he should remain a pig? LOL! All these are things a guy should do on their own without it being necessarily some loads on his girlfriend. Does my girlfriend have to remind me when to have my manicure/pedicure, haircut, shave and other things? No!
5. Host his friends: Guys like to host their friends once in a while and as his GF, you should try your best to be there for him. Don’t just write it off as a guy’s thing . .  be there to serve the drinks, serve the snacks/meals, make the small talks, and know when to leave if they want to get down to the guys talk. Just being there makes him happy that you can blend into his life!!
Nice one! Scintillating point. But how many women will do this without thinking he's turning her to his slave at the expense of his friends?
6. Be with him: As a GF, as far as the r/ship involves sex, it’s your duty to satisfy your BF.
Sometimes, it’s not even about the sex, it’s about knowing he can hold you in his arms all night long. A guy needs comfort from a girl, so as his girl, you should let him know you are there! Try important.
Once again, you've judged correctly!
1. Handy-man: Okay the word’s a bit derogatory, but if I have a BF, he should be there to fix my things. Electrical faults, plumbing, household appliances and even my car. Even if I have to pay for it, he should be the one to take it to the electrician/mechanic and make sure it gets fixed! If I have to travel a far distance, he should be ready to drive me, if I have a flat tire, he should be ready to change it and get it fixed. Infact, if I need anything done, he should get it done. That’s why we really hare their numbers on speed dial :d
You're right on this one! What if he's afraid of electric shock like me? LOL! It'll take God to be right by my side where I can see and look in his eyes before I can tamper with electricity. LOL! But I get what you're saying - he should be good at DIY (Do it yourself). I get it.

What if he can't handle long and very distant driving? Not all guys love driving you know? But if I could drive from here to heaven or space, I'm so game!
2. My escort: Well I can’t go for that wedding/ Party alone! He has to come with me.
Romantic! Nice!
3. My protector: Okay, before you say another word to me, I’ll have you know that I have a BF :d I actually let a guy go cos he let someone else toast me while I was with him. Before you talk to me, you think of what my BF will do to you!
Ain't that some real shit?! Cool! Can I be your boyfriend so I burst some head wipe open? grin
4. Money: I know you guys don’t want to hear this but it’s the fact! My BF (poorer or richer than I am) pays for my hair and my clothes. Now I don’t expect him to take up totally financial responsibility of me, but if I’m throwing my B/day party, he shd pay for it or at least pay for most of it. He should at least once in a very blue moon, take me and my ladies out! He should pay for some lil things that I need and he should contribute, no matter how small, in anything I do!!
Contribute sounds good. Taking you and your girls out sounds very cool. I can dig that.
5. Call me: Now this is a very tick one. If I have a BF, he should be the one calling more often. No matter how busy he is. He should call and check up on me while I’m at work, he should call me when I’m sick, he should call me when he wakes up in the morning and before he sleeps at night. . .  cos I’ll expect him to!
Sounds good. A guy should call all those times. What about you calling him when you get to work? When you get off work? When you feel you're about to go ill? When someone or something upsets you? When you have a confusing day? When you're going on your lunch break? When you get home? I see you calling more often that him if you have to call at other times asides from those you said he should call you at.
6. Be with me: It’s not just the guys that want sex, we want it too. We also love the feeling of curling up in his arms all night long. We love company, we love knowing he’s there!!
That's normal. It's traditionally required

Kanye has always shown he was the best fool music industry ever had. Always getting way over his head. I don't blame him when people are busy featuring him with his fake voice when he can't sing shit. I never liked that senselessly arrogant fool. Just look at the disgrace he mete out to that poor girl.

This is one of those times I wish there were still gang shootouts as it were in those days; I wish they won't have to talk on mic all the time. That nigga needs someone to knock his teeth out. What a lousy wimp!! I see B loving it and acting all surprised like she didn't love the attention. I don't know if the fool was trying to get deeper in the good books of Jay Z.

RomanceSex And Marriage by TheSeeker(op): 2:56pm On Sep 15, 2009
It has been widely believed that sex and marriage go hand in hand and are both like Siamese twins which are inseparable. However, it has posed as much problems as anyone might have thought in most marriages, resulting into chaos ranging from cheating to messy divorces. I have seen situations where many sexual acts have been successfully introduced into marriages, permit me to be vulgar on this one, the sucking, licking, food play and all of that, while some women think they are emblems of the the true and proverbial African woman - one that doesn't engage in "nefarious" and "demeaning" sexual acts. They just want the old time kind of sex which doesn't entail all the "western" fantasies.

On the other hand, 98% of men, I mean men who are enlightened(educated, exposed and such) are so much engrossed in these habits, which I think is good because that is part of the globalization we're talking about evolving into, but their wives have refused to let them exhibit their new found talent in bed. The man subsequently seeks another woman out there who can go to any length to satisfy his needs and before you know it, he falls in "lust" and starts to lose focus on the home front and concentrating real good on the sexual counterpart, sending text messages, phone calls, romantic gifts, and dare I say that the man will be wayward and will start showing off attitudes to his wife if his counterpart is very sexy, good in bed and romantic?

Conclusively, some women are nasty with their husbands in bed, some are nasty within themselves but pretend to be saints to their husbands.  The main problem I think is that most partners don't know how to bring up the subject, Sex. Some don't always want to talk about it. Do you think sex makes a marriage last? Do you think there is any marriage devoid of better sex is prone to perils? Where do you think a marriage where sex is not talked about will land on? Let me know your opinions.
PoliticsRe: Ibru, Adigwe, Ebong, 3 Others Get N1.8bn Bail by TheSeeker(m): 2:18pm On Sep 15, 2009
kingzli:
Most of you misunderstand the idea of bail. The amount charged for the bail is equivalent to cutting cloth according to your size. After meeting the bail requirements they wouldn't lose the money if they obey the orders of the court. You really can't expect the court to give them a very low amount because the court looks at your assets first and then asks you to pay an amount which is low enough for the accused to afford but high enough to make the accused think twice before running away. These are for former bank MDs so you really shouldn't have expected less.
And in your opinion they can't sacrifice that money and jump bail? Please!

Stella N:
well instead of complainning just be grateful that
some one else took your responsibility, so be up and doing tongue
The next post on NL will be that her girlfriend has been receiving romantic text messages from another guy (the good Samaritan) and his girlfriend will be sneaking out to have dates with the guy and later the story will be that she's had sex with him by accident. Just how many of such stories have we heard on NL about girls accidentally having sex with men after taking cheap gifts.

It's simple to know that she's an opportunist, a greedy girl who's just a developing gold-digger. If she had so wanted to take the phone, and her boyfriend meant anything to her, she'd have asked his consent or talk to him about it to know how he's going to feel. How would my girlfriend feel if I tell her I want to buy a pair of the newest Adidas sneakers but I'll be able to afford it after a month, and all of a sudden a girl who wants me so badly, buys me them and I bring them home. My girlfriend sees them and I tell her where they came from; how will she feel? Good? And she'll say thank you to the girl?
RomanceRe: If Another Guy Buys A Phone For Your Girl by TheSeeker(m): 1:44pm On Sep 15, 2009
Who's the guy that bought her the phone? Let's assume he's looking to have her in a relationship or sleep with her; your girlfriend can't be patient until you're financially buoyant to buy her a phone but take a new phone from another guy? That's insane. It's gluttony. Greed. Covetousness. And the one I hate most, opportunist.

That means if she needs money for something else and you don't have it immediately, she can stoop to do whatever if she could have done that about a mere phone.

But it depends on who the guy is. If the girl is looking to have her in a relationship, and she's my girlfriend, she most definitely has crossed the line. Just how many women can allow their men to make use of any opportunity provided by another woman in a bid to have him totally to herself? That's where you see them crying foul!

In a country where they are shouting and making empty noises about re-branding they still took 100 million naira bail fee from them, and for what? Who takes the money? What account is it going to? Why can't they pay a more sensible amount for their bail? Why pay as exorbitant an amount as 100 million naira? This is utter crap!

If you go on to the streets, you'll be targeted as an outcast and they'll have an opinion that you'd probably rat out on them.

Be nice to them for just one night, smile at all of them, tell them you want to make them a special dinner - and indeed it's a special meal - also indicate you don't need help as you want to be selfless for a night to reciprocate their love to you (you'll be surprised at how lazy they are but want a good dinner); give the traitors large shares of the food - you'll be surprised they are gluttons - but make sure you add that seasonal, poison, so they can all die professing your love.
