Siga: Na Catalytic converter...its between the engine and the exhaust pipe...u can verify urself ....just check the exhaust pipeline from engine and see if u find a bumpy module there...u can buy it and have dem mecho put it or better still buy a whole new exhaust...just make sure the converter is there...I used to think that the function of the catalytic converter, was to minimize smoke and other emissions produced. What's with all these warnings about EOD gearbox sef? I've been hearing a lot about it even outside NL. And why does it give issues? Poor maintenance? The way things are going, one may have to skip the EOD entirely and jump to Discussion Continues when upgrading from BabyBoy. ![]() I love the Honda any day compared to Toyota. Body design and performance-wise. |
It's complicated. How do you explain a situation where there are 3 people involved: one has the hots for you (of which you are a bit hesitant due to certain reasons), you are very much interested in her best friend who comes from the same village as you and you only got to know her through the first girl. And you can't do anything at the moment because you would look like a back-stabber (guy dumps babe for her best friend he). Third lady in the picture is one I'd met earlier on and who I decided had all the qualities I wanted in a lady and I even thought I was getting some green light! First day I went to visit, part of what this lady offered me as kola, was an album. Of her traditional wedding! I almost suffered a heart attack there and then. I still kept a straight face. Cos I hadn't told her anything at that point. Maybe I was suffering colour-blindness that what I thought I was seeing as green light was probably Amber **Sighs. Women sef** but we lady still talk on the phone on a daily basis. What we discuss? I don't even know. Recently, I got to know from my father that I can't marry someone from the same kindred as Girl No 2 because we are too close. That then is out of the equation. Same goes for lady No. 3 leaving me with girl No. 1. I could be st.upid sometimes. On a second thought, I think my status should rather read as Single. Not complicated. |
She even looks Igbo to me. Ondo has a sizeable number of pretty ladies. Judging from what I saw during my service at Ogun. The worst is Oyo and then Ogun. Na talk I jus dey talk O! Jor O. LOL. |
I was just in the next building when the guy was gunned down at C to C plaza, Ogui road. I still hadn't recovered from that shock of seeing someone being assassinated when I went to Artisan the following day to buy chicken. Just seconds after leaving that spot, I heard the same gunshots AGAIN. Everyone scampering for cover. This time, they just blew the dude's head wide-open. His scalp was dangling in his face. I went home and almost threw up. What shall it profit a man to lose his life painfully and prematurely and also lose his soul at the same time? It's a triple loss. |
I get your point. I see a lot of people on FB who get a kick out of amassing a gigantic friends list. Mostly from people they barely know. From what I observed, some of these people are physically attractive chicks who get lots of attention and obviously tend to get a lot of requests. So what they probably do is to just constantly hit the "accept" tab. Me, I just put such behaviour down to juvenile exuberance. Much the same way I feel about people who inflate their number of Nairaland posts (with inconsequential stuff like "hmmm, na wa o", "ok" or even "." Or those who pine about having their topics put on the homepage. |
ndahbros1: Hello everyone. My BB browser has been unable to browse for 2 days now. Refuses to load pages and gets stuck with d blank white page. Iv reset my battery several times and confirmed d correct browser settings, yet it still does not browse. My opera mini browses though. What do I do?Hi ya. I suffered a similar situation about a month ago. The issue eventually resolved on it's own. I don't know what caused it. But it started after I'd viewed a Youtube video. |
I used to think those assembly members and senators were untouchables. You can imagine my surprise when I got to hear of a member representing Ningere local government in the Yobe House of Assembly, Hon. Adamu Deguri, being killed by gunmen. The gunmen attacked the lawmaker at his residence at Unguwar Tandari in Potiskum around 9am yesterday morning. |
Evil Brain: I wish this guy all the best in his endeavours. Blowing up the National Assembly is a laudable goal deserving of our support and prayers.Evil Brain. True to his name. |
But why this alarmingly high number of certificate forgery cases? The incidences are just too many to be ignored. Wednesday or so last week, it was reported in Radio Nigeria news that the Ekiti state govt through the SPEB had fixed examinations and a verification exercise for the teachers. But all the teachers boycotted the exercise, with support from their NUT. Not that it concerned me, but I was a bit disappointed to hear that news. Their actions spoke volumes. |
acidtalk: RENO OMOKRI, for the hungry child, the old whose pension was denied, the accidents caused by nondevelopment or road and other infrastructions and the others, you and you likes will eventually have a miserable life on earth because for the crumbs you want to eat, you have put others into sorrows.Beaf, but talk true, are you really Reno Omokri? If true, your job profile no fit any description O. Kpele. |

Why him no go upload the video for Youtube or even tubidy sef?Crappy noisemakers. Nothing would come out of all these eventually. That's the painful part. Bloody rogues. What has happened to Hernan Hembe and co after all the noise made about prosecution? This nation is really sick. ![]() |
On a side-note I don't think the bank handled the PR aspect properly. Frauds do occur in banks and the management work hard to control the situation and ensure that the news is not escalated in the public domain. Might create the impression that depositors monies are not safe. Well, na dem sabi. Werin consain mai suya with Dana air? |
vc online: That's a kind of lady I want to marry, very smart! She's in police custody. She's not that smart na! |

PetroDolla: Ghana is a million times better than that shitty contraption destined-for-the dustbin. your country should be competing with somalia and the likes for the failed nation title. if not for oil your wretched country would have been a million times worse than somalia and afhanistan put together.Bro cool down. E don do. Ghana is far bigger and better than Naija abi? Point noted. |
Just thinking O. I wonder if the story'd have been the same if that doggie was a Dobberman, pit-bull or rottweiler. ![]() |
inspired_m: The Car is Popularly Called "BIG DADDY" or "BIG For NOTHING".LOL. Very funny. Your description of the car's trunk space. I like the car's exterior and spacious interior. However, I feel the car's dashboard looks too spartan and plain. Very few controls and frills. I believe that is why people refer to it as "Big for Nothing". |
Kobojunkie: Well, the world now knows that there are lots of Racists in Nigeria. |
Kobojunkie: Well, the world now knows that there are lots of Racists in Nigeria. You never cease to infuriate people with every single one of your posts. It's amazing how you do it. Makes me sometimes wonder if you are really a Nigerian. But are you? Truly? ideylaff: [color=#000099]I understand the industry.., and this is no cameo apperance....in my booksWow!! You mean Kanye wasn't actually standing beside D'Banj towards the end of that Oliver Twist video?! Guess I don't know what to say. |
What is Goldie? Is it a kind of metal? ![]() I understand the Big Brother part. It's those Government people from George Orwell's book "1984" right? |

logicboy: Fail....S.perm is needed. Try againGo and read up the process of cloning. Perhaps what you unwittingly have in mind is In Vitro fertilization. As for the OP's question, I believe the answer is yes. A clone is an "offspring" of a living human cell. Much the same way as the embryo (and by extension the baby or human) being a product of a s.perm cell and ovum. So clones also have souls. |
ayobase: Cant add or subtract!Hmmmm... Housekeeping huh? Ok. I get. But would every visiting lady be in the mood for a bit of housekeeping? |
slimyem: whether it is male-ruggedness or laziness,it doesnt matter.I,(slimyem) dont like all too tidy guys.My other yappings? Bone that one. Talk for another day. What's your issues with "all too tidy" guys? Scared that they'd be too neat for you? |
slimyem: if you don't have the 'male ruggedness' then i guess you don't have it.Nne come out straight abeg. You sub-consciously associate guys with being an untidy lot. The usual home theatre with wires sprawled all about the TV area. Maybe a well-stocked kitchen with some dirty dishes stacked in one corner of the sink? Not all guys are like that. And it's not a 'male-ruggedy" thing. It's just plain laziness, that's all. That said, my sitting room is the best part of my crib. I put time and money to making sure that I always feel relaxed anytime I come back in the evening. I have this challenge of always keeping my own room well-tidied at all times. One shirt or two'll eventually be left lying on the bed or chair at one point or the other. No matter how hard I try. The sitting room is definitely the best part. I get apprehensive sometimes, abt letting chicks come visit at my place. |
Youngsage: Just heard that most of the dead DanaLoyola Jesuit again? How true is your source? |
There are some events that leave one too sorrowful and shocked. My sympathies go out to the bereaved. Losing a loved one is a very painful thing. Having just charred remains to bury is just unimaginable. Just too sad. So sorry. At the risk of sounding callous (which I don't wish to appear to be) and stu.pid, I didn't like the number of Anyenes I saw registered on that flight. They should not all have gone on that flight. There are some decisions a father has to take, which he doesn't have to bother explaining or letting the rest of the family be aware of. They shouldn't have all taken the same flight. Not that they were trying to avoid an accident. Just precaution. |
onome25: my brother though i share in ur opinion but i disagree on comment on the nokia n900.Hey bro! Kindly advise on how I'm to do it. The N900 has since been relegated to being a multimedia device and for just calls. Totally depressing. How can I browse with it at a reasonable cost abeg? |

Another one will say, 'I travelled by air to maiduguri and my plane did not crash, and even more importantly, I escaped the bombs of boko haram.'
