Ankle chains. And I heard it's a lesbo stuff. Don't know how true.

Girls who wear loads of multi-coloured beads and bracelets. I mean loads of colours. And all plastic.

It just looks trashy and juvenile to me. No vex.

badmrkt: i told a couple of friends yesterday, that naeto c'z a true definition of wack when it comes to rapping and i was branded HATER.that nigggga ain't no rapper,he would do better mixing concrete at a building site or selling recharge cards in aba.
I used to think that Naeto C was a one hit ("Kini big deal", "You know my P"wink, slightly above-average rapper, till I got his Super C Season album and listened to his flow. He raps intelligently and can even rate better than MI on some tracks, cos he could be fast when he wants to. Its just that that particular album was filled with love songs.

You should listen to some more of Naeto C songs.

As for the "only MC with an MSc" line, I guess that's his unique signature. Afterall, there is only one D'Banj who's sometimes known as Skibanj and nobody complains when he says that at the beginning of almost every track.

djmally: Sky B - wonder if he's alive
sef
LOL. "Ma bebe, ma bebe"

But honestly, I don't know any single one of the artiste which the OP cited. The only familiar name I see there is Shina Rambo. I guess he's not the same as the armed robber-turned-pastor right?

I'll say it again, Davido is crap making noise and re-cycling the same line over and over again. His beats should be used by a better singer or rapper.
FoodRe: The Price Of Garri by Tinyemeka(m): 7:08pm On Sep 01, 2012
I am happy to join with you today in what will go down in history as the greatest demonstration for freedom in the history of our Garri nation.

Forty-eight hours ago, a great Garri comrade, initiated the Garri
Emancipation Proclamation. This momentous
activism came as a great beacon light of hope to
millions of e-Garri lovers who had been seared in
the flames of withering injustice and comments censorship. It came as a
joyous daybreak to end the long night of
captivity from trigger-happy banning mods.
I say to you today, my Garri friends, that in spite of the
difficulties and frustrations of the moment, I still
have a dream. It is a dream deeply rooted in the
Garrious dream.

I have a dream that one day this forum will rise
up and live out the true meaning of its creed:
"A forum for Nigerians and lovers of Nigeria" and by extension, GARRI!

I have a dream that one day on the red hills of
Udi, the sons of former palm-wine tappers and the sons of
Ogbmosho cocoa farmers will be able to sit down
together at a table of brotherhood demolishing basins of eba and stacks of kilishi and suya supplied by their Kano brothers.

I have a dream that one day even the state of
Borno, a desert state, sweltering with the
heat of BokoHaramism and bomb explosions, will be
transformed into an oasis of burabisko, miyan wake and tuwo shinkafa.

I have a dream that my four basins of Garri, will one
day be served to my girlfriend, where they will not be
judged by the color of the eba but by the
swelling of the belle, the content of the ofe Oha and the hours of comatose sleep induced thenceforth.

I have a dream today.

I have a dream that one day the state of
Nairaland, whose Chairman's lips are presently
dripping with the words of interposition and
bannification, will be transformed into a situation
where Ijebu Garri and Asaba Garri will be
able to jollificate with Yellow garri and be swallowed with every feeling of rhapsody and merriment accompanied by steaming dishes of ofe Owerre and jars of Tombo harvested from the palms of Ezinihitte-Mbaise.

I have a dream today.

floriana: @ OP

Listen and listen carefully. Never go near Zenith Bank now, in the future or ever. You will come in as ET and remain so for as long as it takes any other ET to threaten to sue the bank for not adhering to the terms stated in their own offer letter.

PoliticsRe: Kogi Claims Ownership Of Anambra's Oil Wells by Tinyemeka(m): 10:34pm On Aug 31, 2012
Charles.nerd:
.Umuleri/Aguleri have seen inter-tribal war which lasted for so many years and was characterised by the use of sophisticated weapons and charms of unimaginable proportions. They are very skilled in the art of Guerilla warfare and could be heartless.
Yup. Some of them actually are heartless when it comes to retribution. Have had cause to relate with some of them personally.

But honestly, I was surprised when I saw this (... don't even know what to call it; uprising?) coming from Kogi state all of a sudden. Where had they been all the while Orient Pet was developing the fields and preparing for extraction and refining? I never for once, heard Kogi being mentioned in the scheme of things. Truly. All I was aware of then, was that the oil fields were located in Aguleri. Or was it the appearance of GEJ on the scene that spurred them into suddenly laying claims?

Since the Chairman of the board Orient Pet has acknowledged that some of the oil would be coming from lands located in Kogi state and given the strength of his character and past antecedents, I believe the issue would not escalate to the level of resolving it with guns and machetes. If the principal parties involved reason amicably.

PoliticsRe: A LASTMA Official 'Arresting' A Driver ( Pic) by Tinyemeka(m): 9:49pm On Aug 31, 2012
O soldier: Animal, dont you see that the driver is resisting arrest. fool
Lie. What I see is the LASTMA thug strangling the driver with the seatbelt and the driver gesticulating as if to say: "see what this man is doing to me".

If that thug falls off the bus and another car runs over him, the crooks in uniform'll promptly arrest the poor bus driver and falsely accuse him of murder. That case of the female Skye banker is still fresh in our minds.
If not for video evidences provided by bystanders, the lady would have also been falsely charged. I recall the outright lies they'd posted on their site. And no redress was accorded the lady.

Well I just know that more LASTMA thugs will continue to die on the streets of Lagos. It's plain Karma. Those who live by violence.

And I don't feel for them one bit.

RomanceRe: Couple Sends Best-man To Prison Over Wedding Suit by Tinyemeka(m): 4:43am On Aug 30, 2012
I had this impression that the bestman should usually be the groom's best friend who is still single. And in all the wedding preparations I had to partake in, I also know that the best man always bought his own suit.

I don't know where this issue of N11,000 refund is coming from.

Wedding suit for 11k?

Blessed Sacrament Parish, Ind Layout, Enugu. I used to drive 25 mins to that church because of the highly charismatic Fr. Christian Obodo. Then when I eventually moved to the area, he got transferred to Germany for 10 yrs. Got me really let down. sad I still attend the parish.

Whenever I'm at Umuahia, it's St Fimbarr's Parish.
