I suffer severe menstrual cramps and it's really taking a tow on me. Like I no longer look forward to having my menses because of the pain and discomfort that comes with it.

The only thing that stops the cramps is felvin but it makes the flow three times heavier than normal to the point that I'll start feeling dizzy. The last one scared me cos after taking felvin, on the second day I was changing diaper every 5 mins. (Yes I use diaper cos pad no longer holds my flow. ) At a point I stood up and it's as if the whole blood in my system gushed out and I nearly passed out. So I said I wasn't going to use felvin again.

Now, I didn't use felvin this time and the flow is normal but I've been crying from pain since yesterday. It's like labor pain and im tempted to take felvin but when I remember what happened the last time, I'll ditch the idea.

Please what can I use to stop the pain that will not increase the flow? Please help with remedies that work.

Pls try this out, and pls, don't underestimate it...

When the pain has started or about to, boil water to a degrees that might not be sooting to drink ( I mean hot to some extent), try and drink some and at the same time, put another very hot water in a bottle or you may heat pure water and put it on the lower abdomen close to you Vj. Pls try this within 10-15 minutes and I'm sure you will be relieved completely.

PLEASE TRY IT

MODIFIED... If the pure water or the one you put inside the bottle is too hot, you might rap it with clothes then put it on your abdomen

A mother could equally ask at what age should mothers stop bathing their boys, and you get an idea of what the issue really should be. When doing things for your kids, you do it to teach then them how to do it for themselves eventually. The child should be able to let you know when he/she can do it for herself when that time comes, or at least that she would like to try it for herself then.

I was so angry when I saw the word "tamed", when I read "after spending 300k for are C's". I'm very sorry to say this but I can smell pride, too much ego and so on ... Too many redflags. I know a lady exactly like this. She was self employed And doing well for herself,but was almost 40 and desperate. She met a guy and within 3 months they were married. Just two years into the marriage the man ram down her business, ran away in the guise of going to look for business opportunities,he came home for their first child's naming ceremony and got arrested for fraud. Till today,the once thriving lady has gone back to ground zero, her husband is in jail, her only gain in the marriage is the child she had.
The lady in question has to be extremely careful. We don't want to be hearing takes of woe later.
