A federal structure mandates the states to collect VAT, but as mad people, Nigerians have permitted the misnomer of FIRS collecting VAT for so long.

The south should know that all lands belongs to God. A president is entitled to 2terms of 4years each. I think GEJ only completed the mandate given to his 'principal'as required by the law in the 1st 2yrs.
The mandate given to him as a president was for 1term of 4years.
IMO, GEJ can still vie for a term, as the assumed 1st 2yrs was not his mandate, but Yaradua's. This was a measure to avoid a vacuum in the case of a dead or incapacitated president.

Your ancestors were not christians or moslems, but you probably took on the identity of either of these two religions. Your kids may decide to take on a totally different identity.
