People who use email verification services, such as NeverBounce, might want to pay attention to email addresses with "Unknown" status. I had been ignoring them all this time - only adding "Accept Alls" to "Valids" for outbounding.

I discovered last week, or the one before it, that some of these email addresses were valid when I checked with MailTester.

Just thought I should share in case anyone here has also been ignoring them cause there's no telling what contact would result in a sale.

Think I finished 10th in classic and second in FA Cup standing (before knockouts).

Next time read with understanding. I believe you understand what vice versa means
What's there to understand? Perhaps, you should re-read what you typed! I even asked a question to help me understand better but you ignored.

You seem to take a side in the first sentence, making whatever point you're trying to make with the following one a bit vague. Are the Orthodox right or it's the "Pentecostals" that are? huh

ArticleBeast:
They are not Christians but churchgoers... Even the Orthodox feel the same about pentecostal and vice versa. What a pity!
Pity for who exactly? It seems you agreed as well that Catholics are not Christians. Going by your second sentence, who then are the true Christians?

Sometimes, I am tempted to think religion is a problem - people have sadly made it so. Christians accuse (or condemn) Muslims and the latter do the same to the former in some instances. Yet, within these "religions" there are divisions. huh

In spite of all the religiosity, evil continues to thrive. No one should tell me they are born-again - I can tell that myself!

We are not really angry because we hate corruption in this country.....we are pretending to be angry because we are not the ones carrying out the corruption
This is why a cataclysmic revolution can't occur here in Nigeria....... because we all are corrupt or rather benefiting from corruption directly or indirectly.....the few not benefitting are praying hard and hoping one day they will also get the opportunity to siphon or steal money
You talk sense today o o: grin, even though I don't agree with everything that you typed 100%.

It's a bit surprising that some people didn't believe the narrative. Believe it or not, such can happen!

What if the organization in question is owned by a faith-based entity? There is this thing with religious people (of whatever faith) to often want to relate almost exclusively with their own.

And in case you're not aware, many other Christians don't consider Catholics as true Christians. Go figure.

Verifying mails just became FREE and easy recently thank to Gmass bro, so don't blame him for that. It can also take more than 10 minutes depending on amount of endusers, speed of network and RAM of laptop.
That's a useful piece of info you have right there, bro! Might be time to dump Streak now - I mainly use it for merge.

Thanks for the other idea on how to keep a domain name available even after accepting an offer. Can't wait to test it. You're a genius!

I888:
If you pressure him too much, you risk losing that sale. Just have this at the back of your mind and exercise restrain, no matter how badly you need the money.

You should find that as soothing relief and do more outbound. The only downside of using Dan is that your lander becomes inactive as soon as an agreement is reached and this is where Epik is better. Landers shouldn't be deactivated just because an agreement is reached in order to give room for potential sales from other interested buyers.
I agree with this! I have yet to sell a domain name without first outbounding. So why take a domain name off the market after accepting just an offer?

Dan informed me that it does this to avoid double purchases and all when I complained some time ago.

The more annoying bit is that I have not been able to sell any name that I received an offer lower than BIN for on Dan.

Graceboi1, you are "only" 27! Many much older folks are having it as tough and maybe tougher.

Please I beg you to never let ending it all be an option for you. Please. That would be a cause for an even greater, eternal sorrow.

I must confess: I'm somewhat like you. There are things I thought I should be getting results from compared to some people who are doing much better. But whenever I take a brief moment to think I still see a reason to be thankful for my life.

I want you to believe, like me, that God can give you all you have not been able to achieve in many years in just a twinkle of an eye! Just depend on him entirely and do not involve yourself in anything diabolical or fetish. I believe what God won't do for anyone is not worth having.

The greatest tragedy, I believe, is not being a so-called failure in this life but spending all eternity separated from God. This is why I don't want you to ever consider the "ending it all" option, never ever.

May God be with you, hold you strong and see you through this phase to a better one.

A very effective way to find End users

So say I want to sell the domain name foodbank.us (actual domain I own). I would go to Google search and type in the exact line below...

site:facebook.com "gmail" foodbank

Other examples that might give you better (more) results would be:

site:facebook.com "gmail" foodbank South Carolina
site:facebook.com "gmail" foodbank Florida
site:facebook.com "gmail" foodbank Nevada

You just replace foodbank / location with whatever keywords fit your domain name...meaning there are millions of potential clients at your fingertips now for all your domains.

The Google Chrome extension I use so that I don't have to copy and paste each email individually can be found by typing "email extractor google chrome extension" in Google search. Also to make this a bit easier I change my Google search results to show 100 instead of 10. You can do this by going to google .com/preferences

I turn the Chrome extension off whenever I am not using it because it does slow things down.

this same method can also be used on linkedin

Thanks to Michael Norris who dropped the tip on namepros , i decided to bring it here for us

You see one of the reasons I find it hard to see how this country will ever progress. People tribalise everything! In your mind, this is a tussle between the Yorubas and Ibos, right? What petty thinking.

So Atiku has become an Ibo man? undecided At least he was the real challenger to Buhari. I didn't also get the memo that the latter has become a Yoruba man.

People need to stop being myopic. These corrupt politicians ain't got no love for the common man, forget the parties. They don't value you, except you are one of them. They are all the same! The earlier you and your ilk realise this the better.

BusinessRe: Share Your Annoying Market Experience by U1(m): 10:03pm On Aug 06, 2020
Kalatium:
Nigerian markets are filled with drama. Today i will like to share some of my annoying market experience.

1. Last year i was passing through the market but was blocked by an igbo man that i should come and buy his bedsheets, i told him i was just passing. While we were altercating another man came and met us that i should buy shoes from his shop i told them i was not interested. They both started dragging me each telling me to go to his shop i angrily told them to back off that they are harrassing me and they stop.

2. I went to buy shoes on a faithful day when a man told me he knows where i can buy correct shoes. He took me to the place and after buying the shoe, he told me the shoe can easy get spoiled that he will take me to the guy that will help me fix shoe nails for free. We went there and i ask the guy hope its free he said yes. After he added the shoe nails to my shoe he told me it was 1500 naira. I was flabbergasted and petplexed, i told him didnt he said it was free. He said he doesn’t like such nonsense thats it's the first one that is for free. Before i know many people gathered around because we were seriously quarelling. Then the initial man that brought me there said he will pay 1000 naira and i will pay the remaining 500naira i was angry. I just had to close my eyes and pay that money.

3. Another day i bought some pair of shoes and while coming back. A man who was sitting down was shouting bros, bros i am talking to you come and enter my shop. In my mind i was like "see this man o is it jazz you are using that will make you enter my shop.

So, whats your annoying market Experience?
I wanted to pass this post over until I saw the second experience. It reminded me of a similar one I had at Aswani Market 14-15 years ago.

Bought a pair of faux leather flip-flops for N600 (a good deal, I thought). A fellow soon came around to solicit me to consider adding nails for durability. I asked how much and he said N50, which I thought was just about what Hausa shoe menders would charge. I gave him the go-ahead.

After nailing six points, he said my bill was N600. I was like what! shocked Told me the back and front parts of each nail was N50 each. cheesy I was mad! But I couldn't start a fight because I was somewhat a "church boy" and that kept me from losing it to an extent (same factor made me practically pay N500 for fare from Ikeja to Ojota yesterday, ouch!).

It can be quite hard to be a peaceful, easy-going person in this Lagos.
