One of the times I failed, it was because I slammed my brakes at a red light. The red light was in a roundabout so I only saw it on approach, then just slammed on the brakes.

Instructor said that I should have checked mirror! A split second decision and he was expecting me to check mirror?

Yes ma, you have to always use mirrors when changing speeds or directions. even if it was after breaking you should have just glanced at the mirrors.

I think you should try to improve on planning and anticipation.

always lift your leg from accelator while approaching a green light, and be prepared to stop.

Actually nothing is wrong with my driving. My instructor is always shocked when I fail. He advised that I don’t need lessons at all but that he is happy to train me if I think I need more. I no that one of my faults is that I spend so much time looking all around me (left mirror, rear mirror, right mirror, speed limit, accelerator, navigator... all at once) so I don’t even focus on my front.

I’m just tired.

I used cruise control to help with the maintaining speeds.

And use MSM

Mirror signal manoeuvre

Always mirror before signal or breaking.

Trying doing test routes with instructor to know the road and speed limit. General rule of thumb.

If there are speed bumps 20.
If it's not dual carriageway 30
Dual carriageway 40+ except for certain exceptions

I’ve done this damn practice test 5 times already. No minors o, only majors! I’m tired. Honestly. And I need to start driving because of work. Nawa!

I’m considering going to do my test in Scotland. Any thoughts/opinions on this?

Sorry for this, what was your majors? Were you aware of the errors during the test or you discovered about the errors once the test was over.

I passed on second attempt and on my first attempt I was aware of my errors as I drove so it helped me in preparing for the second attempt.

And try watching YouTube videos of driving test analysis and also driving fault analysis ( I recommend Ashley Neal and dgn driving school)

Plus I will recommend you get a new instructor some instructors aren't honest with there students. I know someone who was block booking monthly for more than a year and when she failed the instructor asked her to block book again.(when ideally you just need couple of lessons to rectify the mistakes.

And on your next test try to be calm especially towards the ending, as I learnt a lot of people fail the test in the ending part of the assessment.

Very simply put........ The MP's are confused......

Theresa May's deal failed, because MP's did not like it..... Boris Johnson would face the same issue, so he sensibly has asked the Queen to temporarily dissolve parliament for up to 5 weeks, incase no deal Brexit was the only option, Parliament would not have enough time to vote against it........

They are screaming again............

Why did they offer the referendum, if they would not honour it's outcome? They foolishly thought majority would vote to remain..........

T1 is Term 1, I did my T2 - Term 2 first because I resumed in January 2019.

T4 is Tier 4 visa o...hahahahaha

He/she must have confused T1 for Tier 1 visa

1. You have to check comparison sites, and I think you should not make affordability your 1st criteria but speed/coverage. That's what would determine the providers available and spee would determine the cost. For 60 down I pay 26 on Vodafone. You can get <20 for 18£ or less. From the smaller providers (post office, talk talk, something warehouse etc)

2. Energy used for cooking, electronics et al is negligible (compared to heating) and it depends on the type of light bulbs you use. And your houses EPC rating is directly proportional to the amount of energy used to heat up the house. During winter I I was paying about 100-120 monthly on energy. Really bad EPC rating.

3. If you do sign up for Direct debit it comes from one account, if you have the top up cards you can each top up the metre in pre arranged intervals

4. It depends on size of house and occupants. ( I pay 38 fixed for 2 occupants monthly)

5. Council tax, which depends on the value of your house in 19** Don't forget you have to pay mama Charlie her own share.

Hi guys I passed my driving lessons my second time on the 15th of July with two minors ( failed my first attempt on the 25th of june, cut the last corner to the test centre. Literally the last minute of the test).

I had 3 hrs Training in April then switched instructors and had 14hrs with my new instructor ( block booking savend me a few) before my first attempt and had just 2hrs a day before my second attempt plus 1hr on the test date. I also watched a lot of YouTube videos about driving mistakes, mock tests etc. About 100 hrs of YouTube. ( I know I am a YouTube addict)

Got my insurance today with admiralty ( not black box but similar, I get a device I plug into 12v power outlet for 6months and send it back to them) for roughly 1300.

Got my first car off a friend nissan note.

Things to note.

1 I got a 650-800 quotes when I was shopping for insurance with my provisional license, as I have had it for close to 2 years. But when I passed and was shopping for insurance I couldn't get anything below 1300..

2. Passing the test is just about being calm and relaxed, a few minors won't fail you. If you are on sure just wait and take your time to decide ( a lot of faults come from poor planning.

To be fair the dull part is not "not good at answering questions" and mind you there isn't any option for skipping interview. What makes the person dull is paying 12-18k pounds for a degree that is about 60-70 percent self leaning/study, and same person paying 1k pounds because they aren't willing to prepare for a 15-20min interview.

Everyone has a weakness, everyone struggles with one or more things. But the ability and willingness to learn to overcome it is what makes matters.

Same people paying SP for the purpose of avoiding interview will tell you they plan to get a job after studies in the UK.

Are you going to pay 1k to skip job interviews??

I really want to know what you plan to do with your prospective degree ( one of the interview questions by the way, get comfortable answering this)
