America has many different tribes people. But the difference is that they are all foreigners to the land. And they all made the conscious decision to colonise the place and work out their freedom and democracy.
Nigerians did not work together to create this nation. We were already here as individual tribes.
Some white people just came and banded us together, shoulder to shoulder.
The force and friction is now causing all this violence and insults in all platforms.

Nigeria is a group of nations within a boundary. Tribalism does not exist if you look at it properly. It’s normal for all nations, ethnic or otherwise to defend their interest or boundaries and history. It is this colonialist mindset to want to erase a peoples identity and pretend they are one. It has not even succeeded in the US. Not to talk of Nigeria. The problem in Nigeria is a lack of respect for others, their lands and their history by a particular set of people who know they are at a disadvantage with what their ancestors left them. So let's kuku just breakup back into our separate tribes under our different traditional leaders. There is no need for Nigeria again.
Each tribe should get its own police, army, navy etc. Each tribe should harness its own resources. Each tribe should speak its own language.
Do their own website. Everybody stop speaking English. End this Nairaland website as there is no need for us, different tribes to communicate in any common language.
People when different tribes people marry, their kids should select which state they want, and live there. Nobody is allowed to be born in a city anymore. Everybody must head back to their exact village and be born there so the villagers know all of them.
Education should only by in your exact native language. In fact, education is the business of your tribe/village.
Each tribe be a nation unto itself and spare us all this headache we are having trying to run Nigeria at such great expense.
The constitution is useless.
Please translate this text into the 500+ languages we have in Nigeria so that everyone reads and understands it.

Nigerians make simple things to become complex . Once there is no avenue to loot,they don't do their jobs.

Nigerians do not like the nation Nigeria. They don't feel that they are part of a group or one nation.
They feel that the government is wicked and does not meet the diverse needs of the people.
There's so many cultures and tribes here in Nigeria and the government has not been able to coordinate the tribes with each other. So these tribes see themselves as enemies and the government as a wicked principal forcing them together.
Hence people just do everything to destroy every government facility.

Truth is that we just don't have enough police in NIgeria.
Police also require payment.
We don't have enough money to pay police to do the work.
Hence the disorder all over the country.

It's the job of National Orientation Agency to coordinate Nigerians to understand their country and what to do with radio, TV and even Internet adverts.
