enemachris:Nice job only for pictures. Once camera goes, task force will close its eyes and allow everybody back there again. Because they also corrupt. |
Segzy19:Is it today that police is just seeing these traders? When the traders were setting up all their wares on the rail tracks and under the bridges, where were the police looking that time? All this bullshit is just for photos. Tomorrow, the traders will pack back there again and the corrupt and lazy police will pretend not to see them. - In foreign nations, their police is dedictated 24/7/365. No means No. They will never allow what is wrong to pass unattended. |
Rubyjade:Why is it that when a man goes to the backyard to play away match, the housegirl fallopian tube doesn't block. That one will get belle fast-fast and oga will be trying to hide it But madam, that he paid bride price, carry 20 sacks of rice to feed her village, married respectfully, that one is always having fallopian tube blocking and no child. Please WHY is this? |
melonsgroup:You go and pick one guy that will be messing inside the car, and you've just entered traffic jam. To continue the ride or to escape? ![]() |
Do you have office in Lagos? |
fubsy:Hippopotamus is bad tempered animal. It will never be gentle, because that is its nature. The issue here is that people are living near it. I think in SA and other countries, they just make game reservations for wild animals to continue with their wildness and separate humans from going there. Simple. |
Donpenny:Exactly!! |
Very stupid question. The people that want to get married crave for marriage more than those that don't want to. Your problem is that you are assuming because you and one girl are same age and went to same school, same class, therefore both of you will attract and get married. Men do not have to marry their mate. In fact, a man can comfortably marry a woman 20, 30 years younger than him. Women have time limit. They are counting down to menopause. You, a guy, you want your legacy, your heirs to carry your name. But you will first have name na? Not being jobless roaming about. Build yourself up well, and go find a 10, 20 30 year YOUNGER girl in her 20's and marry. Nothing do you. She wants to marry and so do you. All this bullshit you are getting from girls around is because you are still pursuing your age-mate girls. You don't have anything for your age-mate girls. They will go with a guy 10, 20 + years older than you. Then you come here and start crying on Nairaland. Your own girl is a very junior somebody. When you are settled, she will be very well available for you. |
rajiedreez:Well the issue we have in Nigeria is that we have a class of untouchable powerful people. Police, Army, Judiciary, regime change... Nothing has been able to get these people down and bring them to justice with their questionable sources and means of income. The poor ones at the bottom just continue being poor, generation after generation. Me I just feel that even if we burn the whole Nigeria down, some people are SO STUPID that they will still protect these rich people. And in the new Nigeria, these same rich people will still go back on top again. And we will do this because, unlike in western countries, we here in Nigeria are of multiple different tribes and each tribe will turn round and start fighting each other. Losing sight of the main goal. We have always fought each other in Nigeria and we do that very excellently right here on this Nairaland forum. |
slawomir:The barber shop is a good idea. But for this Nigeria, I don't know how it will work. According to the movie, it seemed ordinary guys went there to discuss issues and have a good time. In Nigeria, ordinary guys can't afford to go to that kind of clean organised barbers shop. You'd probably be charging like N5000 to cut hair to maintain that kind of standard. Nigerian ordinary guys can only pay N500 max to cut hair. So they can't even go there. Only big boys will go there and discuss yahoo-yahoo problems and drag you inside their yahoo and juju gist. |
Biglittlelois:Money is one funny stuff. If you work and get 30k this month... Work again and get 40k next month Work again and get 50k the next month.. You and your wife will surely be happy. It doesn't matter that it's ONLY 30k. It matters that the pay is INCREASING. Therefore there is hope for the future. If the money remain stagnant or is even reducing, that's the time there is problem in the home. Its like you're either not working hard enough, or you're doing the wrong work and need to change it fast |
The one they did us in Feb/March is still paining their body. They've come back for revenge. |
Natural2Heal:Think of... I so much hate that phrase. Have people not been thinking since all this time? If you want to add value to raw goods you have to set up a factory to do so. Have you tried setting up a factory before? Do you know the enormous cost involved in setting up one? And at the end of the day, area boys and agberos will surround your facility, stealing and destroying? Even if you settle them, will that not be an added cost to your goods final price? When the price come and cost past other country's own, who will now buy your hopplessly expensive product? Whatever bastardness that is causing agberos and area boys to fill up the streets and destroy people's businesses is what should change. Think of.. Think of indeed. |
God1000:I don't know. I've been listening to this guy for a while now. Kevin Samuels. I think he was a relationship adviser. He puts the roles of men and women into clear perspective for this modern age. He began giving advice to men. But women seem to have hijacked his channel and he started giving advice to women as well. (he died some time last year or so). Basically he tells women that their feminist stuff is bullsh1t. Their job, qualification and money is bullsh1t, after all, they won't give the man their money. That men just want cooperative, humble women, whom they can phycially carry. No orobo/overweight. Here's a sample of some of his conversations. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gzi0joqY7_4 |
WATCHOVER:Other countries have their own language. Their language is their national language. When they try English, they don't speak it well because they are just attempting. I applaud their effort. I too will have difficulty speaking Chinese or German. But YOU here in NIgeria, English is your national Language. It is the language or your Education, your goverenment, your radio and TV. Even YOUR INTERNET, This Website RIGHT HERE is in English!!! If you shell or speak bad grammer, i will laugh the hell out of you, because you are a dunce that refused to learn it. - - Come and tell me the day you learnt Chemistry, Biology and Physics in Ibibio language or Effik, or Igala. You were fully educated in English from nursery to university and you have no excuse to make grammatical errors as an adult. |
pocohantas:The truth is that prepaid meters only works well in developed countries where the houses are fully built and electrified. You are just a tenant and move in and buy your meter credit. Here in Nigeria, that we buy land and build house, then buy meter and call nepa and electrician to connect it, what is to stop my hand from changing the meter connection in the night? I'm the one that built the house. I'm the one that knows how I wired it to the meter. So we will still successfully cheat nepa by bypassing the meter. And they will still lose. I lived in UK for 4 years. I didn't even see ONE WIRE ANYWHERE. In the house, on the street, in school ... NOTHING. NO WIRE. All connections were professionally done and properly concealed. You cannot do illegal connection there to bypass meter. Impossible. |
kushe:So who sent these people to pay millions of their own dollars, to go and die underwater? What were they looking for there? See, there is knowledge and there is stupidity. Pursue knowledge good. But know where to draw the line when it starts approaching stupidity. |
EKONGKING:People need to ... |
MrAmbrose:Oyibo people have this BIG problem. They will be running up and down like somebody they put hot roasted yam inside his pant. They can't stay one place. Now they have gone to moon. The other one wants to go to Mars. May we never reach this type of unhealthy waka-waka in Africa. |
Enyimbamercedes:Hello, Please I'm interested in this ipNX. Do you get the signal directly to this device, or is there some other out door antenna that connects to this? - This is my plan. To use the home device but in the office. These ISP people are too crooked. Once you mention "office" they start directing you to "Enterprise" option that costs 100x more. I just want to manage the home/house device in the office and connect it to our office router.

JDistribute:Why are you asking him his age? Answer the question he asked you. |
InvertedHammer:Nigeria as a nation is not producing anything of value. Here's picture of a bicycle dump in china. Do you understand this? It means Chinese companies have produced SO MANY millions of bicycles for home and abroad that they can dump these ones anyhow. That means that EVEN IF you try to setup a bicycle plant in Nigeria, you can't even sell it as China's own will dominate NIgerian Market. Same with cars, clothes, shoes, home appliances... There's practically nothing left for you to do than to just sit down and do nothing 24/7 Hence the rise in yahoo and agebero and area boys 'stealing' money on the road.. There is not enough work to keep people occupied. And as a consequence, no money to pay either. So the comparison is correct. An average Nigerian worker will work and die before buying iphone 14. Such things are only affordable by the 1% rich.

silvoclaira:They are young females. They are high value to big men. They are given the money to buy the phone. |
Pityoobi:Milk is baby food. The stomach of a baby has the enzymes to digest milk. As we grow older, we no longer have this enzyme and then we are able to digest other wide variety of real food instead. Some mutation to humans has resulted in us adults still digesting milk. Europeans have more of this milk Enzyme in their bodies. Though not all of them. Hence you keep hearing about lactose intolerant. |
Oxfordgrade:There's a day I entered a ride to work. The driver picked up other passengers and we were all there stuck in traffic jam. One lady was complaining about her sales work. One guy beside me told her to stop complaining. He was a northerner guy. After UNI, he saw that nothing was happening in the north. He just closed eyes and came down to Lagos. No where to sleep. He went and slept in one kind roadside beer parlour/car park place. Night and morning he will wash the cars of those beer parlour men that came to park there, whether they pay or not. That's how one of them noticed him and asked him to follow him. Oga gave him driver work. From there to head of logistics. Guy managed himself, rented house, later bought land, married wife. - I don't know what else to say. I will not tell you what to do. Just take your actions wisely. |
Picture? Otherwise, I too have bought my own G5 private jet |
Ttipsy:When I lived overseas, they have dustbin everywhere. Just turn your head and look, you will see bin. Then EVERY morning all the bins everywhere in public spaces are cleared and emptied. The bin is never filled up. Workers are never on a strike. The bins near your house is cleared once a week. But all the ones in city centre is daily. But you will pay council tax for such service and you cannot dodge council tax. They know your name and address. You must pay otherwise you go to court, from there to prison. Our own here, millions of people will not pay anything. But will make mouth and be shouting and complaining. |
Nigerians peoples. The peoples that move in different directions at all times.
|
Enddy50ty:Was bicycle cheap before? I bought one used bicycle for N26,000 in 2018 or so. Since then, I've spent like N100,000 total to repair and maintain it. |
Fineman2:It's not their fault They need men to take care of their needs. And if Nigerian men are not doing so, they leave for overseas. Well, social media is also a big issue as you can just press phone and see one fine picture that will scatter your head any time. |
BArris007:Hmm. Punch now, the man will collapse and start calling it assault. Next thing police. The story go come enter Nairaland upsidedown. They won't remember that the neighbour was making a hell of noise only. It is your punching that will take headline. [Insane Tenant PUNCHES NEIGHBOUR for no reason] |
iammo:He should give them Doctor work and visa to go to UK so they can be like him |
