Nigeria's issue is that somebody must be in charge of selling the meters.
So even if government pays and gives out the meter, somebody will hold it back so that you the customer must come and pay him to collect the meter.
Most small businesses don't have that kind of money, N70,000, N80,000 even N100,000
So they either use generator or make illegal connection to get electricity.

The number one reason for people returning to Nigeria is Village.

I feel that one should have some experience in the job before applying for it. That initial experience is crucial.
