If Dino deliberately jumped out of a moving vehicle to make an alleged escape then he needs to be treated as a casaulty of a road traffic or personal injury accident until the nature of his alleged injuries are not life threatening or life changing. The arrest or continued detention will follow laid down protocols strictly following the assessment or advice of doctor or physican in charge of Dino’s care at the said hospital. The police can defer and corroborate the alleged injuries. This debacle shows the police also failed in their duty of care for their detainee or suspect and did not properly restrain him in their vehicle. By all means send officers to make sure he is remains in your custody at the hospital but don’t go arresting doctors on hospital grounds, very unprofessional and unethical in this case. Police officers are not medical or forensic experts or lawyers. Can’t believe the amount of dumb people at the helm of our affairs! Embarrassing

Based on what I was taught in school and best practices around the world the legislators don't build roads, build hospitals or schools. The are elected to be involved in law making, raising motions, bills and also performing oversight functions. If everyone doesn't expect all these ( constituency projects) from them, there won't be need for the constituency funds they receive. They will only be stuck with their salaries.

But if that should happen in Nigeria and every legislator just makes only laws, raising motions and bills and no projects, no helping people to pay school fees etc. I can bet you they wouldn't be voted for in the next election.

The movie is interesting, just that action Scenes are not much but the ones shown are accurate!

I rate it 8/10

I said the same thing in my review. The movie needed major set pieces when compared to other comic blockbusters, just like Winter Soldier. The fight choreography was a bit tame too in my opinion. The Dora Milaje fight scenes should have had greater applause just like the Amazons in Wonder Woman(I know she is DC) who were athletic and fiercesome warriors. Great film, just feel the director had to focus on other areas in his debut.
