Everybody knows that it is against your constitutional right for an officer of the law to search your phone or personal effects without a search warrant.

However, in Nigeria the constitution is not respected. Even Buhari does not uphold the constitution. Most things are done conventionally instead of constitutionally.

This is not right I agree but the system has been altered in such a way that, many don claim my right this, my right that and ended up framed, jailed and killed.
