He said but the truth be told he's 38. I just shook my head, sighed and was quiet afterwards. He notice the dislike in my eyes. I didn't order for anything . Cause I want him to go with lies.

The best we can do, is re train ourselves and be the best we can be. Listen to one or two advices here and there and choose.

Anyone who condemns you or judge you, only makes u more defensive, more defiant and very stubborn! You won't even listen to such person, it's natural .

I'm like that too. So if my friends want me to listen to them and not cut them off, they explain and advice calmly without condemnation even though their truth sometimes might sound bitter or uncomfortable in my ears.

Their delivery in advising is what makes me listen.

Huncle, that was some years back

I'm better and I feel great.

I gave that example to let Lucifer know God exist.

What brought up the heart attack was external forces around me not because I wasn't taking good care of my health.

Thank God I changed my environment, cause it was demonic. So I moved out of that area and my life became better. Attacks stopped till date. Still counting it's 3years and have not felt any heart attack, no drugs nothing. And I feel very good and relaxed.
