horsepower101:You created this thread, so you know what the topic is. The next thing, one idiiot who anything Igbo drives him bonkers posted pictures of Lagos (where we are talking about IGBO VILLAGES) and you entertained his nuisance... ![]() Next, he is flooding the thread with unrelated videos. C'mon man, thought you are better than this. |
Hypocrisy is their strongest forte in Nigeria. Everyone knows the country is headed for doom, so each successive government tries to milk the country as much as they can while paying lip service to fighting corruption and improving the economy...until the inevitable implosion comes. |
austinslimzy:If your client doesn't mind a 4 bedroom bungalow on a half plot (will need some internal fixes) with C of O, but located near Ronik polytechnic at Ejigbo....then hit me up. This location gives easy access to international airport road via Ajao Estate, and the flyover at Cele bustop along Oshodi-Apapa expressway links you up with Ijesha and Surulere easy. Moreover, I doubt you can get a property of such description within Surulere at that budget. I may be wrong though. |
Success1020:This is news to me. Can you explain a little further, pls? |
phelonrays:Use your head, if you got any. He's no sex addict. He kept asking for it because the wife kept denying him of it. Does it show that the wife slept with him everyday? |
phelonrays:Use your head, if you got any. He's no sex addict. He kept asking for it because the wife kept denying him of it. |
IamD18:That's not even fish. Its fish head: 90% bone. That's what poverty causes. Calling fish head a treasure ![]() |
spyder880:What is the cause of the collapses? From the pictures, seem like the land is on a slope. |
Rossikk:Now I see where you're coming from. Sorry I engaged you in the first place. Nah me miss road. Tufia! |
Rossikk: ![]() Your logic is flawed Nigeria is big, but has become everyone's bitch. Figure that out. Nigeria is a protector of whom now? That glory age where it played big brother to neighboring countries (via ECOMOG) is long gone. As it is now, Nigeria cannot protect itself anymore. You call those smaller European countries America's bitch Very funny. Why don't you read up about those countries in same Wikipedia and ask yourself if a middle class family there will be willing to trade places with your so called "rich men" here. The reason why those East African countries are forming alliances is not so they can challenge Nigeria's dominance. That doesn't factor in anymore. Just Ghana is getting it right, and will have Nigeria grovelling at its feet in another decade of steady development. |
Huh. This first class A-hole is obviously referring to "Yahoo boys" they have been hounding. Come at him and persuade the commission to release details of the people convicted and properties recovered, and he would refer you to Lai Mohamed. These are part of their statistics below: https://www.nairaland.com/5176771/efcc-arrests-15-yahoo-boys#78220207 Guys with dreadlocks, braided hair and tattoos. ![]() |
LazyGold:You showed up late. Yesterday happened to be one of those rare days I respond to lower animals. I will probably not be in that mood for another 365 days. Sorry. |
aremuforlife:Ha! The afonja head shrink! ![]() You haven't been able to diagnose your own people's anal fixation and their incurable fascination with everything Igbo. Yet, here you are, offering me your unsolicited service. Alaini ìrònú. ![]() I'm living my life to it's fullest. I can't say the same for you and your people. Actually, you guys can't live without looking for an Igbo cause to masturbate over. C'mon, drink that bottle of sniper already. It tastes like Biafra, doesn't it? ![]() |
adebayo1998:Go and prepare your hydraulic soup for dinner tonight. Nobody east of the Niger gives a shyte about your opinion. Sorry. ![]() |
samsononyilo:This one will claim to be educated too. With the millions of people killed from gun shots, have you advocated for its ban? Gun has only one purpose: to kill. Right? Why haven't you cried over that yet? Sniper on the other hand, is an insecticide. So is Mobil, Raid, Sheltox, Mortein, etc....even (believe it or not) kerosene. So, start afresh and tell us what you wanted banned. You should include everything that men could use as a tool to commit suicide. Include ropes, knives, razor blades, rat poison, acid, fire, tall buildings, telecom masts, cars, rivers, oceans....keep counting. |
![]() aremuforlife: tunjiajayi: simplycarro: helinues:The quickest way to get mostly Yoruba folks to abandon all they are doing and quake in sheer panic is to mention Biafra on NL. See Tunji has abandoned his unending quest for a used panty for ritual, to come and bash his enemies who doesn't know he even exists. His online siblings left the "owo mi da?" job Jagaban sent them, to comment and prove that the sudden bellyache and diarrhea they just experienced isn't unconnected with hearing the word that gives them eternal nightmares ![]() BIAFRA! BIAFRA! BIAFRA! Are you guys dead of cardiac arrest yet? ![]() You guys will die prematurely, I swear ![]() You will keep hearing Biafra and it will keep shortening your miserable lives. Help us to mind our business. Awọn oniranu. ![]() |
Bede2u:There's actually nothing much to think. Those with discernment and functional brain knows that being landlocked is not an issue. How long will one listen to people who absolutely believe that a nation without natural resource will cease to exist? The rest of Nigeria is apprehensive about Igbos leaving the contraption, hence they use such scare tactics about being landlocked. Halfwits among the Igbos bought into it. Their funeral. See, no matter which way its viewed, the country cannot exist for much longer. Its horrible past has caught up with it. |
BuhariAdvocate: ![]() Your village people finally used your brain to drink akamu |
Seedworld:You got pomegranates too? |
spyder880:I've seen a house where such voids get partly fitted with one way mirrors too ![]() From upstairs, you get to see everything and everyone in the downstairs living room without being observed. |
matify83:Lame. As if your country has any standards. Just in case you're not up to speed, your Nigeria is ranking low in almost every aspect of development indices. Only Nigerians still think their country is worth spit. In the international committee of nations, nobody gives a rat ass about your country anymore, believe it or not. You criticize someone who made something meaningful out of her life as if her past should bog her down, while people in power in your country are currently doing much worse without an iota of shame or conscience. For your info, Nigeria as it presently is, is not worthy to shine Ghana's shoes. Quit dwelling on past glories. |
spyder880:Permit me to say this wasn't your initial mindset ![]() I vividly recall you asserting about buying land on the cheap in the suburbs and wait as development gradually creeps in. Now, don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with buying in an area you can build immediately. Somehow, I do believe you have noticed that the real estate sector (and every sector for that matter) has slowed down. You can get a few individuals to key in and invest in a buy and immediately build scheme. But you can get more people to buy at much lower prices and wait for a few years. I am aware of the "buy and wait for a couple of years to build" which you floated, that isn't going according to initial plans/projections. This might have made you to shift your position. Believe me, the issue is pervasive all across the business environment. Let's hope that there's improvement in the economy that would push both long term and immediate real estate development. There are times I think about it and get pissed. But, we all got to forge ahead. We will see the end of this present madness. That's for sure. |
joycluv:That'll be 3 plots in places where plots are measured at 100ft by 50ft. |
OkaNaUbe:With the type of political system of government we have in Nigeria? NEVER. |
Some parts of Ebonyi do measure a plot as 100ft by 100ft. Perhaps Ohaozara is one of such areas, which could be the reason for the land size. spyder880: |
Sagamaje:Says a zombie who couldn't understand a single paragraph from the post. ![]() It took brain dead Buhari 6 months to assemble a team of worthless appointees. So, going overseas will rejuvenate his intellect and aid him in selecting competent hands this time? Rubbish. |
okoroemeka:Can't the seeds obtained from the ones you harvested be used for another series of planting? Does it always have to be the seeds from Cameroon? |
BuhariAdvocate:Such an enlightened idiot you are, sir. DSS will come to his house exactly for what reason? You are young, yet hailing your ancestors as they make tyranny a national policy Shame. It will come to your turn soon. |
sarrki:You quoting someone you call a fool makes you the bigger fool. Ọdẹ. |
Huh. Even though these mining activities have been ongoing for several years, there is a catalyst that seem to make their activities more pronounced and more deadly in recent times. It cannot be unconnected to the downtown in the economy. No improvement in commerce, finance, ICT, manufacturing and service delivery. Next drive is extracting and mining. Even the FG has been sinking billions of naira into prospecting for crude oil, after the dumb president declared that its government will diversify from oil. So, there you have it. When the head is rotten, other parts of the body will feel the stench. Next level is gonna be awesome, I tell ya! |
Wiseandtrue:For real? Tinubu is his work. Tinubu is the work he needs to face, or else Ambode shall be his case ![]() Everything he does as governor must be aimed at ensuring that Tinubu gets a decent cut of the beef, or cake, or amala or whatever is being shared. He got to be governor because Tinubu said so! Is that clear enough? Pls don't bring any misunderstanding between this two prominent sons of Lagos. Eko oni bajẹ! |
Who believes the puppet? ![]() Actually, Tinubu doesn't need to pressure you. The pressure will begin when you don't make the monthly remittance aka "owo oga" into his account as soon as you get sworn in as governor. That's when you'll know what pressure means. If you doubt, ask Ambode for guidance ![]() |
