Righteousness89:Oga, can't couples play again?! Even if what the bride said was wrong, your sexist mind left the bride in question and started talking about "priority to a woman". Does Shakau killing people mean killing is the priority to a man? Does Hushpuppy defrauding people mean that is the priority to a man? Does Lai Mohammed telling lies mean telling lies is the priority to a man? Why is it that when a man does something, we criticize the man in question but once it's a woman, everyone will be about the gender? |
SirLiquidGold:He was making a point. |
Hunchogee:Ok, bro. Maybe they are not common in Nigeria then. |
Hunchogee:Yup... I was referring to the ray fish which I see around here but yeah, even the other ones aren't uncommon too. |
But this is a common fish actually. ![]() |
The lady professor that indicated interest in him is actually a Nigerian teaching in the department of Computer Science in the University of Saskatchewan. She's awesome! |
mathkid:Lol... bro, others are talking about Trump and you're telling us about business logo? If Trump likes, let him be the president till eternity, that ain't your business, right? ![]() |
Edicted? |
WazobiaNEWS:But you were quoting. You aren't allowed to freely employ any literary device of your choice when quoting someone. That's the point. You are welcome ma. |
OP, why not say what she she said? Must you guys always lie even when it's almost inconsequential? You're title is styled as a quotation, yet you're using your own words just to get traffic and you think that makes you a great blogger? She said she can never be the same again and not that she can't be normal again. While the two expressions might generally be similar in meaning, there is a subtle difference in this exact context and you know it. Not being "normal again" could mean not being her old self (which is similar in meaning to what she actually said) but it could also mean she's accepting to be abnormal (which isn't what she said). So why introduce the contextually ambiguous word while the original write-up was precise? Even if they meant exactly the same thing, you're still obliged to stick to her exact words since it's a quotation style. |
OJay360:The guy in that pic looks healthy. Perfectly healthy. Some people are thinner and still very much healthy. People are only talking about this cause he used to be fatter. That's understandable but don't make it seem as if those with lean body are unhealthy. |
Almost all my jobs have been through LinkedIn. I think if you're truly a professional with verifiable experience/achievements, LinkedIn will be your best bet. However, I don't see it being very effective for freshers. Just an opinion. |
OgaTheTop2:Yeah, but POTUS is the office and it's not going anywhere. The guy meant "bye to Trump" as he has clarified. Lol. |
CapitalHYC:Lol... Asaba artist? How does he being in Delta affect his work? You can fight the mods for not prompting your work but you don't need to pull the OP down with you. @OP, don't you think it'll be hard penetrating the market if you keep singing the same girls, body, love, sex, etc.. that all Nigerian artists sing? Why not be a game changer? Just an opinion. |
berbs:True. You said bye to POTUS (President Of The United States) and I was wondering if Trump would go with the office. Lol. |
berbs:Bye to POTUS or bye to Trump? Lol... my bro, are you sure you know the meaning of POTUS? ![]() |
Fear men! |
Oracleforce:Why are you abusing someone for nothing like this? Some of you guys though... ![]() |
Weekly, monthly or annually? |
21cents:So what's the point here exactly? Because your lady initiated sex, ladies should not be cautious when invited by men or because your lady initiated sex, it's no longer a fact that most guys see a lady coming into the privacy of their houses as a form of consent? What is your point and how does that make my submission trash? |
You are here to shout at girls and not the opportunistic boys who think a girl coming to their houses is an invite to fvck. I really feel bad when some men defend assault by saying things like "if she didn't want to do it, then why did she go to his house?". Now, the same men are here to still scold girls for being cautious. Will girls leave this planet for you people?! |
I like the floor finish ! |
MISSCONGENIALITY:I agree with you. But sadly, some guys are scared away when a girl is equally boxed up. They see being the girls' source of money as a way of maintaining a strong grip on them. It's actually funny cause these guys complain about girls being dependent but deep within them, they enjoy the sense of superiority that gives them. |
I'm not a lady but I think they should. I mean, it's really a problem if you don't have transport to meet up with your guy at a preplanned location. |
Zyxzzzz:Don't use the present to justify your comment when they were doing much better. It was 4-1 then. If you had said that now, it would have been justifiable. |
Descortes:Lol... what qualifies me to advise him? There are no details so it would be difficult to chip in any useful opinion except I work with assumptions. The OP is a guy and the other party is a guy, the first assumption is that the OP is gay. The second assumption is that they're both in Nigeria. The third and most important assumption is that the second party is gay too. If the above assumptions are correct, then I'd say the OP needs to deal with his indecision internally first before approaching the second party so that he will not disturb the poor guy's peace with his own internal conflict. What does he mean by "I'm not sure I will like him"? Then why does he want to ask him out in the first place? I assume you don't just see someone and decide to ask them out except you like them and want to give your feelings a chance. It's understandable if he just wants to hook up with a handsome guy but asking someone out is the first step into a relationship and you don't get into that with someone "you don't even know if you'd like". Jumping into a relationship with someone you hardly know cause he's cute and seemingly nice is the reason most relationships only last for a couple of months. So oga, beardlessdude, it's obvious you haven't gotten to the 'asking out' stage yet. You are jumping stages and that is why you are asking this question. You have to first be friends with the person and get to know him better. When you do, you wouldn't be wondering if or how to ask him out cause everything will be clear. I don't see how money is a problem but if you think it is, it's probably a red signal. |
Glycosunde:They scored 4 goals but you'd rather discredit them for the one conceded. People! |
It's actually social/peer pressure. Though this one is extreme and terrible, it's generally normal for boys to want to feel among. So they do or say what they see others do/say. It could be severe as some of them can't even be themselves anymore. They're always worried they'd not be 'alpha' if they do some things they're naturally inclined to do. That's why you see some threads where the OP is asking funny questions like "guys, can I go out with her tonight?". It's like a cage cause they typically need manuals on how to exist and they strive to portray a personality that's not really theirs just to belong. But each person outgrows this cage at some point when they realise there's no umbrella treatment when it comes to relationships. The problem is when a grown up man joins the drama or when it's goes misogynistic like black men calling black women apes or men that sleep around calling a lady about to get married 'olosho' etc. My advice to young guys out there is, before you join this bandwagon, know that most people who do this do it to feel good about themselves and to manage their own shortcomings in life. To them, it's not a failure anymore if everyone is in that boat so they'd do or say anything to make others feel like they're the ones messed up. It's like miscreants in school calling the studious ones "juu guys". That kinda stuff. Each man's race is different. Be yourself, do your thing. Alpha and colourful pills have never made anyone successful. Hardwork does. Good morning! |
TossTos:And if one doesn't celebrate it, one wouldn't know? |
So why is the video age restricted? ![]() |
Nice. I initially read it as "Mbappe". Lol. |
