globemoney:Hehehehehe ![]() Globemoney don vex be dat! ![]() There are some peeps here i believe are not Igbo, or are Igbo but are grade-1 efulefus in the mould of Igbokwe and Orji Uzor Kalu! I've stopped reading their posts as well! It's ok to disagree with Mazi Kanu approach (i disagree with his stand on one or two issues), but when you start using the kind of abusive language on him that Igbo haters normally use then you cross a red line! That man Kanu has put his life on the line by coming back to Nigeria to stare the Pharaoh in the face eyeball-to-eyeball all in a bid to free his people from the curse that is 'one Nigeria', and if anyone feels he's not doing it the right way then they should be just as brave by stepping away from their computer, coming out in the open and declaring their own stand on the issues affecting us as a people! The self-centred approach of playing useless Nigerian politics that we've all been 'playing' since 1970 and which has got us nowhere, (except being cheated by the other two major ethnic groups) while our contemporaries like Singapore, UAE, Malaysia and even little Rwanda are showing us a clean pair of heels and leaving us for dust while making giant strides in economic development.....such an unworkable approach needs to either be overhauled or totally abandoned altogether! |
awelekiti:He can't go to Kaduna in the wake of last weeks massacre, but he can go to Port Harcourt to take glory for someone else's project! This is the man some nasty bigots want to inflict on Nigeria for another 4 years! |
Anyone else remember '90 mins at Entebbe Airport'? Yaphet Koto who was the badee in 'Live And Let Die' acted as Idi Amin! It was after watching that film that i started respecting Israel....though it was tinged with a bit of sadness because the old lady that fell ill and was taken to the hospital in Kampala never made it out of Uganda alive! |
We'll all starve to death if they're banking on tourists to come rushing into Nigeria just because Lai Mohammed said so! The only foreigners that would consider Nigeria as a viable destination when thinking of booking a holiday are daredevils and those with a death wish! ![]() |
Naijaguy12345:Nice try mate! The photographer took the pic at an opportune time, just as they were going to sit down! Bow to Buhari say wetin happen!? Is he the Pope? |

Ozibe:I can tell you for nothing that the Nigerian armed forces and secret services are only good at flexing their muscles when the opponent is unarmed Nigerian civilians! Given the huge fault-lines that exist in the country today, any external aggressor would find it easy to overrun the country in a matter of days, not even weeks or months! Is it our army that can't face and defeat the bokos that would now take on the likes of Ghana or Cameroon? Gimme a break! ![]() |
I remember there was a window of opportunity to resolve this issue when Mazi Kanu was meeting with Prof Nwabueze and some SE governors. Then he was open to accepting a truce. But Buhari felt that was a good time to send his bloodthirsty Fulani soldiers down to the south-east in the name of python dance.....and the rest, as they say, is history! Tragic! ![]() |
If there are two people that mean exactly what they say and don't have time for bullshit, it's Netanyahu and Trump! All this could have been avoided if Buhari -cheered on by his Igbo hating minions- had pursued a peaceful and negotiated approach to the IPOB/Biafran issue instead of forming 'Dirty Harry'! But their arrogance, and belief that 1967-70 can be played out again was their greatest undoing! Mazi Kanu is a brave, intelligent man and a master tactician! |
Phew....that's a relief! ![]() Was reading the thread heading with a rising sense of dread, thinking the native doctor was caught with a human head, but was relieved to find it was just fake dollars! ![]() |
Chizuru01:Knowing the power hungry nature of Buhari and his lieutenants, i'm also of the firm belief they have a nasty surprise cooking in the oven that will be revealed next year! The main 'magic' will be done in Kano, Katsina, Kaduna and Lagos....and giving the impression APC has firm control of Lagos is why he needs Tinubu onside, so when its figures are cooked to give APC millions of votes, the excuse will be that, 'Lagos is firmly under the control of APC so what are you complaining about'! And but for the strongman presently in Rivers state, they could have tried their luck there as well! Even though i support Mazi Kanu and IPOB, i'm also of the mind that Ndigbo should mobilise to vote out Buhari next year, as i believe the bigot is presently the biggest threat to Ndigbo interests! Problem is, when we come out to vote and Buhari/APC rig the elections as expected, those of us criticising Mazi Kanus' 'no election' call wouldn't have any moral grounds to revert back to the call for referendum since we have participated in the sham Nigerian elections! Mazi Kanu knows no election in Nigeria is free and fair and that everything is predetermined before hand by those with the power to do so (those in control of the police, army, INEC and the judiciary)! The only free and fair election this country has witnessed since independence is the june 12, 1993 election which MKO Abiola won! The power-hungry, hegemonic arm of the Fulani elite that's presently holding this country to ransom have seen what happens when you allow a clean and free process and they'll be damned if they make the same mistake twice! ![]() We will come back here next year to say Mazi Kanu was right after all! Just watch and see! ![]() |
jadams:Seems your sick of the Igbos already!? I have good news for you; join the Biafra bid for secession, and you can be rid of those 'pesky' Igbos who but for them, your 'one Nigeria' would have had a spotless reputation both at home and abroad! ![]() |
ishowdotgmail:What's your own ethnicity? Maybe your 'eastern brothers' can learn from your lot how not to be thugs! |
ContentedK:They're really disgusting! The same two-faced bigots cheering the fulani soldiers as they mowed down innocent, unarmed Biafran agitators and got a stiff bone'r watching the human rights abuses carried out by these same 'soldiers' in the name of some stupid snake dance....these are the same individuals beating their chest over who Mazi Kanu did or didn't mention in his broadcast! Besides, how did they know what was contained in the broadcast if they weren't listening in intently and taking notes! I thought they said IPOB and Mazi Kanu are as dead as Dodo!? |
IamD18:You may love your child, but is it everything they ask for that you grant? You may not grant the request either b'cos the thing they're asking for is not good for them, or you can't grant it at that material point in time due to circumstances beyond your control....it doesn't mean you love them any less! |
SK3NKI:Hehehehe ![]() Kinda like you watching as two egunje-seeking policemen at a roadblock stop a car driven by a suspicious looking dude, and after asking for his 'partikulars' they go back to bang on his boot for him to open it up for inspection! When the hesitant driver finally opens it, they see the eyes of a freshly harvested human head blankly starring back at them....and as they step back in fear the driver codedly slips them a thick bundle of notes! ![]() One of the policemen then turns to his colleague and declares, 'make the man dey go...everything dey in order'! And with this, the driver jumps back into the drivers seat and screeches off! Meanwhile, you've been stood by watching proceedings all along, and as the head-hunter makes good his escape you turn to the two policemen with a horrified look on your face and ask as you point to the disappearing car, 'what did you do that for...didn't you see the head i saw in the boot?' The policemen will stare back at you with a slight look of irritation as one of them says, 'and so....wetin come be your business for the matter?' His colleague then adds, 'Ogbeni, calm down....no one has reported a missing head so you had better mind your business and move along!' Only in Naija! ![]() |
If the state of Israel is supporting Mazi Kanu, just know the US is aware if not in active connivance! Moreso, when someone like Trump sits in the oval office! |
The amount of money these useless politicians waste on partisan politics is alarming! The sad thing is that this is a 4 year cycle....every 4 years, the amount of money shared and stolen, and the less attention paid to real governance is the kind of irresponsible waste this country can well do without! I look at the politicians Nigeria is saddled with, and all i see are self-centred, pretentious and visionless individuals masquerading as 'man of the people'! They use stolen and misapproriated funds meant for governance to oppress the hapless and hungry Nigerian electorate even further by enticing them with 5 thousand naira to by their votes and their conscience on election day! Quite sad really! |
ChrisMafian:You know your 'insults' are sounding weaker and more hollow as the days go by? ![]() |
midolian:Since when did you start 'caring' for Igbos? You bigots are all over this forum giving unsolicited advice and analysis! It's so pathetic! |
Unsurprisingly, i'm with Mazi Kanu 100%....even if i may have issues with his insistence on including some ethnic groups in the so called south-south! But those haranguing him, are they actually expecting IPOB to force these ethnic groups to join in if a referendum is announced for the southeast and south-south? When we express our fears, let's try and have them rooted in reality! I'm going into the tunnel now, so i'll finish up later! ![]() |
Drabeey:Yes! ![]() |
Oh boy...see traffic! |
pazienza:I'm cutting GEJ some slack here, and heaping most of the blame on our useless political elite in PDP at the time! If they had been insistent enough i'm sure more would have been done in the southeast. GEJ was distracted by trying to please the north with an eye on 2015, and had he won a second term, i believe he would have faced the southeast and his south-south much better than he did in his first term. |
pazienza:Was watching NTA network news yesterday, and the spotlight was on railway construction throughout Nigeria. Apart from the fact that these guys in NTA were ascribing all the finished and ongoing jobs to their god Buhari, another thing i noticed was that whereas they showed ongoing and finished jobs in the southwest and north (so you could see with your eyes what's been done so far), when it came to the southeast and south-south all they showed was names of cities which the proposed coastal and Port Harcourt-Maiduguri rail lines will pass...and they added that 'planning for this was at an advanced stage'! That's 'one fair and equitable Nigeria' for you! ![]() |
Finally, someone is asking the hard questions! ![]() |
slivertongue:In my book that's a plus! 'One Nigeria' is a sham! Most achievements Nigeria records are mainly by southerners, so it's patently false to link any greatness with Nigeria! |
saintneo:If you're looking for any place to lay the blame for any killing of unarmed protesters, look no further than Buharis' door mouth! |
Unconquerable73:How is his being egotistical any of your business! Are you Igbo...or you've now started caring for the Igbo that you'd hate to see become president of Nigeria? You lot think you can antagonise and marginalise a people and still expect them to be in love with your 'one Nigeria'? You ask Ndigbo to wake up? I suppose you that still believes in this unworkable Union forced together by the barrel of a gun is wide awake!? |
