Scholace:Lolz, we dont buy fake mackerel, , that one is between 900 - 1200. Infact, there was small size of original ones the woman was selling 800 each that day. Next time, if a fish seller say 2500 each, just let her know you are not novice, that the size is 1200, she would immediately confess the new price, which must not exceed maximum of #1700. |
Abbeytoy:She scammed your big time, both fishes should not more than 3k. The ones my wife bought in my present last weekend evening from street hawker was bigger than this at 2800 for 2. |
Emusan:You lacks comprehensive skill, that is the only problem I saw in your replies. It is quite òbvious you don't understand anything from the post. Let me break it down in a lay man understanding for you. The way educated people think back then is completely different from the way we believes in education now. They see farming as culture or necessary channel to eat healthy, they do their jobs like us, they are professional like us, they are expert like us, they concentrate on their jobs like us, they works in offices, they have careers like us, just that they only embrace backyards farming as a culture and means of eating from mother earth, which eventually translated to less pressure on our food supply. Go back to my very first post you quoted and read with understand mind again. I stated it clearly that we can no longer follow the same pattern, because the present educated people( even uneducated ones) abhorred farming or anything related to it. I therefore suggested that FG should try to empower each local governments for serious farm business that will ensure mass production, because FG can't achieve her aims and objectives by doing them directly. In conclusion, it is not actually bad if you have few stands of pepper, tomatoes, orange, pawpaw and plantain, on unused land in your compound. These plants have their purpose to serve in your environment and your health, and I am 100% certain you will know the importance of this in your 60's. |
LoveTalk:Mainland job, 130k - tf 13k = 117k Island job , 330k - tf 90= 240k. 240 - 117 = 123k difference. If I were you, I will removed 50k from my extra 123k, which is 600k pa and get a decent apartment at Island. Let assume you pay 250k pa at mainland, you can join it with 600k, making 850k to get decent apartment at Island. You still have 73k extra. 850k is about 2 and half month salary of your Island job. It is still better considering the ease of getting to work withiout necessary have to worry about traffic or eating out. You will have enough time to cook at home, instead of wasting money on substandard expensive foods at restaurants. If you apply above strategy, your income will still stood at 203k net per month. |
Emusan:Is like you don't get the point, no one say educated people must embrace farming as business, the Idea is to have something planted on your free land at backyard. The idea that educated people must not do anything other than handling pens in offices is a total misinformed basis tenet of education. Those that farm at their backyards then were never illiterates, they just see backyard farming as culture and necessity to eat healthy vegetables and fruits. If you were a little bit mature in 80's, and 90's, you won't be talking like this. People has backyard farms irrespective of their education level or where they work. I knew alot of professors who has farms at their backyard then. No one is ashame of doing that, go and ask mature people from 70's to year 2000, and be informed better. Many honorable state house of assembly members, local governments chairmen and lot of politicians too has backyard farms back then. Virtually all civil servants has backyard farms or remote ones if they don't own land. I am not advocating for subsistence farming or suggested that everyone must have farm at their backyard, reason I said FG must fund agriculture at local governments level to achieve optimum results in my previous post. |
EreluRoz:When I was single, I like materialistic girls who demand for money alot because they are very easy to get laid with little money and fake promise. |
Lumarstone:Yes, his policy contributes immensely to current economic hardship, particularly price of major items and foods, but we can't exonerate other arms of government including masses. Let me tel you this, Nigeria is not blessed with good or visionary leaders since military took over power in 1966, the reason we all think this time is different is because of modern means of communication or technology, education and over depending of masses on city lifestyle. For instance, price of petrol and dollar has always been on increase from time to time, infact there were time during IBB era that you won't even see petrol to buy for weeks or month. The major difference between then and now is that, very few people depends on patrol and majority of households grew most of their foods at backyard farms ( even in our major cities). There was no much insecurity or herdsmen menace then, Fulani you see with cows normally carries sticks and not AK-47. Agricultural was never a full responsible of federal government then but state and local governments. Farmers has unions that were always assisted by local government in providing tractors and seeds to improve productions. Foods were in abundance and cheap because many hardly buy or buy on regular basis. Though we can't experience the same pattern now because alot are educated and detest farming so much. State and local governments authorities should start encourage big farming by providing necessary equipment, security and seeds to intending farmers. This is the only way we can solve problem of food crises in Nigeria. Federal government is too far to achieve the same objective, because the provision will always be hijacked before reaching the real farmers. Local governments should be empowered by FG to start serious farming business in their jurisdiction . |
chicfarmer:People that don't know what they are saying, how is that possible withiout the uses of scale? Tell them to start using scale now, they will run because they always cheat the buyers with their traditional method. |
Babangidapikin:It actually started around first week of January here. Adelabu is one useless minister, who should not near anywhere close to leadership role. Imagine this minister kept mute despite public outcrying for more than 2 months, only to be ready now to call one useless unproductive meeting. The other time, he was lamenting people are not paying, why would you expect them to pay for what they don't use? Provide 24 hours uninterrupted power supply and see if Nigerians would not be happy to pay their bills. |
MrBrownJay1:Well, let me agree with you that there are people behaving irrationally when it come to sex. Truly, these set of people can risk even their lives to have sex with worthless people. Perhaps satyriasis is the same as being sexually irresponsible or being careless about one sexual needs, or maybe satyriasis is different to what i was talking about because you mentioned people having sex with goat, mad women, rapists, etc which I think is actually a mental disorder. As for the other points, I will focus solely on men. We are naturally wired to have sex with different shape of women in our life time. No matter how discipline you are, you will sometime feel like having sex with another woman ( especially the ones that suit your fantasy). My point is that, not every man that patronize sex worker or have few girlfriends is suffering from any sexual disorder. Promiscuity is an habit, just like smoking or drinking, once you starts, it might be difficult for the person to totally stopped. But I totally agreed with you on having sex with goat, mad women or rape as mental disorder. |
MrBrownJay1:Well, let me just say nature is not bestowed women to be sexually irresponsible, even in animal kingdom. I learned this alot, not only from humans but animals. A male animal is always ready to mate with any female available around, while females are only willing to presents themselves on heat. The same apply to women, that is why you rarely see them discussing their sexuality openly. Though not natural for them but some circumstances force them to be sexually irresponsible. So, we are not hypocrites by shaming any of them that goes off the line. As for satyriasis, I see it as a mere factor attributed to youthful exuberant. I derived this conclusion on the basis of personal experience. When I was single, especially during my undergraduate days, I used to codedly samples different girls, not that I don't enjoy the do with them, but just derived pleasure in tasting different things for the fun of it. And after sometime, i reasoned that having sex with more women expose one to different kind of STD, couple with spiritual aspect of it. So I decided to stop and embrace decent life. What will you call that? Be sincere sir, how many married adults have you seen suffering from this compare to youths and unmarried boys? How many busy or purposeful men have you seen getting time chasing women up and down? Like I said before, everything starts from our brains, if you want to prove me wrong, you can find someone you think he is suffering from satyriasis and diverse his attention to something that will trouble his psycho. Do this and see if the person will remember sex, not to talk of jumping from one woman to another. |
Jeon:There is nothing wrong in marrying a virgin non experienced young girl, the problem is the man himself who tolerate all her antics from inception. To enjoy marriage, you need to be a kind of man that women will think twice before they start their manipulative antics. |
Jeon: |
MrBrownJay1:Boss, forget what you read on Internet, some theories are silly sometimes, only want to create another subject matter where there is non. Every sexual activity or thinking start from brains, you cant have high libido withiout constantly thinking about sex. A man with high libido hardly celibate, he will finitely find someone to have sex with. A man with high libido will never satisfied with one round of sex especially if he cum so fast. Every healthy man are wired the same way ( can have sex with any category of woman), what make one man different to another is discipline, rationality and determination. My point is that, you can't be suffering from SATYRIASIS withiout high libido because both involve incessant thinking of sex, and sexual activity is first initiated by brains. |
MrBrownJay1:Still the same, someone who is never satisfied from sex will always want more of it, same way a man with high libido can't resist sexual urge. The key point is that both of them always want more sex irrespective of whether being satisfied or not. |
Umuinyioku:Coaches or footballers don't have permanent jobs or clubs, they can switch even if they just sign a new contract. Technically, Ranard is better than those two, he know how to source for players from local leagues, he has worked with many African teams, guiding two to win Africa Cup of nation. Except we just determine to hire a local coach, I don't see any rationale behind hiring Amunike or Finindi Jorge over a proven performer Renard. |
HERVE RANARD is ok. |
Jennyclay:Because the chicken are mostly fresh from farm, until Turkey that have been preserved by dangerous chemical and stayed for weeks on its journey from Europe. If you eat fresh turkey, you will love it. Stay away from imported frozen food. |
Maisiba:Because, cheating is an habit that developed over time. You don't expect a girl who has been in casual relationship with countless men to be faithful in marriage, same way you dknt expect a man who has slept with many women including prostitutes to be faithful in marriage. Decent women don't cheat at all, and if decent men must cheat, it must be a result of long separation( works or divorce) from their wives. |
yarimo:Why will people waste their time go to banks for what they can easily do online at their convenient time? 5 mins indeed, this day I was even contemplating that banks should close some of their branches and allow staffs to works from home. |
Quelme:He is quite right about this one, increasing the interest rate on loans will only kill already dying companies left in Nigeria. Cost of doing business due to lack of energy, insecurity and infrastructure has already put almost all companies into verge of liquidation, not to talk of borrowing at high interest rate to finance dying business. These people only had interest of international communities and elites at hearts and not the masses. The government that threw her citizens into almost total darkness since early January withiout providing any solution to fix the collapsed national grids for good two months is not worth to be call an active government. One thing is certain, this government don't care about the masses but statistics to looks good internationally. It is quite unfortunate and embarrassing that governments in Africa don't focus on individual development of their citizens but keep chasing foreign induced economic statistics they know little or nothing about. Cutting down irrational demands for dollars is good but raising interest rate will do more damage to our economy than they might thought. If this government has distributed tractors, seeds and provide security and land for farm settlements for farmers in every local governments, we should've be expecting significant downfall of food price by now. |
lrman:No, let assume you bought DOT/usdt or DOT/btc, etc, you automatically have DOT in your spot wallet and not with any attachments. Just click on trade, follow by convert at the top, that will lead you to a page you will convert your DOT to naira. Just chose NGN and click conversion button. You can use binance auto naira withdraw to cash out. Merchant only charge around 0.5% or 1% on withdrawal. |
lrman:Simply use it to buy alts and convert to naira. Use binance auto withdraw method to cash out. |
Nigerians are different breed of humans entirely, the only reason dollar is above 1500 today is because of artificial demand. Those who keep saying we don't export much to earn dollars are the category of people who save in dollars to make profits. During Buhari era, alot of Nigerians, including the politicians will apply for fake import, school, medical, etc, buy at official rate from banks and sell to BDC. Remove this irrational demands and see dollars coming down to #500. |
Seun:This will do nothing in reducing inflation, infact it will even add more pain to manufacturers as commercial banks too will increase interests rate on loans. The real causes of inflation has been clearly highlighted in the last paragraph of the main article. Rising cost of energy, high fiscal deficits and inflation. |
Ebubu2:States has more than enough to build one in a space of 4 years, private sector will only focus on big states with robust economy. |
BabaAduras:I love your contribution except local governments part. I don't want to believe that you believes local governments is still functioning as it should in Nigeria? 99% of local governments administrators are puppets in the hands of governors. About 70% of them are just care takers collecting only salary from state governors. The situation is so bad that we don't even know if local governments exist or not. I was very much alive when local governments were still functioning well, everyone know the chairman, including all councillors within their community. We had direct access to them as all of them can be seeing moving around like ordinary citizen. Street roads, widows, primary health care, elementary schools, street light, tractors and free fertiliser for farmers were well provided by local governments. Infact, whenever I remember this, I weep for Nigeria. |
mrrandomguy:Alot of Nigerians are educated illiterates, they will attack your post as usual and call you Tinubu supporter. Only in Nigeria you will see a so called educated person blaming president but neglected the ones assigned to take development closer to him. State government are the reason Nigeria is not moving forward, they are not but mere waste of resources. End state government and deal directly with our 774 local governments or simply share the country into six geo- political zones. #Endstategovernment# |
mariahAngel:Not always but happened once in a while like that. I will say it again, except you are not in a good term with the person, never conclude so fast that someone snub you until they tell you the reason for their action. People who are always busy, especially business persons, nursing mothers, elders or let me say married women with kids generally hardly reply their chats or calls in time. For instance, I called someone close to me on Tuesday but didn't take her call, I called her back yesterday, only for me to hear ( haaaa, didn't see your call sir o, maybe it was when my children were playing carton on my phone). Imagine if I had reacted so quick and blocked her, that is how I would've offended an innocent woman for nothing. |
