AgentNairaland:It's like I know your type, you wish every one would suffer so you could blame 'the government'. Sorry I don't do politics bro, I just see the danger lurking with every breaking news. I don't converse with your type. Bye. |
AgentNairaland:Hahaha, you wish. I hear you. |
Topmaike007:As they've started knowing, so are we too in harm's way. If the virus decides to deal with us the same way its doing with developed countries, it's only a matter of weeks you would wish it never came in, even through your worst enemy. |
AgentNairaland:If per chance one of the doctors attending to them gets infected, these doctors have families, their families have friends - rich and poor. It's a chain reaction. Ever wonder how even the most advanced of the countries in the world with world class medical facilities are not able to curtail the virus? You do not know what you're wishing for, you do not know. |
AgentNairaland:Really, you really don't know. As e de catch them, na so e de get closer to US ALL. |
AgentNairaland:It seems some of you guys don't know the magnitude of this disease. Good news? Really? |
Banmeallday:What is wrong with Nigerians? We are talking preventive measures, you are talking what? Why do Nigerians make so much noise on the Internet? |
Yenefer:Do you read what you always type? Anyways, it's like you're starting to wake up to reality. Glad you've finally started giving us lectures on preventive measures. |
I hope some noise making Nigerians now realize this sh.it is real? I hope we will stop playing the blame game and stop attacking and attributing everything to politics. I hope we will start taking precautionary measures to curb the spread and STOP MAKING NOISE? |
I don't see citizens of other countries playing the blame game, rather I see them being more united in these trying times but see some comments here. What the hell is wrong with Nigerians? |
NwaAmaikpe:Hahahahaha, where has this N.i.g.g.a been? Welcome back bro. |
Offpoint:Bro, you wrote that it's the only thing that can kill, later you wrote that it's not the only thing that can kill. Ah ahn, stop confusing our lives na...... Hehe, I know and now you know too that you made a mistake sha. |
ishitinyourmouf:Just my thoughts bro, but I'm not as sure as you though. |
keleman992000:I'm thinking something too but I'm not saying it's what actually happened, it's just a thought. I've read several cases of nannies getting tired of taking care of babies entrusted to them and in the process they end up doing unthinkable things to such babies. Most old people behave like annoying babies, the care giver might be like such nannies....It's just a thought. |
OdefaGirl:When I was in Bauchi, whenever there's religious crisis my people back home were always thrown into panic because to them the entire Bauchi was on fire, meanwhile the only time I actually experienced the crisis was when I was in my final year. Thing is, people outside fear more than those who are actually in crises areas... And the way you guys see Benue isn't the way the media and the GOVERNOR has painted it to be. Benue isn't where you'd see fulani herdsmen walking around with guns as most of you guys think, Benue isn't a state troubled by 'Islamists' as some people outside think. Without a doubt these herders/farmers crisis is felt more in Benue/ Plateau but attacks are usually in the interior villages where inhabitants are usually helpless and not in the entire state as people think. You don't expect Uni agric community people in this case, who are known for their ruggedness to travel down to those interior villages to fight do you? The scenario here is, for the past months these cultists have been at each other's necks. Just about two days or so a guy was killed within the premisis of Benue State university, these guys you see were killed by the notorious community members around Uni Agric because they were perceived to be on a reprisal mission. THIS IS A CULT THING! We are tired of hearing fulani this, fulani that as if that's all about the state. That's what the governor made people outside to believe just to cover up for his massive failure. For Christ sakes there have been other governors before him and in their time fulanis did the same if not worse. How did his predecessors manage the situation? Was it by making everybody believe fulanis have taken over Benue by burying victims in town and doing nothing about security in these villages and the state at large? |
Ausrichie:I'ts the ripple effect of what happened in the Benue State University Campus. These ones were most definitely going for a repraisal attack before they met their end. Sad, but we would have heard that another student had been shot in UAM. We for still hear death news either ways. How boys still have the guts to enter the University of agriculture campus to commit crime still baffles me. The boys in that community are not smiling, they themselves are heavy agberos but if you happen to bring your stubbornness from outside, you're gone. I've been working in both institutions for years, UAM is not like BSU where boys just stroll in and out committing crimes as they please. |
Sometimes one makes multiple comments you know? Is there an option for deleting one's comments on Nairaland that I don't know of? |
valarmorghulis:Na after I marry naim one girl come de ask me how I take propose to my wife. I didn't even remember there was anything like proposal that time sef, we just plan then marry, dazzol. |
easyfem:Bro abeg allow MJ rest, so the world has always been healthy abi? |
Sometimes I wonder why terrible citizens do terrible things and all people come online to say and have been saying since 19Abraham is that the government is terrible. Who is 'the government'? Who makes 'the government'? Alot of us are terrible people and there's NOTHING any government - past, present or future can do until we stop being terrible beings. |
Henrodah:Wrong bro, I guess you're confusing Arafat's visit for the Pope's. |
What is wrong with me? I read almost half of the jargons she wrote? Hey! What is wrong with with me? |
chatinent:Stop na, besides she doesn't even look like one bro. |
nanauju:You included yourself among the 'gullible women?' Unless you don't want to be truthful, this isn't about stereotype, neither is it an insult, it's a fact and yes my wife falls within the group too. I didn't include you, it's just a statement of fact. Sorry, it's clear you got annoyed along the way but I think we both know there's some sense in what I wrote. Thank you. |
nanauju:Sister, I am a married man, so if the light goes off( you know NEPA) while I'm doing the do I should stop abi? Or if there's no light and it's late or I dont have money for fuel to power my gen set and conji comes knocking on our doors we should wait abi? Years ago when there was no electricity nko?... Oh, they only had s*x under the sunlight abi? I'm sorry to say but women are the most gullible when it comes to these 'men of god stuff'. Make una the use una God given brain de think small I beg. Please, I beg sister, don't take what that woman said seriously. I beg again. |
I'm so sure most, if not all the people who burnt her acted based on hear say - " them say she blah blah blah ". What if someone just cooked up the story? A lot of Nigerians mumu die, a lot are steadily online showcasing their foolishness and a lot of the mumu and wicked ones are the ones who always blame our leaders, yet they're worse off. |
YorubaKinging:Bro, aren't you conspiracy theory experts tired of all these your theories any time some epidemic befalls humanity? There was this guy who argued with me that he was a 100% sure the Ebola outbreak was the end of the world! He was so sure that he called me a fool for not believing him. Each time there is a global outbreak you guys must come up with your theories which end up failing 100% all the times. If Nigeria was in existence as it is today during the ages of the black plague I'm sure we would have said the world had come to an end then too. |
A whole lot of us are confused in this country, why? ; 1. First case of corona. * Mr x: Very useless country and leaders, they were careless that's why it came in. * Mr B: Even countries like U.S and co were careless? 2. We blame Buhsomebody for the virus - PDsomething. * Mr X: Yes, the PDsomething are right, the man is such a stpid man. * Mr A: So countries like US and co have stpid leaders that's why the virus crept in? 3. We are ready for the virus - Lai some body * Mr x: Even the almighty U. S are saying they aren't prepared enough but hear what this stpid man is saying, stpid country. * Mr A: But the 'almighty U. S' were careless and have stpid leaders according to your assertion, such an irony. * Mr B: what he said was good, fear kills faster than the virus. People should stop spreading fear and must stop panicking. Speak positively. * Mr C : It is good to always speak the truth, we are not prepared. * CORONA : Yeye people, most of you weren't prepared for the Internet, you just use it as a tool for noise making. I'm watching. |
Nicklaus619:Bro, do you know about incubation period? |
Mtcheeew, I wonder how these guys use politics to create disunity among the masses yet they buy it. The virus has spread to several sane countries yet we've not heard people making noise and playing politics with it, rather they are looking for ways to curb or totally annihilate the virus. Everything in this country must always end up with PDP this or APC that. Same set of people in different uniform making a hell of noise since 19Abraham. |
