Three options.

2) Try and drain the battery to zero. Leave it for a couple of hours like that and then turn it on after that

3) Factory reset the phone. You will lose all data though

If none of these is work then its likely you're dealing with a hardware problem and you've run out of luck other than changing the screen which is very very costly.
