Should be Nigerian History, and then African History. Before they go and fill our kid’s brains with American civil war or how Roman Empire collapsed. |

What struck me in the clip is the recommended price of 2 naira per pack of 4. This advert was in the 90s if I’m not mistaken. That commodity goes for over 1000% of that today. |

Obviously inflated but men… we are really hearing it up here. My last diesel order was @ 810 naira/ltr, Maiduguri price. My office uses about 2000ltrs monthly alternating 2 100kva generators for average of 8hrs daily. It’s the largest single cost item and almost erodes all income made for the month. SMH |

DDayve:You are 100% right. Couldn’t put it as clearly as this in my response to @op |
Time management. Very key in such tests. You read a question once and have no idea of the answer instantly, move to the next one. You’d be surprised there are easier ones down there that you get the answers the moment you read the question. Such questions save you time you can use to revisit the ones you left earlier. And they carry equal marks. This technique has helped me in all the tests I have written especially SHL. |
AdaNri1:Flesh and Blood did not reveal this to you. So true. |
Two meat don sure for you @op. Variety is the spice of life ![]() |
Chartey:Been in this city for the past 9 years. |
This is so sad and shocking. It’s reported that the woman was setting up some local perfume called ‘turaren wuta’ which is burnt in charcoal while the husband tried to refil their generator tank with gasoline and the sparks from the burning coal met the fumes of gasoline, then the fire incident. This is one of the negative results of bad public utilities, Maiduguri city has been without power from the national grid since January 2021 until a few months ago when some parts began to get power. Most of the city has been in darkness for over 18months now and people have to provide their power through generators and solar for those who can afford. This is the second incidence I’ve witnessed in about 8 months. In the first, two young sons of a police officer died after a generator explosion in the barracks inside the police college maiduguri. How many more such incidences will we see before power returns to normal? One can never be perfect but to be honest I limit my use of gasoline generator to mostly when I need to power the borehole to pump water. My battery lantern, power bank and car charger are sufficient for me. RIP to the couple. |
You and who? |
These guys will just waste these nutritious mollusks. Make dem allow just 5 comrades 1 week visas to clear them free of charge. We will settle ourselves when they return |
It depends on the individual. I know a couple in Kaduna. Wife works with the. Nigeria Shippers Council, husband was managing an event center. We visited the family during the last Christmas holidays when we got to know the husband lost his job since 2020 during the lockdown wahala. Wife had been running the family, paying kids’ fees and even completed the house they were building. They had even moved into the house before Christmas. This woman even gave the husband monthly cash allowance to hang out with his friends so they won’t notice the impact of the job loss on him. We just opened our mouths in awe when the husband told us this. We were actually there to settle some marital issues between the man’s wife’s sister and her husband who is my friend. You never notice any disregard from the wife towards the husband if you were not told and this man hasn’t earned a dime of his own for about two years. |

We argued with an APC member in 2019 after the elections and I told him that if PDP fielded a northerner in 2023 most of these lightweight politicians especially in the north would defect from wherever to the PDP. Their mentality is north has to stay in power by all means. Without government, many of them will evaporate like boiling water to oblivion. Many of them didnt make it through their party primaries. Their only hope is to align with who they think will form central government. We will see what will happen after the primaries this night. |
luvinhubby:Ok thanks |
luvinhubby:Good day Sir. I need the recommended engine oil & oil filter for my 2016 accord v6. If you can help procure and deliver. It's impossible getting here and I cannot rely on the technicians to supply genuine ones. My location is Maiduguri borno state. Thank you. 08029114448 |
dre11:I feel for the children. So young and having to live through the excesses or shortcomings of their parents. Marriage and child bearing are awesome but not many are prepared for it before they venture into it. I can't just imagine my young kids; 10yr old girl and 7yrs old twin boys living through such. I'd go all length to see them have a good decent life. C'mon! These celebrities make family look like a joke. |

Left parents home at 26yrs when I got my first job. But I was really independent of them since 23 when I went to serve. Only connect was the BQ I stayed in the house free. No pressure to leave at all. |
The attorney general has to ratify the decision of the council of state then write to the controller general of the Nigerian correctional services to effect. Administrative procedures take time. What's key here is that the council of state has decided on their release. Dariye has not been in kuje prison for a long time. He was kept in a guest house in maitama on the guise of receiving treatment for an ailment. So aside from freedom of movement and the convict tag, he pretty much lives a better life than the majority of free nigerians. |
Tak Fuu That's what I know it in my dialect. Mwoes is culture in Kwagalak and Tak fuu happens anytime family or peers meet and share a drink or two. We appease our ancestors. No p there. |
