your Rsa(pen200*** nd so on) account summary as at 31/3/2021 is balance: n27,625.12, total contribution: n19,614.54 and investment income n8,010.58.
1st que: please which is d actual pension fee
2nd que: please how can i help her retrieve d pension.
3rd que: y is d pension fee nt paid direct to her bank acct
Message came from Aiico pension, PFA. Go to the nearest office inquire about document required to process withdrawal. They will advise. Considering the amount, she will be paid full. No need visiting pencom at this level. BTW total contribution is the total sum being deducted from her salary + her employer's contribution which was being paid into her RSA while she worked. Investment income is the gain on the amount contributed. I will advise she requests for an account statement first so she can understand the Make up of the totals before processing withdrawal.

Landlords any day. Been lucky with all. Present one very calm and mature. Haven't met him in person, just deals with wifey. I only transfer his money and he sends my receipt. I don't plan to leave this house until I finish mine and move in. Really nice man.
TravelRe: Relocation From Abuja To Jos City by 18wheeler: 12:47pm On May 04, 2021

I have done my findings I just but ofcourse no one has the monopoly of knowledge..kindly share your thoughts.

lived all my.life in lagos till.2014.Abuja since then...but thinking about Jos.
I'm 36, IT professional n married with 2 kids...wife not really working. i currently work in an ingo that also gas field offices includin Jos...but my salary isnt that interesting to make me that comfortable in abuja considering the bills on my neck.
we stay in a 1BR apartment in one of the villages (chika precisely) in abuja and pays abt 370 yearly.

ive visited Jos more than 5 times and i keep loving it more in each visit...Rayfield and surroundings to be precise...calm, weather friendly, fresh n affordable food, my salary wud get me a comfortable 2BR flat... navigation to/from abuja is jst 4hrs..so i feel i can apply for a relocation to our field office in jos..or at worst work from abuja and travel weekends.

i dont intend living anywhere outside Jos south/Rayfield environs

as a family man...i find it most suitable to relocate there..most esp for the sanity n good environment for my children's growth -stressfree of going to school in abuja, the hot sun, bad electricity, havin to wake up to fan my.kids at night (ofcos i have Generator)..i stay in a noisy compound that dosnt befit me..many fake foods n fruits in abuja, ..i wonder if its the same Nigeria...but Jos looks like a greener pasture for me.
waduyu think??
You will love it in Jos since you have a decent job/income. Its hustling that is generally hard here cos of limited opportunities. Life is generally more affordable here compared to major cities in the north. Accommodation (360k will get you a decent 2 bedroom flat around Guratop, TCNN, maiadiko, favwei areas all within Rayfield), food, school for your kids and transportation. But you will need to take it easy with the flexing if you are the hanging out type. Lots of joints to spend money on and alot more peeps to help you do that. Else, you'll be fine.

Osinachi00:
I'm 22 right now, and I don't even have any skill at all, please now I want to go into something I want to learn something please what skill do you think will be ok for me to learn please, I live in Abuja and I can't stay empty handed as time is no longer on my side and I don't really care about schooling anymore I have seen many young men in my area graduated with a very good certificate from school for over 5 years they stay at home without a job the ones who got job got job in a some hotels in Abuja earning less than 50K or 40k after graduating for over 5 years, all this things I put into consideration and it's making me give up on schooling as they say destinies are not the same but over 6 jobless graduates in my area is making me scared, I will still go to school but for now I need to learn something. I'm thinking of learning fish and chicken feeds production.

I know one young man there or under this thread will soon ask me to do yahoo well I have done it before and it does not pay very well and even if it pays very well that's not what I want to feed or train my future family with when I'm due to be a family man. so everybody should chook mouth here and let's come up with something nice.
Anything you choose to do, I'll advise you incorporate IT into it. I've seen atleast 2 skilled handiwork persons do their thing but with IT incorporation and have stood out from the rest. Carpentry with IT based designs, marketing, and all. Also a mechanic (female o!) whose workshop is 70% female workers and whose activities are 60% automated. That attracts alot of patronage even from out of town. Another lady specializes in car bumper fabrication. She uses internet to browse the dimensions and also some device that is not common to fabricate to pin point precision. So impressive. Wish you the best and please be future thinking in all you do. IT is the future of every thing.

Offshore charges have been in existence as long as I know. The sender normally bears the fees and that has to be clearly stated on the transfer instruction. When the sender silent about it, its applied on the value of the transfer which is what probably occurred in your case @OP.

Congratulations on your new car Sir.

First tip: Avoid parking your car close to a fence so. You never know, especially during rainy season.

Second tip: If you want your paint work to last, avoid parking under direct sunlight routinely. Shaded parking space better. Avoid using detergent to wash and wax at least once every three months.

Wishing you a pleasurable experience. It's a great car.

Cheers!
Thanks for the heads up. Really appreciate. I'm enjoying the "beast" so far. Smooth drive, so much power, nice interior and all. I'll consult here with any challenges. I believe this house. Thanks once again.

Many of this beautiful women need help grin grin
True. Quite a number also feel insecure so much that they miss out on genuine relationships. My experience, she got involved with the wrong guys early in life and it resulted in her building some kind of fence around her even if she felt empty inside. Theres this want to be loved but yet this fear that she would just be taken advantage of. Every man to her that moment was just there for her body and nothing else. When she needed, she would just hang out, bubble, get high and even get to do crazy stuff. Then next day she would wake up angry, feeling used, tears would follow and she would withdraw back into the fence she built around her. Was really a mental battle to reset her perception about men and even herself.

VULCAN:
I'm so glad you were able to bring out the best in her.

Most men try their best but such girls do things that force the men to walk away.

Some will even cheat for no other reason than to make the guy break up with them so they can return to their unhappy state.

Sadly a lot of women are emotionally damaged either due to things that happened in the home or from past encounters with the opposite sex.

God bless you for hanging in there. May you never regret your decision
Amen

Most times its the low self esteem playing its ugly head but been misconstrued as rude, you will never understand except you wear the shoes
You got it apt. I got involved in one. She wasn't beautiful in the sense of it, but attractive. Tall, dark, curves very right. And I'm not counted in the handsome men clique. She's a mix of Fulani & one of the indigenous tribes in Gombe. When we got into ourselves I discovered some emptiness in her. Feeling of not being loved for who she was but what she got physically. Really took me a long time to disabuse her mind from that thought. Meanwhile she is from a more comfortable background than myself and didn't need any material thing from me. I couldn't afford what her parents did for her. It was then easy for me to do other non material stuff to show her I wasn't like any Joe. Of course she had relapses and fell back to the "let me proof myself" situation. Some of the decisions she took in that state of mind led her towards self destruction. I channelled my groove to anything that involved her that period. I was really just catching fun and tagging along to see her end. Eventually, her brain rewired and refocused. She changed into a reasonable lady before my eyes. I helped her erase her past, "our past". We started on a clean slate. Changed her school from poly to uni with so much friction from her dad(that's another story). She regained her esteem, pulled through.
Today, she's a graduate already undergoing MSc. We're still together. This year November we'll be 10yrs as ONE, married with Three kids.
It's hard to live through that but I have a story of one who I saw, helped and made a companion.
RomanceRe: Reasons Young Girls Date Married Men? by 18wheeler: 12:40am On Apr 14, 2021
Life itself is about conquest. You always want what you can't have and when you get it, you want the next thing that you 'cant' have. Married men want the girls they cant have and the girls want the married men they cant have. When there is a meeting point, they explode on themselves. I mean the married men and the single girls. When they satisfy their conquest euphoria, they move to the next one. Its same thing that makes married women go after young boys. And young boys accept to bleep married women.
Taken far, it gets to the point of prostitution on both sides.
The cycle of vanity of life.
