It may be irrelevant to the substance of the message, but Gen. Joe Garba and Gen. Gowon are not of the same tribe. Gowon is Angas from present day Kanke LGA while Garba is Tarok from Langtang. Either of them could have spoken the other’s dialect hence the conversation between them in one dialect or it could have been Hausa which I know both spoke fluently.

How do they arrive at the number of farmers and their capacities and the area of their farming specialty? Who farms rice, or corn, or vegetables and so on? What land area is available to each? What input is required and how will the distribution, utilization of input be monitored? What season will each farmer be engaged?
So many questions that should be addressed before funds are committed, else the funds will just go down the drain.
