This does not sound like a real story. A man's pension should end when he dies. Not so? If your situation is unique then only his next of kin is entitled to such a pension. Simply gather money for your mother and travel abroad or wherever your father worked. Take his death certificate, your parents marriage certificate and other ID to present at the company. Simply verify the amount to be collected in pensions and what has been paid so far to the lawyers, and then order them to redirect the payments to your mothers account. The company can also help you all recoup the money stolen by the lawyers if they have a branch in the country, less the legal fees of course. Chikena. Lawyers are not supposed to have access to pensions except that is also included in a trust. I doubt this story though undecided

I second CC, and i am against it too. I think you can make this work though. Tell him that you are willing to work as a consultant/adviser on a part time basis for now. Once you are able to set up your own business, then you can kind of work on the two at the same time depending on how stressful the situation is. Never sell your ability to keep your dignity as a man. It is a very very rare character trait to find someone that will not fall hand in this situation. If they see that you are becoming too pompous or rich, they start suspecting all sorts. I vote for part-time consultancy work, maybe on the weekend. Then at least, you are not losing your primary source of income or deserting your inlaws in their time of need. Let the man give you access to emails, records and outstanding jobs so you can even work from your house and go on site when necessary. Goodluck.

Did the condom break or leak? If it didnt then the man you Were Intimate with may not be responsible. Since you are open to one night stands then you better think about who else might be responsible. Look, the guy will never accept it because he knows he used a condom, and may have checked that it was still intact before disposing. Imagine bringing a child into the world where you dont know its father or it being told it was a mistake of an intact leaked condom. huh. This must be a super story, you better be truthful and real with yourself. Hopefully you did not tamper with the condom and now looking for a super story to go and tell the guy. He will never marry you o. He will always think the baby was not his. Ehn,you dey find baba ijebu to hammer. rabbish! lipsrsealed

Some of these MEND guys must be NL'ers. ROTFLMAO! That whole rant is a Rhino or DK rant. hahahahaha. But it is true though. I think like Boko Haram is breaking into factions, so is MEND. JOna made a mistake by giving them free money. If he would have addressed the real issues, they wont even have the guts to form any group. Their own villagers will betray them. Development is always welcome. And change is needed for development to come in the SS and North. WIth education and welfare, these people (MEND and BOKO) will disappear. GEJ must be sincere with himself and sack all those idiot*ts in his cabinet. If you can fail your own people like this, the rest of Nigeria is in big shi*t

I know you are trying to help but I don't think she has gotten to the stage of reading about infertility. She is not infertile. She most likely does not need any medical intervention. I wanted to send a PM but it is not enabled on this forum. I am only saying it because I am sure she is already considering going through unnesasary medical procedures and I doubt that she needs to.
So you mean all those other women are infertile? That seems like a more adequate medium for her to meet people who have been where she is. She will be better advised there. Madam, look at that link and you never know what you can learn and not learn to do. Cheers.

Nigeria: South West, Edo Move to Rebuild Lagos-Ibadan Expressway
BY SHERIFF BALOGUN, 3 FEBRUARY 2012
Governors of the South-west states and their Edo State counterpart have initiated moves to take over the reconstruction of the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway as well as the Shagamu-Benin Highway.

They are also planning to pull resources together to construct a rail line traversing Lagos through Asaba, Delta State.
. Lagos to Kwara will be better. No need to deal with mumus that only know how to destroy things all in the name of militancy.
These were the highlights of the communiqué they issued at the end of their meeting at the Government House, Abeokuta, Ogun State Thursday.

Ekiti State Governor, Dr. Kayode Fayemi, who read the communiqué, said: "The governors resolved to explore the possibility of taking over the reconstruction and management of the roads. They also considered and agreed on the need to create alternative road and rail lines from Lagos to Asaba."

The governors said their decision to venture into the reconstruction bid for the affected roads was informed by the national impact of the gridlock witnessed daily on the roads.

Apart from the gridlock, they also said there were the issues of job losses, insecurity, and economic wastage, "which have considerable impact on the socio-economic development of the nation in general and the affected states in particular".

Fayemi said the governors also demanded an immediate review of the existing concession agreement on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, adding that the position of the road as the artery linking Lagos to other parts of the country made the review imperative.

Speaking on the state of security in the country, Fayemi said the meeting resolved that states must play a more active role in protecting lives and property of the citizenry beyond mere provision of equipment and logistics to security agencies.

"The governors resolved to continue to protect all residents and visitors within their jurisdiction," he added.

On power, he said: "The management of the distribution assets is what is militating against efficient power supply. The meeting therefore noted that it has become necessary to take ownership of the distribution assets in order to facilitate required partnerships' for effective power supply."

On stakeholders' forum, he said: ", whilst the governors are mindful of the fact that they are popularly elected representatives of the people, the precarious situation in the country requires convening of a broad-based stakeholders forum consisting of legislators at the national and state levels as well as other revered elders and leaders in Ibadan in the shortest possible time."

On resource allocation, he said: ", the governors further deplored the imbalance in resource allocation to states that make up the old Western Region given their contributions to the National Gross Domestic Product (GDP). The governors reaffirmed their determination to ensure that justice is done on the revenue allocation framework in the country."

The governors, who also deliberated on devolution of power, said in the communiqué that: "The Federal Government is holding on to too many responsibilities and power that are supposed to be within the purview of the federating states. The governors considered it expedient to review the existing arrangement and devolve more power to the states."

Fayemi added that there would be a full-fledged secretariat to be established for effective coordination of the goal to fully integrate the states in the old Western Region, stating that "the meeting of the governors should hold more frequently at least, a bi-monthly schedule was agreed on."

In attendance were: host Governor Ibikunle Amosun, his Lagos State counterpart, Mr. Babatunde Raji Fashola (SAN); Fayemi; Governor of Osun State, Rauf Aregbesola; and Governor of Oyo State, Senator Abiola Ajimobi.

Others were the Deputy Governor of Ondo State, Alhaji Alli Olanusi, and his Edo State counterpart, Mr. Pius Odubu.

Guy,

you did not take the time to know this woman and you married her sharp sharp. Now sharp sharp have patience and fix your family. Now that you are married, investing in your family should be your top priority, because your family's success is your own success. Dont mind those people that are advising you to divert your money their way. Should anything happen to you tomorrow, they will attempt to sleep with your wife before they give her kobo. You are not their father. As for your wife's behavior, you married a human being and therefore you cannot get perfection. You have to try and see what you can live with. Sit her down and talk to her. I can get from this post that you are far older than her. So, try to reason on her level. Also change your approach to addressing issues in your house. If she says you are a dictator, then you can try a different, and more mature approach.
