But as for the others you listed, all I can say is, NITORI OLOUN! shocked

Lol @ those who think doctors are the highest paid. If you see fg doctor's payslip as compared to other fields you go sorry for them .

P.s. It takes a decade to become a matron and even then some of them take loans to buy their cars. Just saying.

Highest paid 'professions'?

2. Senators
3. LG chairman

When I see a lady's rough hair.
Expecially when she wakes up in the morning or when she nor plait or comb the hair.

And I love to see a lady in skirts; it always catches my fancy a lot.
I know right?
I mean, they look good when their hair is well done and neat and everything but it still cant compare with that sexy natural look!

pls dont stop being my fan and my friend becasue of my believe, that will be like persecuting me and discriminating. I will never think otherwise of u because of what ever you believe. I stopped believing becasue of a series of tragic events i went through. It made me reevaluate my believe and start asking questions. i learnt to stop allowing religion to control me and have never been this happy.

i wish people can allow themselves to be liberated from this unreasonable dogma called religion and Christianity. for the first time i have experienced innermost peace and i mainly come here to make fun at those who used to be like me.

trust me... i am still a nice guy... our different in believes will not make me treat u otherwise, but christianity will definitely make u think twice about me... that is one of the dangerss of religion.

1. When she wears her natural hair. Don't get me wrong, I love the Brazilian /human hair ish and all the designs etc. But anytime she goes on her 'Afro' it drives me gaga grin

2. The smell of her hair. Crazy right huh I don't know why I cant get enough of it. All she has to do is rest her head on my lap where I can get easy access and I find myself sniffing the thing like its cocaine. I love the way her hair and scalp smells. It drives me crazy! embarassed

3. Her walking around the house in her sexy underwear. Note: If she walks round the house naked it doesn't do anything for me. I may not even look at her twice. But let her wear matching bra and panties and I cant stop staring! It's so hot and sexy, especially the colour white. And that brings me to:

4. When she wears white clothes. Anything white does it for me, don't know why. A white shirt, white jeans a white gown that shows all her curves and stops at the knees and ends in frills(oh dear loorrd!)

5. When she watches cartoons. I cant explain it. Seeing her enjoy stuff like 'kung fu panda' and 'Penguins of Madagascar' and laughing her tinker bell laugh...i feel connected somehow.

6. Socks: When she wears white socks...it drives me CraZY! I don't know why embarassed embarassed embarassed

7. When she calls me by my pet name...which I wont mention here! angry angry grin

Do you have any strange things about him or her that turns you on? Please share smiley

The same statistics that say men are.more likely to die from not seeking health care as against women folk.

At the bold part, that has been you people's nightmare. That's you people's problem. She never said she BELIEVES but that they are mere THOUGHTS and she is entitled to it just as YOU are. Can't you people reason before you throw your bile?
They have shallow reasoning power.
I've been amazed how they haven't understood the op's intention throughout this thread despite her repeating herself over and over and over again.

None of them have ever had a single bad thought pop into their minds in their life.

None of them have ever looked at a child and thought ...mehn this child is damn ugly...in their life.

They are all oh-so-pious and self righteous.

The person that amazed me most is the op. She kept on trying to convince them of her true intent despite all the rudeness and vitriol fired at her. I salute her resoluteness.

I entered the bank vault today and saw stacks upon stacks of N1000 notes and a thought crossed my mind that it would he great if it all entered into my account. Does that make me a thief?
This thread has shown me the shallowness of this section I swear. People just interested in displaying how perfect and know-it-all they are.

hmmm...don't mind me jor, i only seems to have a different understanding of what the gullible and ignorant need.
instead of the truth abt quran i strongly believe we all need the TRUTH and THE LIFE HIMSELF, i also believe the Truth can only be found in the word of God!

If there is any message a true christian should preach, it should be from the very Word of God and we can never have enough of it.

does it not concern you that she only end up making them angry and incite some. does it not concern you that it turn out to be a disservice to God?...in my bible, Christians are to be agents/symbol of peace. Rom. 12:18 explain that clearly!

Career › Re: He Lost His Job Because Of Trust by 5minsmadness: 9:30am On Feb 06, 2015
My authoritarian/terrorist father always had a saying:
"Trust No one. Photocopy Everything."
I make it a personal rule to NEVER engage in business I cannot reimburse from my own pocket if things go south...especially if I don't have a photocopy or signature to back the deal up.
I still have reciepts as far back as Standard Trust bank and Universal banks, banks that existed before the soludo era. Anything with significant cash I hold unto. Maybe I'm paranoid grin

Back in 2010, we got a new PS to my boss, the guy was transferred from Abuja and rumoured to be a finance genius. Imagine my shock when he walked into our board Monday morning and I recognised him as a childhood friend! We hadn't seen in over 15yrs. He pointed me out immediately and soon we were sharing drinks and reminiscing over our humble backgrounds and the like. He soon called me aside and told me he was looking for an ally in our branch and i was automatically it. That we needed to talk in private later. I agreed wholeheartedly.

The next day we met at lunchtime and he presented his proposal. Suffice to say I was to make a killing out of it running into some millions entering my account steady for at least a year. I perused all the documents and everything seemed legit. It was too good to be true.

"when something is too good to be true, it usually is."

He was a good childhood friend. I had no good reason to doubt him. It all seemed legit. Then i asked for photocopies of the documents and things went south.
He asked what for and I said so I could have my own copy. He said it wasn't necessary, didn't I trust him, the documents were confidential. All I had to do was sign on the dotted line and i would be made. He was officially my superior officer and he could cover me if anything went wrong. He even took me to see certain bankers to prove the thing was legit and they were ok with it.
But no photocopies. Just my signature on a paper and a promise.

I backed out. Thanked him for considering me. Thanked him profusely. There was no way I could pay back that money in 5yrs if things went south. So I backed out.

He was arrested in less than a month. All his high profile folk denied him outright. His dad(an influential man in his own right),came and bailed him out and sent him overseas instantly.

It doesn't matter how buddy-buddy you are at work. When it comes to business, do not mix business with pleasure. Always confirm. Always get your photocopy.

Lostmermaid,
It is obvious from your numerous painstaking attempts to answer all questions thrown at you that you are a patient person. Well done.
Some people won't be satisfied unless they get the last word in. Its just what they do, and no matter how hard you try to explain they'll keep projecting their own issues on you. I think you should take any good advice you may have gotten here and ignore the others and move on.
All the best.
Family › Re: Should A Woman Lie About Having A Child Outside Wedlock?? by 5minsmadness: 6:41pm On Feb 05, 2015
BreezyRita:

In most parts of the East, having a child oitside wedlock is frowned on. The young girl is deemed wayward.
She lives with this stigma. And it becomes difficult for her to get a husband. Who wants a certified "second hand" wife?? Most suitors, on finding out she's had a child, either deserts her on his own or us pressurized by family members to do so.
Now, she realizes time is not on her side and decides to do something.

My question: Should a young woman who's had a child outside wedlock, lie to her suitor about it. Lying could be by not saying anything about it to him. I know what'll happen if he finds out but I need your opinions here.
.
Yes she should. Like you said, no one wants second hand goods. A man that is willing to marry you despite you being a single mother must really love you, as in, the love must be strong. If you don't think the love is strong enough then lie to him. Don't mention anything about the child to him. Hide the child from him. By the time he finds out (and he will - truth and children are hard to hide) it will be too late. He would have married you already.

Of course this will make him very angry and since the child is not going to just fade away and will remain a life long reminder of your deceit/lies to him, he will grow to hate you with all his heart. He will probably loathe seeing you in his house and might even begin to beat you out of sheer hatred. Your marriage will degenerate to a continuum of quarrels and bickering and frustrations.

But all that doesn't matter because you would already be his wife and legally married. Even if he choses to divorce you later at least people will know you got married legally at least once in your miserable life.

So many judges on this case and most of them without personal experience. Its easy to see what's inside from outside. But when inside, it becomes so difficult to carry out advices you once gave from the outside.

Lostmermaid, she's young and naïve; just like every other woman, she has this possessive instinct in her. So its perfectly normal for her to think her husband's love for her OWN children must be FIRST among equals. However, her personality, time and experience will give her wisdom in dealing with issues like this - if she wishes to learn.

Her case is more or less like a polygamous setting only that both wives do not live or will not be living in the same house. Fights for the best for ones children, jealousy, self servicing are all features of it.

Like she said, its her thoughts and may or not be a reality. And she's honest about it. There was a story of how a lady confessed to the wife of her ex husband on her she felt with the way her daughter will be treated by this new wife. She felt her daughter won't be loved and cared for the way she would have wanted. She was pained that her marriage crashed and another lady is taking her position.

But it all turned out to be very different. This new wife love the daughter like she was hers right from the very first day. Because she knew it was a major factor for the success of her relationship with her man.

We should encourage her to love his child unconditionally like she was hers. That it is normal for 'wicked' thoughts to fill our head but what's important is what we do with it: trash it or use it. We should encourage her that should she continue with this man, that child holds the key to the success or otherwise of her relationship. That even when he wants to incorporate her with his 'hate campaign' her reaction by being neutral and civil will ultimately show her maturity and places the ball in the man's court. If he leaves her for it, he has lost and she has gained tremendously!

We all crucify her for calling another woman a 'slut'. Well that's because she's now in the picture. Supposing she's just an outsider like a Human Rights Activist, or a relation to the man?

Lostmermaid, for me, I see that child as his jewel and a sort of a compensation to the 'hurt' caused by his ex. I feel he will cherish her, spoil her too and love her unconditionally. The bond will be extremely strong and not even you can break it. Attempting to do so even after marriage will be the beginning of your own problems. You should only seek to attach your own bond to theirs and strengthen it too. That was you win their hearts and trust. But all these you'll do because you WANT to. Because your heart wants to.

Sometimes, 'hate', 'negative' advices actually cause more evil!
Very well said.
