We all know the truth even tho many of us might not like it, when it comes to the South no other candidate can pull the sway like Jagaban. His worst enemy is himself, if he plays his cards right like he has done numerous times, he'll get the ticket and will win in a landslide come 2023. Forget sentiments and let's be practical here, the dead party known as PDP have turn into comedians, no credible candidate and they are not even hidding it, so it is APC vs APC, may God help us all! |
erniok:First, you want loan busineses to base their profitability on restructuring in an atmosphere where fraud is rampant with little to zero regulatory backing. You talk about due process but that is exactly what they follow, show me your source of income and references and they use it to qualify you. the problem with 9ja is that job stability is often a myth, high rate of turnovers means that the conditions for the loan might have been true at the origination but no longer applies 2, 3, 6 moths later. Rather than the applicant to update the loan company, they'll continue to evade and even play dead. For such scenarios, if you like restructure, shin shin the loan company no fit see! You paint a good picture using terminal benefits but how many people are actually paid? Even those paid, how many are paid millions? The simple truth here is that the loan companies are operating in a high risk high reward atmosphere and if they all based their business model on restructuring or hypotheticals then they are simply NUTS! Your analysis of 300% p/a holds no weight since many businesses in 9ja often make more than that, e,g MTN, Dangote. The problem is not profitability, the problem is high risk, if I owned an insurance company I would be mad to insure such a business....lol. |
Jaqenhghar:I wouldn't be surprised, anything can happen in the zoo ![]() |
erniok:Well that's just not the complete truth, if there's anything you should know about Nigerians is that someone that wants to pay will usually pay and those with no intnetion of paying will not pay even if they are given 60 months to pay. Ask yourself this simple question, WHAT IS THE INCENTIVE TO PAY? For example a company is set to make 1 million Naira on a loan of 10 million Naira paid within 1 year. Even with a restructured payment schedule, the debtor failed to pay, as the debtor who just lost his job and is facing wahala from landlord and children's school fees, would paying the loan be a priority for you? As a loan company, what other restructuring will you attempt before realizing this is a loss? In a typical advanced country the default rate is less than 10%, for 9ja I dare you to guess the figure....You'll be SHOCKED ![]() |
erniok:It's the same line, you default, they come after you. If they secure a judgment in court they can garnish your wages or confiscate your assets, only bankruptcy protection can protect you from such a situation. In 9ja, there's no such thing hence they use physical and emotional tactics. I just hate when people start blaming these companies knowing fully well the type of people living in Nigeria, people would collect loan of 500k to 1 million knowing fully well they are unemployed. Once again the ultimate fault rests on the loan company for taking such a huge risk knowing nobody can force the debtor to pay, even restructuring gets to a point where the losses far outweighs the profits leading to the business itself struggling to stay afloat. Not all loan companies have the financial backing of a bank, most have less than 5 Billion Naira in liquidity. |
erniok:Read what I wrote carefully, some are fraudsters while some are not, using false assets, age, employment etc is considered fraud. For example, you lied on your loan application that you have a car that you own only for them to discover that you don't own the vehicle. This is considered fraud. Pray you never live in a sane country because without bankruptcy law they'll sue you for all you've got and you risk possible jail term! |
erniok:Typical 9ja mentality, you dey owe someone money you still dey tallk say no be only you be debtor . Not all defaulters are fraudsters but majority are, the only difference between the USA and 9ja is that in the USA you can write off your losses during tax season and insurance go pay. Anyways na the stupid loan company I blame, in a country as useless as 9ja why would you loan people money without collateral? 9ja people wey dey fight physical with landlord, shey na loan company dem go come respect? ![]() |
Numerouno94:For f*cks sake, how did you reach such a conclusion? Loved all over Nigeria? How can a VP claim to be a saint or effective when the president is abysmal? On which criteria do you think Osibanjo has fared well over the past 4-5 years? How will he camapaign? MY BOSS FAILED WOEFULLY BUT I'M DIFFERENT? ![]() I dare to say if an Atiku or another powerful Northerner decides to run, Osibanjo will not even come close without the support of the Jagaban so what are we talking about here. Let's take sentiments out, do you think Osibanjo can win the SouthWest without the Jagaban? Answer honestly ![]() |
fombi:Your first sentence gave you away, it's like saying Trump failed but Pence would succeed because he is credible and has high morals.....LMAO. Here's a lesson on how national politics works, it is not enough to be of good character, you must know how to dine with the sharks and the cabals. I would have taken Osibanjo seriously if he actually stood up to Buhari but this is not the case. For every fault of Tinubu that you've listed above, Buhari ansd Osibanjo are equally as GUILTY so please let's stop the hypocrisy! |
Lindodo20:You lots keep repeating the same boring tune, please be specific name your chosen candidate and be realsitic. |
shiwex:You have children and you're typing like a tout online? Mind your language when you address me! Moving on, you said old, corrupt and unhealthy but who is your alternative? Remove sentiments and be bold, state your alternative and be realistic. Remember your criteria: 1. Not corrupt 2. Not old 3. Healthy I dey wait ![]() |
Numerouno94:You're still missing the point, how do I put it, if Ojukwu should arise today, majority of the Easterners and Southerners would support him, this is not to say he is a saint or flawlwess but people resonate with powerful forces. For Yorubas right now, no other person not even OBJ commands the same swag that the Jagaban does. Forget about hate, Yoruba people are very practical, we consider all sides of the coin and right now Jagaban represents the greatest chance to bring power back to the South, good or bad, Yoruba people will vote for him overwhelmingly, forget social media and online, visit market, visit the traders and see his machinery in full force. |
dchamp234:Who are the counterparts? Name them and I'll show you how marginalized some people in those countries are, the bad thing about Nigerians is that we want to enjoy like outside countries but don't want to go through what majority of those citizens went through. Ordinary South Africa had to go through apartheid, even the USA had to go through 5 major wars including a civil war yet the society is still; very F*cked up for some people based on skin color or lifestyle. Both side is to blame, government na werey, citizens self na crazeclown. |
EMIRofPUSSY:AYE OOOOOOO
|
My people I'm afraid 2023 is setting up to be another 2015. People were so fed up with GEJ that they ould have voted for aliens just to get rid of him and PDP. Now in 2022, people are so sick of this Bubu in general that they either won't vote at all or will vote for anything or anyone that represents a change. It's like playing the same song on a loop, surely we all can see what's about to happen again. The only difference here is that in 2014 the opposition came out swinging, now in 2022 is there even an opposition or a continuation? |
The honest truth is that most females have been programmed to believe that men should shoulder the responsibilities of the household. Your money is for the home while her money is hers alone, if she assists you in anyway financially it is of her own free will(HIGHLY UNLIKELY). As a man forget the financial plan crap, it never works, rather have an honest and open discussion with her, find ways to cut cost, all that vacation crap is not needed, if she wants vacation she can save towards it. As a man try to take care of the main responsibilities as much as possible, you do not owe any woman a trip or 4 star vacation; shelter, food, security, transportation and clothing....THAT'S ALL! When kids come, take care of them too, this is what's called being a man! If your girlfriend jaapa because of simple plan imagine what would happen while married and you lost that 300k job? No kill yourself my guy, take your eyes off her money and be happy, when she knows you don't even care about her money and how she spends it, the marriage will be peaceful, na those excess you must cut off, vacation, surpirse gifts etc, 300k is very low to be living like telemundo ![]() |
olugabbie:There's no need for nuclear weapons, daily bombardment of Iran's government and economical sites is enough to cripple the country. One thing that I am sure of is that Iranians are not ready to perish, all this one na nothing but mind games. |
Godmademan:Na today? This statement comes up every year, in fact the CIA and FBI constantly monitor over 1000 threats and risk points every day. As much as Trump might not be likeable, as an ex president he gets protection for life. |
Godmademan:Na today? This statement comes up every year, in fact the CIA and FBI constantly monitor over 1000 threats and risk points every day. As muc |
This is one of the few downsides to modernization. You want to be a hippy king, a bobo, a modern ruler but you forgot it is not about you but the throne itself, the throne is larger than one person's failure or achievements. You want to mix modern religion at the expense of your fore father's traditions, the result is usually not pleasant. A yolo yolo wife and then a prophetess, who are you deceiving? Stick to the fine women of Ile Ife, stick to those firmly grounded in the beliefs of your fore fathers, stop trying to rebrand, if it ain't broken don't fix it! Anyways I don't fully blame the king, what are the elders doing? The chiefs, the consults? One na mistake, two is unfortunate....hmm hmmm if it happens a third time na straight up madness. |
dasparrow:You're funny, for every case like this there are at least 50 more involving white or black Americans, this one at 59 is obviously sex starved by his oga at home hence konji show am pepper. No right thinking Nigerian would do such a thing considering the amount of free puzzi that exists in the USA, heck worse come to worst, na only $50 to $100 for a nice girl wey go scatter your brain ![]() |
People will be lamenting instead of rejoicing, we always pray to the Almighty to show us our errors and save us from dangers known and unknown, baba just showed you what you didn't know, instead of being shocked, you should head over to an orphanage and do charity work, for what you've been given freely many have spent millions, wasted time/energy and still couldn't escape their ill fate.....Halleluyah! Guy see the image below, I suggest you order a plate and enjoy your life!

When China comes and collects the debt owed.........

puzzlegate:Just read man, read! |
Out of all the people that commented, less than 10% are the abusive religious bigots hence let's focus on the majority who support him and his actions. No need to give relevance to some mumu people, even as a Muslim I find it disgusting that people seclude themselves based on religion, dressing up, eating rice, partying on christmas does not make you a lesser Muslim or eating salah meat and rejoicing with Muslims does not make you a bad Christian, rather it shows a deeper understanding that we are all one, we are all from the creator. |
Are you thinking what I'm thinking.........Time for bubu to borrow more money, covid relief funds $500 billion ![]()

Jnjoku883:Are you done? You've just typed rubbish all in the name of contribution. Whether you are male or female, nobody owes you a damn thing in this life. A 24 year old is a full grown adult, nobody owes him a damn thing, the father loved him enough to send him to higher institution, he could have learned a trade or an agbero yet the poor man chose to spend his hard earned money to give this ungrateful bastard a chance at a good future. Man of the house? Who dash monkey Versace? Man of the house is not by mouth but by example, some females are more useful than males, some females are more of learship material than some males, your genitals does not give you any inherent right, so stop that nonsense talk, person wey dem suppose carry go army cantonment for proper baptism, you dey yarn encouragement.....Spits! |
Sometimes I wonder if men nowadays were made in China? All talk but no action, woman wey you put for house dey deny you sex ontop wetin? I can understand the occassional not in the mood but constant? Abeg fetch me my thunder .This is simple, when your wife sees you as zero threat, zero consequences, she'll do and undo, men love to talk about respect but it goes beyond manners, we also have respect of the unknown. Make yourself unpredicatable, save some money, get yourself a room in a n hotel for 2 weeks, go out more, drink with friends, get on social media let her see you having fun......I can bet my last dollar if she still values her marriage she would start panicking and if she doesn't she'll start planning her exit, which might be a blessing in disguise for you (eye wey go last till old age should not be producing pus while young) ![]() Forget these simps on Nairaland, you're a man never ever let the puna control you, control it instead with stealth moves. No i'm not talking about being a jerk or a macho idiot, I'm talking about getting your woman excited again by letting her miss you a little. Let her sweat a little, for there's nothing that lights a fire under a person's ass than fear of the unknown, stop being Boring James from the block and channel your inner Okocha and dribble ![]() Finally before I forget, my advice only applies to those who are not one minute men or who don't fulfill their repsonsibilities at home and no I'm not talking about washing pots or pants, every problem has a solution, that woman no get two heads, reset her brain and remind her why they call you utaka, attacker, turaya ![]() |
As parents when you change your orientation from what can I offer my child to what can my child offer me then you've lost the plot! The issue of loving one child more than other is just a placebo effect of deeper underlying issues. Most African parents are self centered hence it is easy to devote more resources to a child you see great potential in than one who is just there, it is also easy to devote resources to a troublesome child than one who is always obedient, call it the goodman curse...lol. As a child you might think your parents love your sibling more than you but it is just a mirage. Usually the strongest and more obedient child gets less focused on than the troublesome or lazy ones, you might see your mom or dad constantly worrying about your brother or sister and quick to send money or buy something for that child in order to appease him or her but when it comes to you they'll ask you to manage. Both situation shows love, your parents love the troublesome child and believe the increased attention would make him or her a better person. Your parent also loves you because they believe in your independence, your hardwork and responsibility. They trust you more than your sibling and believe that you are a survivor. Ultimately always look at the bigger picture, parents are human beings incapable of equal anything, we tend to favor one thing over another based on mood or impression but a true parent will move mountains for any of his or her child, this is the minimum expectation of any good parent! |
obanioluorun:War from social media? Audio war . He has taken the entire Nigeria hostage for the past 6 years, I don't see it changing anytime soon....lol. |
Buhari is revealing plans for the next 4 years and most of y'all are blind to it, the next president will be business as usual and expect the same problems and nonchalant attitude, read between his words, he is clearly confident that the next president will be from his party. You all can continue shouting on social media fighting and cheering, most of y'all are irrelevant to the next election. The market women, the traders, the touts na dem dey vote pass, for them they don't care as long as they get their bag of rice or 2k. Knowing this, the politicians have chosen to neglect you educated online warriors and focus more on the gullible and easily manipulated group described above, the same bandits causing terror are more likely to vote than the average Nairalander, now tell me how equation go balance? If you still don't get it, forget about it!
|
In situations like this, I won't mind if after recovering, the man invokes article 5 subsection 2 of the laws of Moses, thou have committed adultery, attempted murder and multiple acts of cruelty , OFF WITH HER HEAD!
