Yea in a perfect world this would be a solution but in 9ja it won't work. Rubbish....The Western world without good leaders and investments would be worse than Africa. Look at the USA for example, 80% of the youths graduates from high school but less than 40% actually graduate from the university or college. Out of those that graduated only 50% of them actually go on to have successful careers. Opportunity is one thing, being disciplined to utilize it is another.
