Honorable Desmond....So fun won ko ma ta si mi, cos I be actor for this action film......Desmond Idiot Part I & Part II ![]() |
The current school system is majorly flawed! Students are not taught real life concepts but theories and outdated scenarios. Engineering students instead of a final project that is practical and physical are being told to write 20-30 page paper on a topic . Business students are not taught how to form a company and the day to day running of that company, they are not made to understand stock market and investing rather they look at theories and concept from the 1800s. 90% of Nigerian graudates cannot write a proper CV/Resume, 70% cannot answer behavioral questions using scenario based answers related to their field of study. When was the last time most of the cirriculum for our universites were reviewed? You expect students to pass 10-15 courses per semester, can we honestly expect them to give it their all in each course? Remove the redundant courses, update the cirriculum, update the teaching mechanism and expose them to real life practical application. All the Lebesque, Lagrange, Porter, Newton theories without conceptualization is RUBBISH! |
Lightangel65:I completely agree, the Almighty does not need anyone to fight for him, stay safe! |
Lightangel65:Yea slowly but surely we will get there. It took Christianity over 2000 years to get there and that was with the help of controlling vast amount of resources and wealth. I believe the more wealthy the Muslim countries become the more they are willing to upgrade their mentality. The way people in Iran and Iraq behave drastically differs from Qatar and Saudi even though most practice the same religion. If we put the blame on Islam we fail to realize the root cause which is poverty and interpretation. Muslims that are killing Christians are not Muslims, don't get it twisted! For no Muslim is permitted to kill people who are defenseless or innocent! Anyone can quote the Quran just like anyone can quote the Bible, it does not make them a Muslim or Christian! |
Lightangel65:The problem here is you took one part of a book and said it was old and outdated thereby excusing it's blemishes yet you used the same concept to judge another book. The funny thing here is that you don't realize the Quran is 90% like the Old Testament of the Bible, so by calling the Quran demonic or evil, you are saying the Old testament was evil and not of God....This is hilarious ![]() |
fineboynl:Go and read your Bible, no be me write am ![]() Deuteronomy 17:1-20 Luke 19:27 Leviticus 20:10 Deuteronomy 13:13-18 Deuteronomy 13:6-10 1 Samuel 15:2-3 Exodus 31:12-15 |
Lightangel65:What verses are quoted by your pastors about tithing? Since the old testament is irrelevant then the creation of mankind is irrelevant. Even Jesus saidthat he did not come to abolish the works of previous prophets or abolish old laws so are you now wiser than Jesus? Your eagerness to throw insults rather than articulately push your points across gave me all I needed to know about you! |
DapperGuy:How long have you lived? Maybe 30, 40 or 50 years? Christianity has used those verses and more to kill millions even up till the 1960s. Even the 1970s in the USA with Jim Crow some of these verses were used to justify white supremacy. If you don't know your history kindly ask and I'll enlighten you! You do have a point, the Muslim world needs a revolution, an awakening/reform just like the ones Christianity went through but to paint the entire religion as evil is pure hogwash! |
Jdbrasco2:Oga 70% of eligible voters have voted, keep deceiving yourself! |
shegzhkn:Since 2 weeks ago....Biden don win already! |
fineboynl:I'm glad you mentioned the old testament, this same argument goes for the Quran, all the verses that referenced killing of non beliveers are equivalent to the old testament in the Bible....You can't absolve the Bible of this and yet accuse the Quran of the same.....That is HYPOCRISY! |
shegzhkn:What religion do you practice? Don't tell me it's Christianity because that's like pot calling kettle black ![]() |
DapperGuy:So how is it different form the Bible? When you read things out of context, you deprive yourself of the true meaning. Let's stop being sentimental and criticizing blindly, for your reference: Deuteronomy 17:1-20 Luke 19:27 Leviticus 20:10 Deuteronomy 13:13-18 Deuteronomy 13:6-10 1 Samuel 15:2-3 Exodus 31:12-15 |
Seyzcham91:Let's examine your comment one by one: The Nigerian army is guilty, that is undeniable but a protest is no longer peaceful when you start blocking major roads. Even in advanced countries the forces are brought out to regain order. In advanced countries they usually use dialog or tear gas but since Nigeria is a zoo, people must die. You said you had hope that the EndSars protest would bring a better Nigeria.....This is similar to someone licking sugar while suffering. Nothing short of a violent revolution can change Nigeria for the better, 2-5-10-60-100-200 people died and people are shouting massacre, do you know how many people died in the Biafran war? Do you know how many people died in the war between Akintola and Awolowo? Revolutions are almost always BLOODY, we never ready for true change in this country, when we start seeing 10,000 killed, 50,000 burnt etc, then we are ready for a true revolution. For now let's just pretend these protests and looting is actually doing some good because reality is a lot harder to face! |
Urekaure:That's the mystery no one can solve! You don't know the other person's faith, fate or deeds! Good or bad, you must still be thankful, this is for believers, for non belevers, you can do whatever the heck you want nothing do you ![]() |
Ustec:No international body or country has the right to intervene until all the facts are out, it could take a year or two before any action. Look at the situation in Mali, they left it up to the African Union, countries are wiser now, it's high time Africa starts caring for Africa! |
Brush1:Navigate your empathy towards those that were killed at Lekki Toll gate and other places in the country. |
Amanda4life:And denying your husband sex is what? spiritual trauma? ![]() |
This can only happen to weak men, a real man would use the opportunity to enjoy the varieties of life. I have never seen a sane woman that would complain that her husband cheated on her when she knows she denied him of sex constantly, it's a get out of jail card....E SWEET DIE ![]() |
dasparrow:Na then you go know say khaki no be leather. Police still get hope for rehabilitation, soldier don cast. People wey dem train to kill, wey no come see work do, you wan come give them work......You don see how lion dey salivate when it sees a goat ![]() |
Next time when soldier asks you to let him pass, you would do so jeje instead of asking stupid questions. In a country where soldiers can flog you for wearing their uniforms and so on, what made you think you won't be flogged for asking stupid questions? There's a time to be a hero, not this time my dear, pele ![]() |
Bluffly:If you properly read what he wrote you would realize he's got a point. How can we claim we want a better country when we contribute to its demise? Be it looting, be it yahoo or soemthing else, are we confident that once we get rid of this system, the next system would be better for everyone? Failed government caused you to lie, caused you to cheat, caused you to steal? When will it stop? When you kill? Can we define youth? Let's use age of 13-40, do you know how many young politicians we have in this country, from councillors to LG chairman and legislators? How many of them can come out and say they made life better for their people? It's not a matter of old vs youths, it's a matter of the Nigerian mentality, a corrupt, wicked, evil mentality! |
Plead:That's a damn lie! We had whites, hispanics etc, why do you people love to spread lies? |
VaselineCrew:You want reality or you want fairy tale? Till I see the youths set up a new party with candidates in every branch of government then I'm sticking with Tinubu or Wike over any Northerner at this point! |
bettyharry101:How do you know that's his dream? Have you ever had the chance to speak with him? What greater power is there than the ability to make kings and presidents dance to your tune? You guys don't really know how much of Nigeria this man already controls....lol. |
Sedentary:Did you look at the stats from the last election? Majority of the people that voted were traders, marketwomen and old people. Most youths only talk on social media, they didn't vote, we keep shouting youths youths youths, let's pull the voting record from majority of the Northern states, you go SHCOK! In politics you must have foresight, right now coming out to support another party gives Buhari and the North the chance to restrategize and cut off Tinubu's wings. Notice I didn't say Tinubu was a saint, I said he remains jagaban, he would almost always do what's right for him and at times that might not be the best thing for us! Our best hope of a new Nigeria is a new youth party one without a jagaban, a Buhari etc but in reality, we might have to settle for the elast evil which is taking power away from the North even if we have to rally behind someone of Tinubu's or Wike's choosing! |
HIGHESTPOPORI:He's not going to contest because he makes more money sponsoring those in power. Let's just say, as long as he does not contest for political office, he does not have to declare his assets and he can keep people guessing just how much billions he makes in a year. Furthermore, let's not deceive ourselves, this man will play a major role in who becomes the next governor of LAgos state, the next president of Nigeria. He don talk am, he remains the jagaban! |
Just like all laws and functions in Nigeria, even divorce laws creates confusion, God who did we offend e. That both parties have lived apart for a continuous period of at least two years immediately preceding the presentation of the petition. What's the difference ![]() |

Jorgenvava:We can only operate on the information people provide, people like you with the proper research and effort. So sir, oblige us with your knowledge or shut the f*ck up! |
Okuda:Yet she couldn't name the victims! All she said was circcumstantial and I'm not even going to argue. If people died, we desevre to know the names, the families would cry out, until sombody explains this, Get the f**k out! |
Jorgenvava:You see how you failed? You spoke as if you had facts and when pressed you got defensive, this is called bullshit.....I'm calling your bluff! My people are part of NGOs with the aim of helping spread the truth across social media and the world at large. If you had facts, it shouldn't be a problem sharing those facts, should it? We all want the truth, don't we? Perhaps you have another agenda |
