Readonee35L:Whine in Honda is not an oil issue but its the pump sucking air either from low PS fluid, punctured suction pipe, bad suction oil ring and lastly bad pump. |
EgunMogaji:Most homes use the first picture and the second. Multiple of the 1st is sometimes used. I think it all depends on the quality of water or the kind of impurities you are dealing with. People who live close to the sea need desalination filtration system which will be more complex. Others as bad as sewage contamination or as simple as sand or colour etc. The more filter, the less pressure and the more pressure booster power required. thebigkendo:If level drops, there is definitely leakage. Most times, the invisible leakage from PS system is from steering rack. It leaks into the boot where it gathers there. |
EgunMogaji:Like you mentioned, i also think this one is bare minimum for a single shower and not a whole house. It will be highly inadequate for a whole building especially with the capacity. You may end up with a minimum of.0.5HP pump for the whole house which increases your power needs. This is a random internet picture of the kind of pump you need for a house. My boss has this installed in his house. Yes it is fully automatic.

I want to bore you guys on a little story of mine on why i hate power bikes. 2005, during my SIWES program in Abuja, on a cool evening in Wuse II. I went to buy airtime. After loading my airtime, i place a call to my girlfriend who flashed me. During the call, i heard the tunderous sound of the power bike accelerating towards transcorp Hotel. Like a flash, i turned to see that monster bike, just as he passed by me, a useless Abj cab driver to just who just dropped a passenger at the carbs made a full u turn just in time to clip this biker. Gbozaaaaaa, zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz keeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee etc Na so i see this biker dey follow him bike, both skidding and tumbling on the dark but street light lit asphalt, while metal parts of the bike was screeching and producing welding sparks as the both rolled and tumble for another 100m or so. I let out a shout Jeeeeeeessssssuusssssssss while running towards this unfortunate biker. On arrival with a bunch of others, the fully kitted biker was obviously saved from bruises but definitely not multiple fractures. All i saw was blood flowing out of his trousers and other places. He was in agonising pains as he managed to remove his helmet. We couldn't touch him knowing he has a lot of fractures and needs EMT's to be moved. What he was trying to say was inaudible. He managed to reach for his mobile from from his jacket, place a call to some he said was his sister. He told her simply that he had an accident and she needs to come immediately to rock view junction. Traffic was stopped because he was laying in the middle of the road and cannot be moved. Among the cars stopped was a doctor who called for an ambulance and made efforts to stabilize the guy. 3 mins later his sister arrived making calls. She was brave as she didnt break down like most women would. In about 10 mins, ambulance arrived, they moved his legs, as Doc was making sure he was with him, braced the leg and put him on stretcher and whisked away. Fast forward, 7 years later, my bestman bought a power bike witout telling me. I was furious with him. He just said its a dream for him to own one. I only encouraged him to buy full kit. He did, but that saved his younger brother who was the one who crashed on it. That bike had a funny way of telling him to stop using it. In the morning, they will wake me up frm sleep trying to start the bike to no success. When i would go and see what is happening, i will give it one try and it would start. It happened about 3 times till my friend got the message. The bike was not good news and he stopped using it until his brother destroyed it. |
thebigkendo:In that sense, i mean PSF. However, Honda PSF is hard to find while expensive. Besides, some cars other than Honda recommend alternatives such as DEXRON I, II or III. It is safe to assume it will work on Honda but may not be safe. Personally, a mechanic once repaired my 07 Honda Accord PS pump after buying so many bad pumps. What he recommended as PSF was light engine oil, SAE 40. It worked perfectly for years. According to them, only ATF as PSF is too light and pumps will either leak or heat will damage the seals leading to early pump failure. My assumption is that a blend of ATF and engine oil (Forte Visco 2000 whichs is same clour with ATF) will suffice. I currently have pump leakage and thats what i will use after working on it. |
akpunda86:This world is not fair. Most times you hardly find both partners cheating. Face it as life doesnot care about no one. I always say my wife can cheat but i should never find out, while she should play safe. Thats my best advice to any married couple. |
GAZZUZZ:I like it but this one is R16, i will be forced to buy 4 new tires with it since my current tires are R15. That will set me back seriously. |
I wish to inquire on alloy rims. For 03 Honda accord 5 lugs 205/65R15 |
Demeanor:I dont get you. 2 of the codes may stall the engine while one may not. One of the 2 can be a simple wire cut but a mechanic can assume the sensor is bad. I would not change the sensor just because a scan mentioned the sensor. Do you know that a wire cut near the ecu will still give that code and no matter how may sensors are changed, the car will remain stalled? Is it wrong to ask for specifics? There are more diagnosis that can be made before deciding on the change. For a example, driving in my friends 08 Accord, suddenly, car starts jerking, limb mode and CEL flashing. I scanned and got P1129 for MAP sensor. In that situation was he supposed to buy a new map sensor? I went to the map sensor and behold, MAP sensor socket pull out slightly. Problem fixed. What if the cpk socket pulled out or rodents ate the harness? Should he buy a new cpk sensor? Lets just pray the cpk that is bad such that its replacement will get the engine running. I am just saying that there is a possibility it will not. |
andrew444:The related codes are P0335 - No signal P0336 - Range performance P0339 - intermittent All relating to same sensor. If you knew which one is, then we know what exactly is the issue. |
andrew444:About the bolded, the scanner may not be lying, but the actual problem may be far from the code or sensor you may assume is faulty. For example a misfire code such as P0301 can be from several faults which you must narrow down to 1. It is the experience of the mechanic that will successfully pick the right fault. If i may ask, what was the code or what sensor is said to be bad. |
andrew444:I said i HOPE your engine is not destroyed, i am not suggesting it is. First you said andrew444:Secondly andrew444:Thirdly andrew444:Now you are saying you used the car after the water incidence but left it for a while. My next question is, did the car start after the 2 months park? Or did it refuse to start after the battery was removed. I am not being negative here, the problem is not clear from what you are saying and the first solution didnt work. How sure are you that the second will work? Dont forget, a mechanic always point to one problem or the other even if he is not sure of the real problem meanwhile asking you to buy parts or pay for service each time. If your mechanic has the solution, why did you ask for help online. |
andrew444:Ahhh! You didnt mention water in your 1st post. You mean the car was flooded? This is totally different to what you posted as the problem. I hope the engine has not be destroyed by now if proper repairs are not followed. |
andrew444:As a guarantee that the car is not immobilized, check for power to the fuel pump. Then confirm fuel pressure and ignition (spark) before trowing in parts. Removing battery lead wire while key is in ignition should not kill a sensor. |
andrew444:Check this first. Does the green key light on the dash illuminate and stays when key is ignition? If yes, you need to reprogram key? |
andrew444:That move is known to cause the immobilizer unit to forget its key code. The key may need to be reprogrammed before the car will start. Does the green key light on the dash illuminate and stays when key is ignition? If yes, you need to reprogram key. Normal operation is if you insert key, the green light flashes once and goes off if its the right key. If its the wrong key, the light stays on or keeps flashing. If the light stays on or keeps flashing, your car is immobilized and will never start. The immobilizer, unit tells the ecu to shut down power to ignition coil packs and fuel pump. You know what that means. |
EgunMogaji:I am confused too, trunk open and wipers up. |
The operatives, against their pattern of operation and procedure of duty perpetually rolled out their daily reports without that aspect of Yusuf’s movement, the compromise that got President Buhari seriously infuriated. So the president has the capacity to get infuriated, yet he has never been infuriated by the Fulani activities. Even when his son masterminded his own injuries, the helpless thousands who died and suffered injuries due to Fulani's without offending anyone cannot get him infuriated. |
Main thing i noticed is that the result is no regionally biased. Nigeria has gone backwards since then. |
aumeehn:Yea, your finger print is too light to be capture. Its because your hand is too soft. I have done alot of contract jobs involving capturing biometrics. I have more problems with 2 set of people, those with too soft palms and those who do hard manual labour such as mechanics, bricklayers, carpenters, farmers etc Next time you go ask them to wipe off the glass of the capture device making sure no previous print is there. If possible take a block of ice place your fingers on ice before the capture but dont wet the fingers. Put a polyethylene bag over you have before placing Drink lots of water starting from a day to the capture. Drink water till you cant take more. This is to increase turbidity Make sure you go very early and less busy day. Dont eat with hands. Use a moisturizing cream that has no oil. Key words cool, dry and hydrated fingers. |
BrutusOj:I actually prefer Open heavens to ODM. I used ODM before, i skipped alot of things i am being asked to do on the devotional being from an orthodox church. Eg, asking me to speak in tongues. I find open heavens more interesting because it feels like reading a sermon or an exhortation. |
GAZZUZZ:It makes sense. When mine happened, it was blocked catalyst. It has happened to my friend when his car overheated but his engine cut off soon after. |
I need an electronic version of the devotional and am ready to pay for it. Why do they insist on the printed copy especially at this time and age? Where is the android app. The payment i heard is problematic for last year. At my location, even the printed version is not available. Its bad that even the price is not affordable. How much does a bible cost compared to how much this devotional cost? If the cost of printing is the problem, they should upload a pdf copy online and see how far it will go. It sends a wrong message to try doing this after other means of electronic copies of this devotional are not available. Though this site http://www.openheavensdaily.org seem to be authentic, its only stressful to go online to access the devotional, what if i am out of network coverage? |

ColeworldMD:Ask your engine supplier to get you one. An engine seller would get you the best person so that he sells his engine. The last 3 engines i sold where bought by the seller of the engine am buying or the seller gets me a good deal. |
ColeworldMD:Scrap engine is normally around 15k. You can get higher bargain up to 20k if you negotiate a running engine before removing. That way they test the engine and know what is usable and what is not. Sometimes they buy the running engine, fix the issues after hearing it run and sell to an unsuspecting customer after they make it appear like toks. |
amokeme:The guy simply cut his losses and wasted no ones time. The guy even try sef. If na me, i for dump am where she will spend 6k to get back home. If she had any respect for herself she for ask am make him come carry her from her house. At least she can ask him to return her where he picked her up. Greedy ass girl. Imagine calling a girl, she spends 3k to come meet me in a place she doesnt know. If i was married, ritual killer or any other, what will she do? She no even carry vex money. Even as a guy, no one invites me to a beer palour when i no carry vex money, as in, my TP to and fro, enough for at least 2 bottles and suya. Still has the audacity to come after his reputation, what a slut. |
Me just dey wonder, wetin she go do there sef? |
I read all the write up and it makes sense but not absolutely. The write up stressed about the sharing formula that discouraged state interest in agriculture but the issue i see is the timeline. Most of what the op refered to happened much later, from 1970's, while the real backdrop in agriculture was between 1960-70 which is also the same as the timeline for oil boom. Its not a coincidence that the oilboom happened at the same time as backdrop in agriculture. I think what the op is referring to was actually what hit the nail in the agricultural coffin. |
mssrosa:First and foremost, he is not to be vilified by anyone including you. Secondly, be the one who he feels comfortable with. He will share his fear and worries to you and you will never antagonise him but watch out for him. You will know the root of his motivation for smoking weed instead of normal cigarette, by being there, listening and asking questions about his habits you may have a chance to save him. Suggest options and provide them. Example is, instead of codeine, beer or refined whiskey is a viable option that you can make available for him. Smoking cigarettes is not a crime, but weed is. Lastly, he needs to be engaged in something. An idle mind is the devils workshop. Job, hobby, business can take ones mind off some irregular activities. Bottom line, no one can force another to quit a bad habit. |
