At what point does a tenant who has been served Notice to Quit starts to live on the property rent free?

If u don't give the notice properly, e.g u issued it at the end of the rent when they want to pay another rent...that means they will technically stay 6months free, which is the standard notice period for someone paying annually.... And if they are troublesome....they will say they need more time to get a place which can extend to 9 months or even a year...


But if u use sense to issue the quit notice....like 8months to end of current rent contract, effective on the date the rent ended..they will probably not stay too longer 3 months after end of rent,unless they have witchcraft + vawulence


To be a landlord....u must have witchcraft and vawulence too.....my uncle has use fake calabash, oil, two eggs and red piece of cloth to chase a crazy tenant
