I watched this video and agreed with everything he said. He understands our problems. |
Adaowerri111:Which security man? |
Jesu...this is scary as hell. I pray never to be caught up in something like this. |

Abagworo:Having access to the sea is one of the bigger things. We can start with the smaller things which to me are just as important. What access to the sea do Kano and Kaduna have? Uyo? Abuja? Development can happen whether or not we have access to sea. We just use this deficiency to discourage ourselves. About the dislike by minority groups, there's really nothing we can do about it since they have their minds made up already or should be bow down and worship them? |
Abagworo:Yes, it is not. Imagine if Aba, Owerri, Enugu and Onitsha had the infrastructure in Uyo. We have cities that are ready to explode but our problem is paucity of funds and bad leadership. |
raker300:Stop raising unnecessary alarm. Nothing is being built up really fast. Everything is at a very slow pace. Some other regions are even doing better. |
caleboxylic:I'm aware of how small of a town Uyo is. Uyo is not more developed than Enugu or Owerri. But they have an infrastructure that they can start with and they will be a force to be reckoned with in decades to come. That's what we're missing in the south east because of paucity of funds. |
Abagworo:I don't see what our neigbours have to do with this discourse. This topic is aimed at encouraging Igbos to invest in Igboland. We have never clamored for non-Igbos to invest in Igboland. We have the human capital. All we need is to channel it into Igboland. |
So, why's this at variance with the renewed order published earlier? |
Great topic you have here...However, in my usual truth telling nature, i'll aanswer some of the rhetorical questions you posed giving you the reason why things may not work out as we wish. The DNA of the average Igbo man has been tampered with such that he how now started thinking like a jew that will live his entire life in America without ever think of moving back to Israel, his homeland. We have taken this one-Nigeria slogan soo seriously that we think we can just adopt to live anywhere outside Igboland despite the constant harassment by natives. One revolution that i think we should focus on is the "Think Igboland" mantra that will be aimed at cajoling Igbos from all over Nigeria to build Igboland and this revolution involves the governors in the region. All hands need to be on deck to turn Igboland into a more commercially viable region. The truth is that it's actually more viable to setup a business whether in form of a hotel, factory, school etc in other cities outside Igboland than it is in Igboland. So, that's why you see our investments in Lagos, PH, Kano, Kaduna, Abuja and all over the place. When people see the south east is too small for Igbos, it's really not about land as we can have an upward development as far as housing is concerned. The problem is that the resources in the south east are too thin to be enough for the current population let alone if all Igbos come back home. The onus is on our leaders to think big and plan for the future. It's never enough to tell people to leave their profit making business to Igboland out of charity. There's how far charity can take you. The world has become a global village and people don't care as much as living in their ancestral land, so you need more than just telling them that just because they'r Igbo thaat they should move back. Truth be told, if any Igbo city can attain the level of infrastructure in Uyo, Igbos will naturally wan to come back and set up of something. There has to be a catalyst. |
DirewolfofStark:The boy was also underage when the relationship started. Though now that he's 19, the girl is still 17 which is child abuse. |
Sanchez01:This doesn't mean nothing. The ability to speak a language or marry Yorubas is not an evidence of sharing a history with a people. Anybody can have the ability to learn any language. |
fratermathy:You're distorting our history. We had no contact with Europeans as far as mixing goes. We just have more lighter complexioned black people than other groups. |
I can't believe that nobody from the south is challenging the northernization of our military outfits. Apart from the fact that the personel is dominated by people from the north, the bases are also cited in the north. |
I think Urhobo and Yoruba are somehow intertwined historically. There's an Urhobo/Itsekiri man that got his genealogy tested and he found out that he was about 60% Benin/Togo which is Yoruba and a smaller percentage of Cameroon/Congo which could be Igbo or any of the groups east of the Niger. |
chigo5:Is that your stage name? |
Very old video. Who put this one the frontage. It even trended when it came out. |
Rossikki:My friend keep quiet and keep your lies to yourself. I wonder why you have not been appointed to replace lie mohammed. Your lie no be here. |
Ginaz:Can i have a peep at you before and after picture. I wouldn't mind the bum bum too. |
dumo1:042 was the song that brought him out in Enugu and the east. I don't think Phyno needs to watch out for anything. He should just keep doing his thing. |
Best is subjective, so it depends on individual preference...Phyno has the fame and is definitely the bigger of the two. Plus he has the best music of 2016 which made it's wai into 2017. Though in a space of less than 2 years Zoro, nwa 042 has released bangers such as Ogene and Achikolo (I so lvoe this one) but i think Phyno still has the edge. Atleast for now. We need more Igbo rappers. |
After all the hype wey tonyebarca do. Dokpesi? Like seriously? |
DropShot:Obviously, he feels them fasting will affect their performance on the pitch which is very likely. But i think he made the wrong call by compelling them to go against their belief. The players themselves are supposed to opt out without being told. |
I think the Muslim players that want to observe the fast should be excused from the national team till after Ramadan. |
There's really nothing wrong living with your parents even if you're 40 years old. That being said, the issue is really not your parents but you. It's their house and even if your 40 years old, they will determine when you go out and come in. In view of this, it's best you get you own house, so that you can be free to do as you wish. |
All this one on top fvck matters. Father lord, come down and save your children. |
So, we should leave our own worries to worry about a guy whose father was the heavy weight champion of the world and had the opportunity to be well to do but messed it up. He should take several sits because our own problem no be here... |
Na waoo...what exactly did the guy do wrong? |
Thorhammer:Pls, cry your own, let us cry our own. Our cries not intertwined. |
shandybaba:So, playing against JUve has now become the criteria to use in comparing players. Some of you are just ludicrou with some of the things you bring up. As if Messi not playing in the premiership is not enough for you guys to masturbate with. |
I think most men will like to marry a woman like their mother compared to women to their father. Why's this so? |
