Only few that study courses in construction break through and become exceptional.
Reasons being that, our curriculum is mostly theoretical devoid practicals.
I study civil engineering, started right from technical college but I'm yet to break into the construction industry. I have relevant skills both hard and soft but i can seems to break in.
Im a member of NATE and NICE, im yet to register with NSE and COREN due to financial implications but technical report is ready anytime i have the money, im gonna register.
I spent a lot of time and money to learn auto cad, civil cad, prota structures and solid works, some of them i don dey forget sef.
There are time i even volunteer to offer free services but no company reply me.
I think, engineering bodies need to up their games in terms internship just like our counterparts in the health sector.

As long as FG jobs are concerned there is no grade level or Salary discripancies btw HND and BSc in some parastata
Just that there is a limited level to which the HND holders can attain

For to be on the conhens means that the office is under the ministry of health or that you read a health related course.

Graduate entry for conhens starts at 7. While other Salary structures starts at 8.

This is because conhens doesn't have level 11 and 13. They jump from 10 to 12 when 12 to 14.

You were placed correctly cos you were employed with your OND.

What I would advise is that you put your ears down for when the next graduate recruitment would be, then you can tender your HND for upgrade.

Watorpourously speaking, I saved from 20k_30k for 5 years with the intention of either starting a business or marriage. At last, Na wedding came first.
I wrote for assistance in my place of work with my wedding card attached, nothing came out.
I proposed something to my HOD to enable me get something to support my wedding, nothing came out.
I took my wedding card to our over all oga (a president of one of the court), nothing came out of it.
Na only my savings and small small help from friends and family that help me ooo.
So oga, make sure you have substantial amount that can prosecute ur wedding up to 90%, don't too depend on others help.
