debosalau:Though I am in support of psychiatric test on our politicians, I get his point.Of course his idea is silly. Maybe we should introduce and enforce compulsory voting like Singapore, Australia, Brazil, Argentina, etc. |
WisdomFlakes:And employers will refuse to pay workers without PVC. Debtor states governors struggling to pay 18k minimum wage will be dancing shaku shaku. ![]() |
siraj1402:Cashew is still fairly high in total fat at 50% like most nuts. About 17% saturated fat in cashew nuts. Walnut or almond have about 7% saturated fat. Almond tastes great with garri too. I ditched salted nuts long ago and do not add salt or sugar to soaked garri. You actually enjoy the natural taste of both garri & nut better that way. Healthier too of course. |
Nice. |
Good planning & serious govt on display. Dubai does not rely on oil anymore. Now tourist, business and services haven. |
morscino:LOL. My thought too. The church is now lucrative. Dispute over money sharing formula. Videos abound on youtube of church members fighting over money & position. Even one of a very long established Nigerian church. Of course he probably bleeps ladies in the church too but is that not a common thing these days? No woman has accused him of rape. They said he was eyeing Mrs Onyebuchi too. ![]() The reverse can even be the case. He might have had eyes too much on the succulent choir girls and ignored Mrs Onyebuchi to anger her. ![]() Those pastors have much charisma and sharpness that attract both single and married women. Na today? Bringing sexual issues is the easiest way to ruin a man's reputation. If indeed he was sexually reckless, the women involved are also just as morally bankrupt. |
Yep. |
chiommy123:Dem dey write "I am a mad girl" for forehead? All smile nicely, wear make up & wig, dress fine and carry expensive phones about. Fact is society is failing badly. The kind of women it produces is a very good indicator. Ordinarily mothers instill good behaviour in the girl child even under difficult circumstances. Doing a far better job than fathers on boys. But we can now see how things are failing all round. |
Skepticus:Fact is those replying to the Twitternator are not different. Given half a chance they'd vacation abroad, do check up abroad and send their kids or even pregnant wives to deliver abroad. We are essentially very inspirational, consumption crazy, show off (bigmanity) and a vain lot. I know of a Nigerian judge I met abroad almost 20 years ago. He wasted no time before telling me that he has been coming abroad for annual medical check up for at least 15 years. I won't be surprised if the man also has houses in Ikoyi. But we all know that a high court judge cannot afford that much luxury from his salaries alone. How will there not be corruption? In 9ja both the leaders and the masses have already lost the plot. It's going to be hard to salvage the country. We will just continue sleep-walking. |
Sudden oil money cannot change a medieval mentality. A very awful plastic being. Human would be inappropriate. |
Not only USA. Canadian officers even work inside US embassy in 9ja to help scrutinise Nigerian applicants even more. To prevent more Nigerians crossing into Canada from USA. Dem mean am o. ![]() |
Lol. |
APC are always threatening: Parallel government, Monkey & baboon soaked in blood, Senate war. They are too angry, thuggish and always fighting that they forget they are now actually in government to rule. Na wa o. |
KIkikikiki. ![]() I thought he showed his men how to fight Boko using press up. ![]() If he sells his Dubai houses, maybe the military can finally have money to buy proper weapon to fight Boko. Boko are not small Pythons you can use as pets o. Who wan die anyhow death? Very funny guy this Buratashi. ![]() |
BMRTD: Buhari Must Return To Daura. ![]() TFYTL: Time for Youth To Lead. |

BRB: Be right back. |
This OP na proper werey. See him asking "are you with me?" with female baldness. ![]() Be sure that at least 75% of men marry for one or more of the first 4 reasons mentioned. Especially backside & boobs. ![]() Truth be told marriage is an experiment & adventure. Some people perfectly conceal their true colour until marriage. People also naturally change: their tastes, aspirations, expectations, worldview, contentment/greed, etc. No wonder so many end up as failed experiments & misadventure. |
Gbeburu people too much these days. |
notoriousbabe: ![]() The man's JT don grow branches like a tree. ![]() |
Bluezy13:Getting a job through your ex might be ok but sleeping overnight at his place is a no-no. Which kain rough play be dat? Certainly not alone. If with the girl's own sister staying overnight in the guy's house I might perhaps understand. It's not about insecurity but the right thing to do. I'd rather she stayed overnight in a hotel near the interview location. Some women sleep with men to get jobs and promotion, so they won't find anything wrong with this. Op's post might even sound like Chinese to them. |
ELKHALIFAISIS:Abeg wise up dude. A man and his son I think were caught pimping animals like dogs in UK. People would pay to come bleep animals he trained specially for it. Some nannies and carers have been caught supplying babies just months old to just toddlers to perverts for sex in Europe. Evil everywhere. Reason hardly matters. Fact is harm is done to animals and babies. |
EgunMogaji:But when the head is rotten...... You know the rest. Government policies and implementation shape society over time. Imagine that child protection, equality, anti-racism and social welfare laws were never enacted and well implemented in the West. Many things seen as taboos today would still be openly tolerated. |
sobastical:I think the govt needs to make age of consent very obvious. A normal sexual activity in Brazil where age of consent is 14 can mean jail for pedophilia in USA where age of consent is 16 and 17 in some states or even 18 (in Arizona). Ours should be clear too. Right now hardly anyone knows for certain. Everyone assumes it's 18 years old. While that is age of majority for marriage, voting, driving and so on, age of sexual consent differ in many countries. Age difference on its own might create moral qualms but may not be necessarily illegal. In modern times where people no more grow up in communities with similar worldview, such important matter like age of consent cannot be left to individual moral judgement BUT clear legal definition is needed. Checking online very quickly, age of consent in Nigeria is given as a shocking age of 11 (eleven years) ! Can someone please tell us the legal age by law both in Northern & Southern Nigeria? Because if true, it might explain why most men get away (or easily granted bail) with alleged child sex cases. The courts cannot do much. While we might frown upon it and parents/guardians rightly outraged, the perpetrators might not be breaking any law unless kidnap & violence can be proven. Very worrying that teenage girls are easily into sexual activities with much older men. Where crimes have been committed, it should be punished severely. Right now, it's not the case. |
Naija matter is not easy o. Wahala everywhere. |
Nice. |
vaxx:Well any country can introduce any immigration law or any law for that matter. BUT the way you implement it is more important. With or without a human face. Your grand father was obviously educated so was able to access and weigh available information in a more balanced way. Literacy among Nigerians/Africans was still fairly low by late 1960s/70. Many Nigerians there back then would have relied more on rumours within 9ja communities. In my family it was generally believed FG handled the matter badly. My disappointment with Busia as Prime Minister making that decision was that he was an Oxford educated man who ought to have more carefully weighed the impact. One cannot say that of Grade II teacher Shagari or Buhari whose WAEC is still missing. You need to consider that immigrants were also victims of internal politics of Ghana at the time. Nkrumah with his Pan-Africanism encouraged other Africans to come & enjoy the freedom of Ghana as the first to gain independence. Anti-Nkrumah forces during his govt and after his overthrow & exile were against everything he stood for. Including pan-Africanism and immigrants in Ghana. If going out and just returning was easy Nigerians would have done so to reclaim their businesses and assets in Ghana. Busia did not make any dent on corruption nor succeeded in organizing Ghana. Rawlings from 1979 did much of the reforms that benefited Ghana. If Busia did his govt would not have been overthrown in 1972 while he was receiving medical treatment in UK. He's remembered as a political right-winger and one of the most ardent anti-Nkrumah politicians, alongside Danquah who died in detention under Nkrumah government. I have reviewed this topic over the past 20 years with several educated Ghanians. |
vaxx:I mean all the legally resident Ghanaians in civil service and even labourers remained in 9ja. My uncle was a top military officer at the time. He had a a very big farm. Most staff there were Ghanaians. Approaching 80 to 100. I also had both male and female Ghanaian teachers at school. All remained in 9ja. People easily forget it was about illegal immigration that affected many other Africans. The sheer number of Ghanaians in Nigeria made it look like Ghana affair only. Indian and Pakistani teachers and doctors were even affected beginning from that period. Many maths and science teachers were Asians back then in my area. Let me tell you too: criminal activities of a few Ghanaians also brought bias against them. Some of them who were maiguard, driver or househelp will disappear with master's cars and empty entire house of anything movable while employer was at work. Some operated in Lagos and moved on to PH or another town. Those who could speak Yoruba or Igbo or Hausa and or any another 9ja language reasonably well even had it easier to blend in another town. Not fair to tar all with a bad brush but we 9ja are now used to being vilified by other people because of the bad deeds of a few among us. I was not told. I saw it. FG mismanaged the whole Ghana must go thing in a typical military jackboot fashion. They could have set up centres across the land to vet foreigners who lived illegally. Those with good skills or children but were illegal could have been granted permit to stay. Nigeria could have announced that 50,000 or whatever number allowed to stay have been granted stay. Many stayed anyway or returned by end of 1985. |
vaxx:Nigeria housed South Africans during Apartheid, housed Liberians and Sierra Leoneans. During Ghana Must Go I had legally resident Ghanians in my neighbourhood & nearby schools. Teachers & civil servants and labourers. What is big deal about your grand dad and govt job in Ghana? All legal residents remained behind in 9ja. Maybe you were told. I witnessed it. |
Ironi:Assuming you're right that they went there not because of war (Nkruma encouraged Pan-Africanism) was just the end of war the right time to send people packing? NO! A large number moved to Ghana, Gabon and other places during the war. |
Apina:Shallow history. Ghana first sent Nigerians who went there due to Biafra war packing in early 70s. The war just barely ended. Even Western countries give like 5 to 10 years grace to refugees of civil war after war ends. Is this how they want to practice Pan-African free trade? |
Ask most women what they contribute to sex and they cannot say. Most just lie there like a log and expect to be drilled endlessly like a nuclear-reactor powered machine. Even those with VJ as wide as Atlantic ocean will still come online to say a man has a small d!ck. The same woman you spend 2 hours drilling 6 days a week will be the first to call you a poor man or even leave you for a rich guy much older and with less bedmatic skills than you. Nothing you can do to satisfy a woman, no amount of money or sex. Except a woman decides to be reasonable. |
