Yes there are issues. I went into 9ja stock with the confidence of experience of European shares well before 2007/8 economic crisis. Even with little money then you could play the market reasonably well.
But 9ja turned out to be a different beast. Lack of transparency and insider stuff. Quite amazing that no IPO since 2014. Shows lack of confidence.

Even with foreign shares be careful. Not all Western companies are now viable as they once were. We might not be too far from another economic crisis. Consider possible Brexit impact on global economy.

Look we have been saying here over the years that if you want to live long, do not check your gf's phone. A friend did before proposing a few years ago. He still has not recovered from it till now. A relative found out that his three kids were not his. He died mysteriously not long after.

I guess one reason Igbo people were gruesomely murdered (unjustifiably) was the impression that Igbo benefitted most from January 1966 coup with Ironsi as C-in-C. Most people in 9ja hv no access to ambulance in emergency. And many side roads are bad. This ambulance is meant to have a clinician to stabilise or at least reassure the casualty en route to hospital.

This ambulance if properly equipped is actually a good innovation.

The little donations people give anonymously add up to a lot. Remember that most of their full time staff are volunteers.

Combined with a society where appearing to be beautiful, happy and successful is now expected, the pressure can be overwhelming for some.

But key to remember that everyone has their own demon, problems and challenges.
