Violent revolution inching closer day by day. Aloof politicians won't see it coming. |
Kikikikikiki. ![]() How did Buhari & APC manage to locate so many clowns and appoint them into this administration? ![]() They are giving Nollywood comedians a good run for their money. ![]() |
PrecisionFx:Who says? But in Christianity you have freedom to obey the Bible's teaching or not able. God gives us free will. Just because Christians do not behead or cut off limbs or give lashes of cane doesn't mean the religion allows those sins. The basis is that everyone will face judgement of final day. We will then have to give account individually. Until the you are to obey the Bible for your own salvation. QED. |
Simple reasons: (1) They are like everyone else in modern society. Fornication is common. (2) Time & opportunity. If you can dedicate some hours three of four times weekly, and with familiarity, the chance to get intimate is likelier. (3) Choir ladies are mostly not married. Young people together without the eagle eyes of parents/guardians can be more easily wooed by a guy. Married or single guy. (4) If it happens to be an authority figure they look up to who wants to get down with them, refusing might be more difficult. |
oooduancalmdown:SW people will call you IPOB! Anyone not supporting enslavement to the North is Ipob to them. Even if you are the kankanfo, balogun or even Oba of your town in SW. The sane thing to do now is devolution max. True regionalisation. But instead they want to keep using plaster to forcefully hold a broken unitary country together. And a very messy disintegration is being postponed. All the elite have sumptuous homes abroad to escape to. Their family members who are not already citizens of Western countries have long visas in the passports to escape when all finally fall apart. |

Amarabae:Your hate for doctors is very disgusting. Do you show this hate openly to doctors you work with? Do you defy doctor's orders on treating your patients just to prove a point? With such hate in your mind, better quit nursing or work in a nurses only workplace. Because it's bad for patients' care & safety to be so resentful and be working in a multi-disciplinary team led by doctors. Being a professional includes controlling your utterances. Across many developed countries that I have seen, there are "health care assistants" who do vital jobs supporting nurses and doctors. Many proceed to study nursing and a few even medicine. You cannot blame trainers trying to plug gaps in staffing on the criminal acts of a few of them. A doctor on this forum once accused me of being an envious JOHESU member because I kept defending allied health workers on threads. I didn't even know exactly what JOHESU meant at that point. But from your rant above and previous ones I saw in the past, I can get the doctor's point better now. Thank God I am not in such a toxic 9ja clinical environment. We need to grow up in all facets of life. There is enough room for everyone. It seems in 9ja whatever jobs people do, they want to have the status, privilege and "bigmanity" of an executive state governor. The actual job to be done is not even important anymore. For the record, doctors have for milleniums been in overall charge of patient care. Even in ancient Egypt. Mileniums before Florence Nightingale began nursing as a proper health care discipline. That will remain same for a very long time. |
UyaiIncomparabl: ![]() They will not rest until they have created zombies all over the place. With everyone behaving exactly same way. No free will, no common sense. People will always be different. A woman can have all these qualities and the man she'll pick will be a jerk. Some men may also not like these perfect similar robotic ladies all over the place. ![]() |
Keeper ke? What of centre forward & wing back? |
At least your daughter's cry is not due to hunger pangs. Millions of kids across the country can hardly get food to eat under Buhari's regime. A lot more crimes: robberies, burglaries, kidnapping and more by impoverished youth. |
Maxcollins042:So you mean even if allegation is true, nobody should talk? I thought APC came to power with the promise to be better than PDP in all ramifications? Once you're in power, it's everybody's job to hold you to account including and especially the opposition parties. That is the nature of democracy. Anyone who cannot take that has no business being in a democratic government. APC held PDP to account (including with lies and all) even when APC had no evidence of performance at Federal level yet. |
The guy should be doing a reality TV show. Wasting his showmanship talent. ![]() |
Asquare84:In Nigeria you have people from Dangote, top politicians, businessmen to pure water and ewa agoyin hawkers on the streets. It is same everywhere. The difference is that the middle class is MUCH larger in the West/developed countries than in Africa. Whereas about 70% of Africans struggle to survive, it might be 5 to 10% in developed countries. Now consider an immigrant without any family members or money in a new country. He will have to hustle in the beginning, some up to 10 years or more to establish themselves. If your uncle or cousin in America or Europe tells you how he suffers to earn money, maybe juggling two or three jobs, like most people at home, you might not believe him. Your focus will be on the nice house he has built or the fine cars he has at home. People simply hear what they want to hear. Many foreign students work as cleaners and do other odd jobs to go through school. The great Zik of Africa and others after him all did odd jobs abroad studying. Contrary to common perception in Nigeria, washing dead bodies is not a common job. Westerners treat dead bodies with utmost respect and undertaker companies handle all that. Most are family businesses. In decades I have not seen any black immigrants doing body washing, not saying there won't be some. I'm familiar with handing over corpses to families after autopsy. James Ibori worked in London stacking supermarket shelves and even connived with is wife working same place to steal goods. And he was caught and convicted for it. I know an Ivoirien who used to clean toilets in Europe while studying law but is now a very successful lawyer. Most will move on to other things and a steady stream of new immigrants will start at the bottom. |
TRUTHTOPOWER:Look, in law intention or intent matters. If out of ignorance she thought she needed to show a discharge or exemption certificate and went ahead to present one (if fake as alleged) , it's irrelevant to her innocence or guilt where she got it from (unless the police want to stop the forging outlet, which is another matter entirely). Important to her case is whether she intended to dupe the system to her own benefit against public interest. Remember that another highly qualified citizen was denied the chance to be a commissioner. She then used that CV to secure a plum ministerial job and denied yet another highly qualified citizen (possibly Wale Edun) a ministerial post. I also wonder if a graduate who could not ascertain whether or not she needed a certificate is fit to be a commissioner as she was in Ogun State. Let alone a federal minister. |
Senselin:Reason is simple. Abuja was a village called Suleja (now the Suleja we know is very many miles away in Niger State) when Murtala Mohammed chose it as the new FCT. Abuja sounded sexier in their ears than Suleja. And it was well planned from the beginning. It was meant for the elite. The elite always seek their own comfort. Abuja's Achilles heel will be failure to plan seriously for the poor and working class that will inevitably flood there to seek their fortune over decades to come. The shanty towns that will develop around it will "uglify" the city. |

pafo:Justin Fashanu did decades back. In fact the first pro footballer to come out as gay. He ended up committing suicide. His family including John Fashanu took his coming out badly. Though suicide might have had to do with the sexual assault of a teenage boy accusation awaiting him in America. |
The world has gone totally insane. God! RIP little girl. |

Organism000:Well, hopefully. First step is to have limited number of kids. 1-4 max. So that we can train them and equip them better for life. We will also have less poor people as jobs will go round better. The more self-sufficient people are, the less burden on others. Family planning, personal independence, financial education & investment/Wealth Creation should be taught from around primary 3 in schools. And drummed into brains as early as possible. |
Organism000:You see, modernity was thrust upon us. We did not prepare for it, so we're finding it hard to adjust. At heart and in our mentality we're not culturally different from people who lived in 1905 in Africa. Forget churches, cars, cell phones, flashy accessories and the apparently modern way we seem to live. In the past a man with many wives and kids and therefore able to have a large farm was a provider for many. In-laws, cousins, uncles, aunts and others would come to his barn to carry loads of yam. To dig up cocoa yam and cassava, pluck pepper, harvest rice and beans and such and carry home. We were told a story as kids: an elderly woman went to collect free yam tubers from his junior brother's VERY large yam barn in his farm. The brother asked her to pick & choose which rows of yam she wanted and she picked the best & biggest tubers. But on the floor of the barn were tiny broken pieces of yam. The lady wanted to have those broken pieces but too shy too ask. The brother couldn't have known that someone who collected the best yams would still covet tiny broken pieces on the floor. She left the farm inwardly furious for not being offered those tiny pieces of yam. For that reason she used her witchcraft to kill her generous junior brother. She later confessed what she did. Morale is you can do your best for them but the little seemingly irrelevant stuff you didn't do is enough to turn them against you. Farm produce were not really sold but stored to survive through the year. At most you might swap one row of yellow yams for three rows of white or water yams, two rows for a goat or sheep, etc. So once one family member rises up financially a little bit, he comes the Red Cross, UNHCR & UNICEF of the entire extended family. Many will now rely on hand-outs from him. Many will call him stingy & some will even try diabolical/juju things against him for alleged neglect of their financial needs. Many relatives who could have gone out to hustle, create wealth and be independent now all sit idle. This creates massive poverty all round. Sad thing is should the worst happen to the "one-man" charity organisation, his nuclear family suffers the most. Most would assume he left truckloads of money behind. To the point that his widow may never have peace because of his family. Very sad situation. |

Well he had the chance to give all the details to the investigating school authorities. They obviously found his version totally rubbish. Because his colleagues who investigated are known to protect one of their given any little doubt. Of what use is it to us now? |

thebestprice:Can you come out and prove what you just said to the authorities? You are making allegations concerning the Palace publicly using an anonymous forum. What stops you going to DSS, police, etc with concrete evidence of location? Or even provide the said kidnapped person to identify the location? Places around the Palace are very open and can be easily identified once you have been there once. We want the truth. Prove your case or desist. |
