Nwachukwu1986:Dude, bleeping is a consensual thing. The woman's organ is even designed to derive more pleasure from it. Men should STOP promoting the idea that a woman's sex organ is a commodity for sale. Men chase women because it is biological thing to do so. among virtually most species of animals. It became part of human culture. Not because it is more pleasurable to a man or it is a big favour the woman is doing a man. |
aribisala0:True regarding across the board improvement. Many young people I know using Lexus think it is the best car they have ever used. Only because that group are more adventurous & likely to try new things. We all feel comfortable with what we know. If dad used his Benz for 15 years with minimal problems, that stays with you. No matter how swanky a Skoda SUV might look, most will still prefer Toyata Prado, ML and such. Hard earned reputation over time it is. |

You cannot compare Lexus that is a recent offshoot of Toyota to 91 years of continuous breakthrough, improvement and pace setting by Mercedes na. Lexus should seek to grab more market share of young upwardly mobile people. Who will hopefully remain loyal for decades. So that 30 years from now, moneyed people in their 60s and above will consider it a genuine alternative to Benz. But BMW, Audi, Nissan Infinity, Honda Acura and others are seriously making that young upwardly mobile segment difficult. |
They should learn from Javan Bidongo of Kenya who married two friends a day apart. There is love in sharing. ![]() Oh! I forgot. Bidongo is a multi-millionaire, maybe this man is not. |
BlackAfrican:And hope she does same. Sometimes it comes from where you do not expect. I know a lady who still has refused to tell her ex-bf she has it. Despite my efforts to persuade her to tell him. So he can get tested and possibly protect other women but she refused. If not that she went for antenatal, she would not have known. A lady from a VERY religious home. |
Sadly many ladies will not learn. This lady could not take the public humiliation and returned the money. The guy is childish. No wonder she rejected him. Depending on the guy, a lady should volunteer to pay something on a date. Let the guy refuse instead. And most guys will refuse. But the lady will have a useful point and earn respect. Do not just sit there ordering things up & down. Some can order 50k worth of stuff without blinking. On top a guy's head. This attitude unfairly paints all ladies with same brush. See this thread: https://www.nairaland.com/3713132/facebook-user-claims-customs-boss/2#55117241 Every guy cannot be rich. Not every rich guy makes a good bf or hubby. |
Chai, See the way the mouthed ladies of Nairaland avoid this thread like Ebola is being spread here. ![]() This lady is saying what a lot of ladies experience but are too ashamed to say normally. Failed promises after a bangster's repeated hydaraulic actions like this oga custom dude's case. ![]() The level of coded prostitution is alarming now. Those that "take curtain" and do it officially are more honorable. At least patrons can bargain and reach an agreement. No strings attached. Ladies should stop using toto to look for ATM upandan. But many will not hear. This Kate low-grade olosho needs brain amputation. She dull gan. |
He try. One less dickus to cause mayhem. ![]() |
Much work going on. |
Under which section of our penal code is she detained? Is her offence of the gravity to warrant such detention for so long? I thought such act usually falls under civil lawsuit (a tort) for defamation, slander and such. Even defamatory libel (published/publicized defamation serious enough to injure or cause act of reprisal against the defamed) that is potentially a criminal offence is hard to uphold in a modern democratic society. Legal experts should please enlighten us. |
Kenya wants to maintain top position by hook or by crook. Even we 9ja dey respect them for their sheer imagination & innovation. To gain 9ja's respect in weird and wonderful things says a lot. ![]() |
Black man sha. Upon all the religious houses, record numbers taking JAMB form and hundreds of thousands graduating yearly. Na darkness, both literally & mentally, we still dey. God help us. |
Nedsnow:Whether this story is true or lie I cannot say but what she described has been happening for at least 20 years. It typically happened when bride's father dies and both are abroad but cannot come yet. Depending on culture, if marriage not done before funeral the man will not be recognised as an inlaw during the funeral rites. So they do it in absentia. Although I have never seen the acting part abroad but with popularity of social media live stream, video chat and others now in 2017, it is 100% credible. Culture evolves constantly . What might sound bizarre now could become the trend in just 5 years. |
Threebear:Metabolic diseases time-bomb. Needs to be discouraged. We have no decent healthcare system to cope with High BP, stroke, heart diseases & diabetes loading from sugary drinks being consumed. |
OkoYiboz:Well, he built Almajiri schools up North, universities all over the place, repaired roads like Benin-Lagos Road that OBJ could not, brought railway back and many other projects. Not in his village except Otuoke FG university. Yet people especially SW & the core North called him militant. What if he had concentrated all the projects in Bayelsa or Otuoke? GEJ had a more national outlook in terms of projects. Which of course is an anomaly in Nigeria where nepotism is the rule these days. I think some people are crying more than the bereaved concerning GEJ being voted out. Remember he did not even go to court to contest the results despite obvious election rigging in the North. Bubu who got considerably lower vote in previous three elections went to court each time. He even incited his Northerners to cause mayhem killing people. Whereas GEJ made it clear that his political ambition isn't worth the blood of any Nigeria....Word on marble there. If our generation steeped in anomaly, tribalism/nepotism & propaganda fails to see it, perhaps future generations will appreciate him. I think GEJ is democratically more advanced than the usual Nigerian do-or-die attitude to politics. Hence many see losing an election as Armageddon. |
So much about transparency. Not! |
BuariCopyPaste:Those Fulani herdsmen reach to fear o. They are violent. They are ethno-religious imperialists in their mentality. Those who insist Nigeria must remain one have to swallow their pride, tolerate being murdered by Fulani and yet go under cover of night to beg their Sultan to talk to his people. FG and all apparatus of state are behind the herdsmen gidigba. |
Rapsowdee01:Na wa. Some youths and long throat. ![]() |
thehedge:but how come he did not know such a close relative? From pics & discussions prior. Maybe some distant relative. But the guy is a fool. |
OkoYiboz:Ruin? So losing an election means ruin? No wonder Africans refuse to relinquish power. They think they must die in office. Worldly power is transient. He served nearly 6 years. That was enough. 20 years from now, Nigerians can more objectively judge both GEJ & Buhari govts. That is democracy. We African need to understand that. |
Funkybabee:This is rather common these days. Including married women sleeping about and all her kids will belong to other men outside. The man who travels frequently for work to provide her comfort and economic security will be blamed for not being around. I have seen these things happen. It is not just an exception anymore. And women are always quick to say "but men do worse". Nobody should pay for what others did. We are all unique individual beings. |
sikan:More than 70m by far. I do not know anyone without at least one gen. I have bought at least 5 over the years, including a Lister gen. Many people I know have bought even more. |
Horus: ![]() |
mmsen:They like to play politics of diplomacy with the domineering core Northerners. In the end they become their own worst enemies, unable to be trusted by the South, and seen as subordinates by core North. Their matter complex fa. |
Wait o, if a man shows pics of stages of erection inside his boxer shorts before using it to impregnate a lady, would it be called adorable? |
smartty68:Nor mind them. When Buhari starts treating his anaemia in Nigeria, maybe people will listen to their yarn. |
MrEgbegbe:They said 400m for Ortse's house sir. 10 times more than you quoted. |
Benita27:Sure. Reason why it matters is that some say if we had retained Pounds, it would be as strong as Pounds Sterling today. It wouldn't because the pound that changed in 1973 was already Nigerian indigenous pounds. Nigerian pounds today would just be weak as our Naira. ![]() |
Sad. |
The same Soyinka they humiliated, detained for hours and searched all over in that same SA a few years ago? Na wa. |
Benita27:Abeg you are right. Obviously in preparation for independence, plans for own currency and local financial/economic policies were put in place. Before 1973, we were using Nigeria Pounds and it's smaller units. Hence Biafra also issued Biafra Pounds when civil war began. |
