Abagworo: Here's a public or corporate complex in VI. I would love to see a full stretch 2 to 10km of road dotted with strictly this kind of building in any of our Southeastern cities. We have the money to do it.

Your Governors played a fast one on you guys by re-surfacing roads, building Government buildings and giving out cars while you were busy criticizing those projects.

Thank God for FG initiative to provide an international Airport in the S.E. The 2nd Niger Bridge is still in limbo. Apart from those 2 projects i mentioned, please educate me on any capital project with the aim of preparing the S.E for the future, initiated by your Governors.

Rochas that seemed to be a bright star is now being crucified for fratenizing with Northerners and S westerners.......despite his works.

Rather than come up with projects and long-term plans to woo the people's votes, they'd rather talk about not voting for a "boko Haram party" or "how the Yorubas hate the Igbos"..............and you fall for that. Sad.

It seems if i want to win an eastern election, all i have to do is publicly deny and insult my tribe, the crowd will cheer and I'll win.

Have you seen the projects going on in Eko Atlantic?? The elevated railway?? The expanded Badagry Express?? The infrastructural works in Ogun and, Osun State?? Even Oyo state isn't left behind. Projects going on in Kano and Abuja?? The Rainbow Town in Port-Harcourt?? The roads, Airport and Stadium Akpabio is building in Akwa-Ibom??

You guys better wake up and hold your regional leaders accountable and stop chasing tails.

so in essence lagos needs loan to build the road.

berem: I know of many federal projects which the LASG if handling now presently. The Lagos Badagry expressway is a good example. Do you want to tell me that Anambra state cannot single handedly handle the second niger bridge project on behalf of FG and get their money back? What happened to PPP? Doesn't it work any longer?

states do not work on federal roads without permission...that is just the way it is...anambra state government have sought for permission to work on anambra end onitsha enugu expressway only to be given the bridgehead to upper iweka axis that has been completed and recently the amawbia amansea axis....if fg did not give lagos permission to do lagos badagry road(by the way progress is slow on this road) lagos would not have entered it.

question us why did obasanjo copy that letter to the likes of ibb,danjuma etc?....for what purpose?

I guess this boils down to a difference of opinions.. I still find it hard for anyone to convince me that Obi's approach to governance is that best. Handing out cheques to individuals for works that should be his sole responsibility?! Mba nu..

Look at the writing on that Hilux that says Donated by Governor Peter Obi .. Please, did Peter Obi pay for that car from his personal money or was it Anambra States tax payers money that he used to pay for the car and write his name on top?!

Anambra state should consider using concrete base roads, especially for all these new roads. It is not the norm in Nigeria but will remove the cost of rebuilding the roads for almost a century. At most what will be required will be reapplication of asphalt or tar.

am from Njikoka and i can authoritatively tell you that all the roads in my lga are the ones done by ngige during his tenure! not just roads, the schools renovated and constructed in my area as the ones done by ngige!
