PoliticsRe: Did Anyone See Sanusi & Aganga On Tv Answering Furious Senators? by ayinba1(f): 4:43pm On Dec 04, 2010
I have followed this thread for sometime and below are my submissions

@Rossike
I do not know what demographics you fall into but if you and yours are CORRUPT, that does not qualify you to label all OR MOST Nigerians as Corrupt. That is a wrong and offensive generalisation. The part that is problematic with your points is that you are JUSTIFYING bad and regressive behavior. It is not news that our politicians are CORRUPT. What is offensive is someone in this age when there is more awareness defending this shameful and retrogressive style.

@ OP and all
I will commend Sanusi for a job well done. M y people say that "one should not call a cow' Uncle', just to get some beef to eat"

The point I see here is this. The information has been provided to US. Sanusi cannot change the status quo. We the people CAN. Not with violence, but with more active participation so the current leaders know that it is not business as usual. Unfortunately, some Nlders still totally miss this point. Words like 'Nothing will change, no matter what" should be scrapped from our vocabulary.

Assalam alaykum warahmatullah wabarakatuhu

Apologies to all if this has been addressed previously. Kindly provide information on Islamic guidelines for one wishing to go on Hajj while owing money. Even though the "intendee" owes (for instance #1million), he still manages to put money by to build a house as he does not own a house yet and manage to do other things - while paying his debt according to plan.

Is debt a valid excuse for such a muslim not to partake in the Hajj? Thank you for your answers.

Some of the responses here are from unmarried folks. We should have a before and after marriage poll. Interesting topic though

Vacancy

A reliable, safe and trustworthy driver is needed for a Dodge Ram Bus 3500. Bus is currently in Lagos. Will negotiate for monthly versus delivery rates of compensation.

Please e mail me at alexclrksn@yahoo.com if you OR somone you can vouch for is interested in this position

David Mark?? Jonah Jang?? And these are credible individuals??

Money has changed hands. If not rigged, no way will Jonathan win this elections. But then JEGA/GEJ is in charge! How much more luck do you need?
PoliticsRe: Ribadu Needs Repackaging by ayinba1(f): 9:43pm On Oct 20, 2010
Please do not even start to compare GEJ with Ribadu. Fyne, we can excuse Ribadu as not being politically experienced, but GEJ, with his PhD is a slap in the face to PhD holders everywhere.

Ribadu will do well unless he refuses to take good counsel. He still stands above the rest of the candidates and I will support him until I find a better candidate. If we all agree that CORRUPTION elimination will give us much needed progress, Ribadu still has a better record than the rest of the candidates.

And what is all this repetition of Tinubu's crime? Very much like a broken record. You want to compare that to what GEJ stole after he tookover from Ibori? Or YarAdua?? Abegi, give me salient points. On corruption, GEJ ranks #2! after IBB of course.

SO NOT GEJ!!

PoliticsRe: Ribadu Needs Repackaging by ayinba1(f): 6:01pm On Oct 19, 2010
@Gbawe,

Nigeria, Nay, NR, does not need a GEJ Beaf, at least not on NL. I am a Ribadu supporter and I am for improvement. Any supporter denying him this advise, openly, or in secret, may not be helping matters.

You have to be receptive to constructive criticism. Only then can you truly achieve. Blind support is what has led us to where we are today. He has my support because IMO, he is still better than all the other choices.

We love him but would love him more if he makes improvements!

PoliticsRe: Mbu Apologises Over Comment On Balewa’s Death by ayinba1(f): 7:46pm On Oct 10, 2010
If OP was hoping to exonerate Mbu with this, FAIL.

Personally, I never heard of the initial interview however, saying the first Prime Minister died of an asthma attack is in very poor taste. Even an Elementary pupil with a Social studies class knows the story about the first Coup.

Sadly too, coming from an Ibo. What you get when you insist on recycling 50 yr old trash bags
PoliticsRe: Bomb Blasts: This Is My Story – Dokpesi by ayinba1(f): 5:46pm On Oct 10, 2010
Everyone forgot that the amount mentioned initailly was $100 bilion USD? Where did that amount run off to? GEJ is a weakling and he and his cronies are not to be believed. Why has MEND not yet been arrested or interrogated. Like there is a reason for that when they have admitted and "apologised"

GEJ is trending the path of CIVIL unrest and he will have only himself to blame for this.
PoliticsRe: Okah Speaks With Next Newspapers by ayinba1(f): 2:55pm On Oct 10, 2010
@Babasoty

There is something called 3 way calling-

Okay, just a possibility if Okah really could not make the call.

Okah's man places a call to Okah, put's him on hold, then calls Al- jazeerah and links them up. I was not there and I am not saying that this is what happened but it could very well easily have been.

Here in the US, we watch documentaries of prisoners speaking on the phone ALL THE TIME.

So let us stop flagging this phone call while in prison as it is a non issue.

Secondly, some keep asking how he received text messages while in Prison. The fact that you are a prisoner does not make your cell phone to be cut off from the Network carrier that you subscribe to.

SO yes, it is possible to receive text messages on your phone WHILE YOU ARE IN PRISON ( even DEAD for that matter). All you need is to read it once you have access to the phone ORRRRRR Have your wife read your MISSED CALLS and TEXT MESSAGES to you once you talk to your wife.

To discount the above, the discounter would have to prove that they have been in possession of OKAH's phone from the first time that he was arrested and NO ONE updated him on the calls and texts he had waiting on the phone.

Please, I welcome your very intelligent arguments!

Dude,
It' s DEMOCRACY! The guy asked for impeachment, He did not invite Boko Haram to his personal home yet GEJ invited terrorists to the STATE HOUSE. Get your priorities straight.

You are becoming very ridiculous with your utterances when it comes to GEJ. Exactly how much are you being paid??

I guess any critic of GEJ- JEGA should be imprisoned then.

"Bwahhhaaahhhhh'  Hey Joe, why you dey cry now? Shebi na u be Presido?

GEJ continues to cry uncontrollably

"chai, Chineke, these mallams be bad thing o, dem no go let me remain for this treasury seat, hey!"

Mr GEJ is interested in only one thing, ppl, how to remain President. The question is What is he going to do IF he remains President?

Same thing he has done for the past few months.

The FB post sounds like a woman whining. This guy is an embarrasment to the Nation. He has divided the country. We now know that he is doing a favour to the states he listed by spending Federal resources on "their" people.

GEJ supporters; Is he a ND president or a FRN?

Even these so called Hausa's that we complain about are way more polished than JEG(A) ooopsy Akalation there.  GEJ needs a lesson OR he should save us further embarassment and SH UT Up!
PoliticsRe: Northern Political Leaders Ask Jonathan To Resign by ayinba1(f): 3:49am On Oct 07, 2010
For starters, I strongly believe that the bomb blast was the handiwork of MEND. If any politician had inside access to it, na GEJ.

Secondly, GEJ has mishandled this and many other issues. He is a bumbling omo airola ri, aijebe ri.

Now to Mr Ciroma, Sir, you disgust me if you really said GEJ should resign. And whomever else was in your group that supported your statement also make me want to puke. Ehnnn, hypocrisy of the highest order. The white hen does not know that it is an oldie. Your name is among the names we had to cram in Elementary school and even with age, have you gained no wisdom?

From this point on, I address the Northern oligarchy. You guys are the worst things to happen to Northern Nigeria. Think about all the years that you spent in power (even including NOW) and point to what progress the North has made under you. You loot and loot and loot like you are actually going to eat money. You love your neighbours to continue giving you "ranka dades'; You claim that you ar muslims yet continue to hoard. How many of these things will benefit you after you are dead?

The North of Nigeria has the highest poverty rate yet your kids attend the best schools in Europe and America with stolen money. You can jusify it all you care but when something is meant for the whole community and you keep it for yourself, you have usurped a trust and will be judged for it.

Where were you when the late YarAdua was clinging by life support? You all refused to let the man go in dignity. Again, Sir, you and your likes disgust me. You turned the man into a spectacle by your blindness to what is fair and just.

Think about it for a second, Sir, and while you are at it, try to solve the problems of cholera, unsanitary water supplies, extreme poverty and lack of education (did I mention religious Unrest) that dominates Northern Nigeria. With your respective stashes, each of you could make a little difference in the lives of your people whom you are supposed to serve.

As for GEJ, the rest of us Nigerians will point out the truth because we do not blindly follow our tribesman into s--t like you guys do,

Thank you Sir.
