We are waiting to resolve some issues about community development levies before we complete this fencing and gate mounting. Some community youths has been coming to stop us from working. They are charging us N350,000 as community development fees or else, we shouldn't work again. This amount should cover for the whole construction of this fence and even for the building of the main house.

Personally, I think we’re getting into dangerous territory with all this offline identifications. First it was our resident pompous pillock going on about information on alleged international convicts and now this morning releases.

You may not always know the temperament fully of someone online, what they do professionally or as a hobby. Or maybe they’re just a camel straw away.

Finding information on others is brain dead easy these days that it’s nothing to gloat about.

They arrested her before she fled the country. Victims did not get a dime after coming to the police station severally.

The OIC will rather collect percentage of whatever remains and eventually free the scammer.

I sought for people's opinions about staying back to work in the southwest with an average pay or work in Gombe that pays up to twice than the southwest.

I'm currently working in Gombe and the place is kinda dope for the Northeast setting. Transportation and food prices is cheap. I was even surprised to see the state has a good road network.

But the heat is sometimes unbearable.

Overall I'll give the state a 6/10.

I have a question on something that I've been pondered.

Now that I've shifted into my main house, my 2 bedroom bungalow is just sitting there. I have three options, I think.

1) Rent it out to a hand selected tenant on a yearly basis.

2) Turn it into a AirBnB. This sounds most logical to me since occupancy will be limited. Though it sound fanciful but I haven't done enough research to see the viability due to my location being Elebu.

3) Just leave it alone if it'll be too much hassle. I don't necessarily need the income.

I know that I won't be the first to have this quagmire so I want to tap into experiences and opinions.

Ify Obinabo, the new Commissioner for women affairs have really come a long way. A veteran television presenter in igbo language right from the days of Minaj System television, Obosi. I love seeing those that has paid their dues in Anambra being recognised this way.

I believe she knows the terrain well enough to help Soludo actualised his dreams of a society that is fair to women and all the vulnerable groups in the state.

Good morningng everyone. I need your professional ideas please.
There is a 5 unit semidetached house of 3
and 2 bedroom flats. The Engineer constructed a single chamber septic tank to collect the solid waste from the toilet only and directed all the wastewater (bathroom and kitchen) and flood water to a pipe meant to be linked to a drainage channel outside the compound.
Now, none of the houses along the street has a draniage channel (most/all are low-cost buildings) and there is a concern that the next house might not continue a drainage channel if constructed in front of the building alone (90% probability because of several reasons).
Pls sirs, what can be done to collect and/or dispose this wastewater properly. The soil is made up of tiny pore lateritic sand.

3 weeks ago, My two sisters in Uni (One is already planning on getting married) came to visit due to the strike.

Armed men 4 in total broke into our house around 1 am, I woke up after hearing a heavy bang, they are already in the parlour, at gunpoint they asked me to bring all my laptops, money and valuables, the robbers forced me and my sisters (unfortunately in night clothes) to the master room, they tore their dresses, in turns they forcefully raped them, I begged and cried for them to stop but one of them smashed my head with the gun and told me if i move he would shoot me in the head.

I haven't been able to sleep and my sisters are so traumatized, I couldn't do anything to help but watch them cry while these monsters raped them. i am so depressed and unhappy, how can i move on from this sad event?
