Hypothetical question on my part I'd say, What if you were told to forgive either your boyfriend or your best friend caught in the very act, who would you choose? Emphasis is laid on forgiveness people!

"I will greatly rejoice in the LORD, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decketh himself with ornaments, and as a bride adorneth herself with her jewels." (Isaiah 61:10)

This beautiful Old Testament verse speaks eloquently of the appropriate adornments and clothing of Christians. The worldly person may dress in costly garments and ornate jewelry, but these are no better than hastily sown fig-leaf aprons (Genesis 3:7) or filthy rags (Isaiah 64:6), if they merely attempt to beautify an unregenerate life. Far better than even the elaborate ornaments and jewels at an oriental wedding are the garments of salvation and the robe of righteousness prepared by God Himself, even though outwardly they may appear as mere "coats of skins" (Genesis 3:21).

Note the admonition of Paul in the New Testament. "I will therefore . . . that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with broided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array; But (which becometh women professing godliness) with good works" (1 Timothy 2:8-10). Similarly, to Christian wives Peter says: "Whose adorning let it not be that outward adorning of plaiting the hair, and of wearing of gold, or of putting on of apparel; But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price" (1 Peter 3:3-4).

A Christian should also be clothed in "the whole armour of God . . . loins girt with truth . . . the breastplate of righteousness; . . . feet shod with . . . the gospel of peace; . . . the shield of faith . . . the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit" (Ephesians 6:13-17). Both by modest clothing and by a Spirit-controlled life, we thus ought to "adorn the doctrine of God our Saviour in all things" (Titus 2:10). HMM

Let's cut the crap, ok! A Christian sister should only be kwown or critiqued by her character or by what comes out of her mouth. Peter was a man in touch with reality, but time have changed, the world is fast changing and people have to change with it. It is now a common factor that without these ornaments, women now look less-attractive to brothers. Everyone is given a measure of faith, let it carry you as far as you could go.

Plateau State Commissioner for Information Gregory Yenlong said more than 300 people, including women and children, had died.

Eyewitnesses say some of the bodies, which included women and children, were charred, while others had machete wounds across their faces. Aid workers said some had been shot.

Four days of sectarian clashes in January between mobs armed with guns, knives and machetes killed hundreds of people in Jos, which lies at the crossroads of Nigeria's Muslim north and predominantly Christian south.

All depends on your definition of 'older women'. What has age got to do with it? If men could marry women with the same age difference, what is stopping women from doing same? We've got millions of men out there married to women with enormous age difference,ranging between 18-20 age gap.

I think it is high time we started getting our priorities right, especially we Nigerians. When did earning a certain amount become a yard-stick to getting married? I do understand we're in the world of 'who wants to marry a millionaire' and all that bullsh*t, I still think self-respect, pride and human dignity should be norms to getting married.

And who say the topic is mearnt for guys only? Guys, if your wife-2-be ain't earning anything less #50,000 a month, don't marry her either!
No more liability, must be two hands on the deck, not one. #40,000 is more than enough if your wife is a banker, lawyer, engineer etc, and even a fashion designer.

Are we now saying you should rely heavily on your wife's salary, no, but ofcourse 2 is better than 1. If you find yourself in this situation and you want to get married, be proud of what you have, profile the woman to see if she would be the assisting type or the lazy and big mouthed 'full house wife'.

Thousands have gotten married with far less salary and are still happily married. Consider your ways or you'll will grow white hair in all areas before you  get married. Nuff said

My opinion is kinda compromising. My cousin's girlfriend is about going to the abortion rally. She's still at college and just 17.
Although my cousin wants her to keep the baby, but she's not just ready for it because of her education and considering her age.

I feel for this girl and totally agree with her opinion, but on the other side, I kinda know the implication and complication of abortion and the biblical consequence.

Don't just know what to do. Tried talking to her but it seem she's already made up her mind.

England U-21 coach Stuart Pearce is fighting really hard to persuade Victor Moses to snub NFF and play for him against Greece next week.

Victor Moses is a talented forward that plays for Wigan Athletic. He is a Nigerian by birth but moves to the UK age 11 when his parents were both murdered.

NFF have contacted Moses and told him about the prospect of representing Nigeria in the on-coming FIFA world cup in South Africa.

Just out of curiosity, A friend of mine is staying with his brother who is married to this beautiful lady (no children yet). The guy(husband) is about going abroad for a short course and won't be back for 2 weeks. I happen to know my friend very very well (woman wrapper) and boy'oboy, the guy is handsome and beautiful. He can't even be left with a chicken for 2 minutes, or a  dog without carrying out some experiment, let alone this young beautiful woman. I'm just so scared for this family.
