If some pregnant woman come online to narrate their experience, she would know hers is child's play.

Seeing that you are not a woman & have never carried a pregnancy, I don’t think you hold the moral right to talk about a woman’s pregnancy experience. Hyperemesis gravidarum is one of the worst conditions suffered by some pregnant women. Some have to be sustained by getting fluids through IV because one can’t even keep water down. Besides, everyone has a right to describe the worst experience they’ve been through. Stop discrediting a woman’s experience especially since you’ve never been pregnant.

I have a problem and it is paining me. I am a matured guy who know what it feels like to be single and maried .

Most People mock me, but I got married.

We had a baby last year, a corona baby.

I am not ashamed to say that at my age, I am still a mummy's boy and she is my number one but I respect my wife.

When I wanted to marry, my wife Never agreed to having a house close to my mum's place.

I felt very bad but I want to make her happy so we moved far. My mom was angry as she knew my wife forced me.

When my wife delivered, her mum came for omugo instead of my mum, and that made her so sad, that she cried and ask if i am a bastard to let them steal her right.

I begged her. She came for naming and left the same day I noticed way my wife was acting rude too because her mum was pushing her.

I told my wife that mum is angry, let us visit her buy her a gift because her place is now far.

She kept saying that her body is not strong for 5 months after delivery and I thought she took me and my family as fools.

I got angry and slapped her twice. When she saw that I was really angry she begged me.

So we went and saw her we are all happy and settled all.

As my child reached 10 month, I told her to tell her mum to go because she's now strong almost to walk.

Her mum left but my mum wanted to come and spend the holiday as she had never done that since she delivered .

When I told my wife, her facial expression changed. When my mum came i travelled but she didnt cook for her but heat soup that was in the freezer to give her.

My mum hated that and she called me crying that what she did to her she won't do to her own mum .

I pretended nothing happened as I got back I bought things from a eatry for family so my mum left after 2 weeks.

I brought up the issue and she said nothing wrong in giving her food kept in the freezer that she gave same to her mum too .

I got angry and beat her up. I didnt injure her. all and some other thing . I love my wife I cant be beating her all the time she promise to change yet nothing. Because of bad character I refuse to take her to eatry.

I have worked in several establishment and one common thing colleagues can say about me wherever is that "I get to work late".. I feel bad about this though and I've done my best to stop but it ain't working.
Even when I try to leave home early, something must sha happen that will make me get to work late.

Get everything ready the night before. Iron your clothes, put your shoes by the door. Pack your lunch, leave breakfast ready so you’ll just warm it and if your hair is braided that makes it easier to manage. When waking up, if you leave the house at 7:30, set your mind to leave at 7am, that way you give yourself an allowance of half hour incase you are late to prepare yourself & so you’ll still make to leave home on time.

Probably caused by deep vein thrombosis. Blood clots are likely to form after surgery due to little or no movement.

I recently opened a barbing salon shop. Within the area I opened this shop, there's this couple living there. The man does nothing for a living. He's a drunkard. The woman on the other hand sells black market fuel and oil to make ends meet.

They gave birth to 6 children (yes, you heard right). Since I entered that street, I noticed a serious domestic violence going on in that family. The man after drinking, uses his wife and children as punching bags. This is not occasionally. On a daily. I'm seriously disturbed. A little arguement and the man goes straight to the woman's fuel and oil and pours everything away.

Even when he's the one provoking the woman, he goes to the woman's properties and starts damaging everything.

The worst is that no body in the street says anything. They all say they are used to them.
I'm seriously disturbed because the man always threatens to pour fuel on the woman and set her ablaze always.

On many occasions, he carries huge sticks to kill the woman like a snake.
People around always say he can't do it. On my side, I'm really disturbed, because I have seen where domestic violence caused a disaster. I fear that one day, the man might carry out his threats.

Today a serious fight broke out between the man and the wife. The man was beating the last born of the house that's just a year plus like a mad man. The wife couldn't bear it anymore and faced the man. He was beating all of them like animals. Looking for cutlass and 2by2 to use on them. People were passing and didn't even care. I couldn't bear it anymore. He was trying to smash the woman's phone on the main road. One small girl went to rescue the woman and the phone. The way this man flung the lady eeh, that was when I stepped in, collected the phone and told the man that if he tried touching the woman and the children again, I would bury him alive. I was very mad. I asked the woman what he's still doing with the man. Or is she waiting for people to carry her corpse before she flees for her life? The phone is still with me. I'm confused on what to do.

This man needs to be stopped before a disaster strikes. It's just a matter of time. I fear for the woman's life seriously.
What can I do to help the situation guys. I'm really disturbed.

Arrange a few boys to handle that man when drunk & give him a stern warning about touching the wives or kids. Option 2 would be to arrange for a soldier to act as I though he lives in the neighborhood. Let him warn that man against touching his wife and children or he’ll expire.LOL all acting though. See how that works out.

I went directly to his place, he was down, he den open up to me that he's in interested fraud( yahoo) and nothing is dropping, he told me he came to ilorin but he was asked to bring human parts but he can't, and his neighbor is cashing out, I told him I'll help because I really love him I spoke with my neighbor if she know any juju man that's very good, she introduced me to a man. I had close to 100k in my account, we both went to the man I did a lot of prayers, ate different types of things we spend more than 50k after some weeks nothing is dropping, and I'm feeding him, my account is red already, he spoke with his friend, his friend introduced him to another juju man den we are out of cash already.

He told me that he want to go home to hustle up, after some weeks he started posting the other girl pic I was very down after everything I did for him, I moved on but it was too late, I was pregnant my initial plan was to abort it when someone who doesn't even me told me she saw me in hospital in her dream

I insisted on aborting but every means I tried wasn't working until I was told not to abort the child.

So sorry about your ordeal. Thank God you are alive. They say where there’s life, there’s hope. Let mistakes be stepping stones for a better tomorrow. Forget about that guy for now and focus on improving your life. When you are successful, they come looking for you. So pick yourself up & ask yourself what you are good at. Why don’t you shop for groceries yourself and probably come up with a menu of what you want to eat when at home? You’ll already know the quantity you bought. Seems she’s very frugal even when it comes to food to the point of spending food money on other things. Maybe she was raised in a household that struggled to feed and due to the circumstances, got used to being economical with food. Knowing how much food is in the house will help you and as people suggested, dish out your own food.

I'm going to keep this brief.

It started three weeks ago. my mum, who was walking normal with no problem suddenly could not walk. Her left leg began paining her severely that day. My mum was all in tears... She was rushed to the hospital where it was discovered that her sugar level was on the high side. The hospital gave drugs which stabilised it, at that point my mum was very weak, couldn't eat, each time she eat she throws up and also had some pain in the leg still. After a week in the hospital, we were then referred to a teaching hospital after a test showed that creatinine in her kidney was high.

The teaching hospital tried their best and I can say my mum is now okay. Except for the left leg. She can't still walk on it, the leg feels cold to touch with a little discolouration above the foot.

Doppler test showed that blood isn't really flowing through the leg. And they said they will need to amputate the leg to prevent the infection from growing to the other parts of the body.

Please I want to know if you know anyone who had similar condition and amputation was recommended but was later healed without need for amputation.

Please share your recommendations. I need my mum now more than before in my life. We are confused on whether to allow them to go on with the amputation or seek other alternatives.

Don’t delay amputation as dead tissue is not good & may cause sepsis. Doctors have done this for a long time. Just consult an endocrinologist for an opinion. They specialize in treating diabetes. Do this as quickly as possible to avoid other stories.

There is this issue that is bothering my mind, I have promise to be faithful to my wife and always let her know whatever comes in for me.
But the problem is that I always tell her how money is spent, and whenever I present list for whatever we buy and all other expenses, but each time she sees anything like I sent 10k to my mother, she always pick up fight with me, and I have not been biased, I send money to her mother too.

Truth is that your wife is selfish and wants everything to be all about her? If she’s upset that you are sending money to the woman who carried you & raised you, what then will happen if your mother was to come live with you? I think you need to call her out on her behavior and after that have an account where you both chip in on household expenses. How you handle the rest of your earnings should be your business. If too much info is bothering her, perhaps you should stop informing her of your spending. It’s your money, you work for it. Set aside money for your mother because God forbid if an emergency came up, I foresee your wife not being helpful. Wisdom is profitable to direct. Does your wife have a job? Maybe she needs to start working if she doesn’t to avoid feeling so entitled to your money.

I will try to be brief as possible. During the lock down my elder brother was seriously ill, we all thought it normal malaria and typhoid but getting to the hospital he was diagnosed of kidney diseases at it last stage (CKD). We all brace up and gave him all the support needed during the stage from one dialysis section to another something thrice a week.

It became worse and no improvement at sight, I literally do all thing for him, from bathing to feeding and carry him around the hospital but he faith he will come out of it. During the process he used all of his life saving to the extend of collecting and seeking financial assistance from people because the doctor advice to undergo kidney transplants.

On 2 April 2021 we went from dialysis, nurses were complaining that I allow him to drink a lot of water because at that stage he have a daily water intake and also needed blood. He did the blood transfusion and the dialysis but he had a breathing issue, the nurse place him on breathing machine the oxygen got exhausted and he was normal.

We went home by 12am, on getting home we ask for water, I told him to wait because I can even hear noise of water around his thoracic cavity. He was having difficult I had to call one of his friend so that we can take him back to the hospital but he gave up the ghost and we bury him that the same day because that was his wish. Due to his name, I was confused and angry at myself and everyone that we lost him due to 5 million needed for the transplant.

Months later I was able to get over his death a bit and went back to school, wrote the exam and graduated with first class even though the examination I didn't prepared much due to what happened. It was just God hand at work ( It only a fool that say there is no God).

Now the problem is that I can't sleep and remember my brother death that I should have done more. His death is like 5 months from now but it still fresh in my memory recently. My brother play a vital role in my education from paying my fee and monthly allowance and advice. I was thinking of using drugs so that I can sleep at time but talk me out of it. Pls how can I re again myself and also am an introvert I don't have people to talk to and I hardly go out.

Grief is a tough journey to walk but you must take it each day at a time. It’s not unusual to be put on sleeping pills after loss of a loved one. Remember sleep is very important not only for your body’s immune system but your mental health. Constant lack of sleep is not something you should take lightly. If you can afford, I’d advise you talk with a doctor about this who may give you a sleep aid. You may also be referred to a psychotherapist who will help you deal with grief. Please also let friends help you. What do you do during your free time? Staying indoors will only worsen your grief. Try jogging or gym, probably a class for something you enjoy doing such as cooking , coding etc. Also talk with people. I am so sorry for the loss of your brother. I hope you overcome this tough stage.

he told me how to use it, and what the various line display means.
so i called my girl and told her to urinate small on a small cup, followed the instructions and two thick red line showed..
and the chemist said two line is positive..

Funny that you don’t know what to do. You two are adults. You made a conscious decision to have sex knowing fully well it could result in a baby. Sounds like you didn’t use protection and your girlfriend wasn’t on birth control. If you are playing house while still in school, you should by no means be surprised when the responsibilities of a home come knocking. A baby is a permanent responsibility so you can’t run now. If you can do the “crime”, you can do the time. Tell your parents & see if they’d be willing to support till you get a job. If not, you may need to get a part time employment & then go to school after. Good luck!

I'm happy to tell you once again that my wife gave birth to a beautiful baby girl last month.
I was not even with her that time cos I moved out of the house and was squatting with a friend close to my house to avoid clashes with her, when it was time, a neighbor helped her to the hospital and inform me immediately which i went straight to the hospital and meet her, when I arrived at the hospital, she gave birth already and called me inside immediately, the first thing she did was to tell me that I'm a father now(in sign language) something she did not do for months. I congratulated her and after some small talks, I went and see the doctor to pay the bills. they gave me a list of things to buy which i bought immediately. we left the hospital the next day.
she went straight to where I was staying and tell me to come back home which I did, I was still afraid of her which she noticed too but what i saw the time was different. After some weeks, I noticed that she changed from that monster to her former self.
She apologized for everything she did to me, I told her that I did not hold anything against her and she should feel free. since then, even if i shout, she will cry, if I refuse to eat, more crying, if I come back late,. wahala, and nothing pains her more than me talking about the things she did when she was pregnant.

Lastly, I told her that we should go and do family planning but she is refusing that I did not trust her even after she apologized, it's now becoming another problem cos I can't allow her to get pregnant again till I sort myself out, I remember what I went through that time and I'm not ready for a repeat. but she is insisting that even if we start sleeping together again, nothing will happen cos she knows her circle very well.



I created this thread to update you on how she changed and prove those that attributed her behavior to pregnancy right. I'm still struggling financially but I don't need help from people, I said this because of the people that called me a scammer that time, and as far as I can remember, it was only one person with Nnamebuka(God bless him) moniker that sent something to me.

Congratulations on the birth of your daughter. I’ve seen pregnancy change women to either good or bad. I remember in high school we kept wishing one teacher would be pregnant every year because of how nice she became. As for the family planning, don’t gamble. Even though she tells you she won’t get pregnant, do t trust empty words. Get a serious birth control either injection or implant. My friend’s wife got pregnant 3 months after giving birth. I’ve heard pills fail especially if one is taking antibiotics. Be careful or number 2 will soon come .

I am not a lawyer & I don’t know much about the law. However, try obtain a divorce attorney to advise you. Ask about marriage under false pretenses. There was deception right from start. She also coerced you to marrying her in court. A good lawyer will use these issues to prove that the deception & coercion were all pre-meditated with the aim of acquiring half of your property should you later find out the truth. This may lead to the annulment of the marriage & may not have to lose your property.

Ohh thanks for clarifying. We Kenyans get attacked here a lot & am one of the keyboard warriors who are always ready to defend our country. I’ve always been that patriotic. BTW, if I shared with you some messages I got from a total stranger you’d be shocked. He messaged me on Facebook & began issuing threats simply because Kenya handed over Nnamdi Kanu.
