BREAKING!!! Unknown Gunmen Invade Ebonyi State, Kill Over 7 Persons

A yet-to-be identified gunmen in the early hours of Thursday invaded Onicha-Igboeze and Isu, killing over seven persons.

IGBERE TV correspondent gathered that among those killed include two lawyers and five civilians.


As at the time of filing this report, effort by IGBERE TV to get the reaction of the Ebonyi State Police proved abortive.

Meanwhile, Governor David Nweze Umahi on Wednesday warned Ebonyi State will not tolerate further killings.

Umahi further threatened to go after "the parents of the miscreants".

Am not from Nigeria but I sympathize with Nigerians regarding the recent killings in the country. My only point is that the government needs to stop bullshiting the people. The gun men are not unknown. They have families, friends & sympathizers. Those who know the murderers but don’t want to expose them are as guilty as them. It’s so sad to see that the sanctity of human life is no longer respected. Killing people has become as easy as killing a fly. My point is, someone knows the killers. Too much bloodshed in that country.

Glad the face you are getting rid of the pimples. The best way to get rid of dark spots or even lessen the appearance of wrinkles is to consult a dermatologist. I think your traumatic past is clouding your judgement. Surely you don’t expect the mother to molest her child. I’d understand if you want her to stop kissing her baby for fear of transmitting some germs, but your past seems to be making you so insecure to the point of sweating the small stuff. I suggest you seek therapy to help you deal with the past & as for the teenage girl living with you, if it will give you peace of mind, put a nanny cam in the house. They are now cheap & easily accessible.

In an establishment where I work, I happened to be one of the unmarried dude and as such, most of the unmarried ladies always rally around me probably with the hope of gaining my proposal for marriage.

Actually I am a very focused person, though I compromise especially when a lady feels I am snubbing her when she comes close, I like giving them that sense of belonging. There's this particular lady that always like going with me after work, as in she can't go without moving out of the work premises with me. I have tried everything I could to make her let me be, but she is an adamant type.

In addition to that, she started picking up quarrels with any lady that comes close to me....as in I don't understand. When I asked her why such attitude, she said she doesn't want other ladies to make me lose focus on my job. After our meeting early this week, she called me and said "hey....Smart(not real name though), I would want to have a brief meeting with you in my office. After some minutes, I then visited her office and lo and behold, I saw that same lady colleague of mine in there.

Hmmmm, I knew something was cooking, but then I gathered courage and sat down. Let me not bore you guys with long story, she just told us that our relationship in the company was becoming so distracting and as such, we should try to adjust or face sanction. She told me it was for the regard she had for me if not she would have taken drastic conclusion on us.

I tried defending myself, but she didn't want to listen further. As for my colleague, she didn't even allow her to utter a word. Like I said earlier, I have never opened up to the lady on relationship let alone to have dated her, she is just being desperate and it's offending my MD.


Please I need mature advice on how to handle this situation, cos the lady in question is not ready to withdraw her advances towards me.

If you don’t learn to speak up in this life & be firm with your decision, you’ll not have it easy. You need to tell this lady off. Tell her to leave you alone & let her know she’s not your type. They helped her and many other students. We have an organization that helps fundraise for poor students, named Affecto. It’s registered and helps highlight cases of needy students to Kenyans & then people donate money which is used to support these students.The founder is Ndungu Nyoro. Can be found on Facebook. He’s helped so many students and some of those he started with are now in the university
