Question : Is my brother part of my family in that context, yes or no? ( as brother is not listed among the inclusion marked red in image below)
what about if I am filling the same application for my daughter ,my brother who automatically happen to be her uncle ,is he part of her family in same context ,Yes or no .

I have been friends with my male friend for over 11years now, so he is more like a brother to me! He got married 3yrs ago, But we live in the same district, I do visit them once in a while! And I usually bump into his wife at market places, malls or on the street due to the fact that we live in the same district.

My friend is hardly around for the past few Weeks due to the fact that he do travel for work. . .But recently I have been seeing his wife with a Man just about the age of my friend, I have seen them together at the mall for 3 times now for a period interval of 3 weeks, I usually dodge and escape myself so they won't see me! The last time I saw them together I took a sneak pictures of them, I don't know this man, I have never seen him when I visit them, he is not a family member! I have been curious so I feel I should call the attention of my friend to this and send him the pictures too!

Should I tell him about it or what? I am confused!

You won't have any issue since you already have a scholarship letter to cover it. If the scholarship was awarded by the school after issuing CAS, you may want to bring their attention to it, but if it was awarded by an external body, then using the scholarship letter, you can apply for your visa

Yes you can try that but let them know you are processing the renewal. Note to others who might be in your shoes - always put in an application to renew your passport once you hit between 7-6 months left on validity. I was in similar situation recently, mine was to expire in September and I applied for renewal in January. I was lucky enough to get it issued after 5 months of my applying. Lets try so Nigeria don't happen to us.

Please I need urgent help, I paid for my 2 dependant IHS with my UBA dollar card.
My account got debited , got transaction confirmation email from IHS with transaction reference, yet I noticed on the portal, it kept taking me back to pay IHS again instead of moving to Visa payment.

Though when I made the payment, it wrote payment declined on the portal but IHS still sent confirmation email to me and I also got debited.

I called UBA customer care they said, they can only accept if I could attach decline mail I got from the IHS but I didn't get any decline mail..

So annoying that people do take others for granted. This man has been patronising my businesses for sometime now. He paid the first and second time swiftly at ease because I sold it very cheap for him as my pastor consign.The third time he asked me to get him same stuff which I did at almost same price, going up to 5 months now, since January haven't heard anything about the payment. At first I used to call him on Monday as a reminder but he keeps posting me til I got tired.
Because of this I skip Church most Sundays but today I was so angry that I had to go, waited till church service was over...I still sat there praying, hoping that this man will approach me about his debt.. till now nothing from him.

Sounds good then, perhaps you should contact UKVI directly (it's a paid service) and perhaps also, they require more information from you who knows. All the best

First off, thank you for your input! I genuinely appreciate it. The company sponsoring my visa is very genuine, I believe that. It's one of the world's largest financial services firms, with multiple offices in the US and offices in London, Singapore, and Hong Kong. The firm also sponsors a lot of visas across the world every year for skilled workers and for interns. Legitimacy definitely isn't a problem.

The Immigration Lawyers are also very solid. I checked the profiles of some of the lawyers I talked to at the start of my application on LinkedIn. The firm is registered in Sheffield and very competent. They submitted my documents online, so I just went to TLS for biometrics.

My friends who got their visas also got internship positions with the same company. I just wanted to confirm that my NYSC was not the factor holding back my visa approval. Thank you very much for providing this reassurance. Any other advise would be appreciated. Thanks again!

Go on and apply, the abnormality spotted is not something to affect your application. They are looking for TB and if spotted, they won't issue you that certificate. Their mentioning it, is to your advantage. Don't judge your reality with someone else's. All the best

Your friends who got the visa, did they apply to the same company as yours?

UK Visa does not rely on your NYSC status. Is the company sponsoring you a genuine one, that is are they approved by government for such visa sponsorship or are the immigration lawyers genuine?

I'm not aware of any categorizations of the Tier-5 UK Visa. All I know is that it's a visa that allows you to stay in the UK for about 3 months, and is frequently used for summer internships. The way the Tier 2 is called a Skilled Worker visa is the way the Tier 5 is called a Government Approved Exchange (GAE) visa.

The immigration lawyers were appointed by my sponsoring company, yes. The firm reached out last week to say that they are following up with the UKVI from London, but no decision yet.

My major concern is if my engagement with NYSC could prevent that approval of my UK visa. Some friends done with NYSC who did their biometrics two weeks after me already got their visas. So, please kindly advise. Thank you!
