Is there a particular land type that one can plant this moringa seeds?
Does it do well in areas prone to flooding?

Please I found out people now don't floor all the foundation during DPC, the only cover the blocks area only. What is the difference between the two.

The difference varies depending on who is doing the job.
The other difference is that the time used to source for back filling materials and doing it will be converted to laying the blocks from that DPC level to the roofing level.
The availability of funds and time schedule by clients is also the deciding factor.

If I'm not mistaken, that amount is the engineer's/supervision fee. You should offer him #200k.
Also note that you'll be paying separately for all works done by the mason/brick layer, their helpers and every other artisan. You're also paying for foundation excavation and blinding of the foundation.

Are you implying the brick layer or engineer is charging you #300k to do pegging/setting out + erecting the structure to the DPC/German floor level?

If money was paid twice to beneficiaries, the bank needs their consent before reversals can be done. Also, I don't see how banks will be 'trading' with excess money paid to beneficiaries as alleged here, as if the banks never had money to trade before these payments were made.

Banks don't actually need your consent in reversals especially when its noticed on time.
The same way the money came in, it will be reversed.
You'll not get an alert on that reversal.

You need to go and read the constitution/ law as it applies to the activities of the CCT/CCB and how it affects judicial officers.

Unfortunately for u the CJN was not solely appointed by the President unlike Kemi case,she was hired and can be fired by the president whenever he deems fit however in Onnoghens case here is what the law says

The charge against the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Walter Onnoghen ought not to have been instituted at the Code of Conduct of Tribunal in view of the case of Nganjiwa v FRN (2017) LPELR 43391 wherein the Court of Appeal held that a judicial officer who has not been investigated by the National Judicial Council and sanctioned for misconduct cannot be arraigned in any criminal court in Nigeria.

In other words the right way to go about it was to petition the NJC who will investigate and sanction him to resign if he is found guilty.

The CCT has no jurisdiction to sanction any judicial officer unless upon recommendations of the NJC

In the absence of chain lintel, its better the over lapping extends on both ends by 450mm.

do we have to open the wall and introduce wire mesh? extend the lintel to stop the crack from transferring down? or just open the cracks and re-plaster?

i know and plan to contract a mason for sure, but just want to understand the scale and methodology of repairs required.

I reside in PHC and BYS and same for my mason.
Just as someone has described using wire mesh for the repair works. But I use off cut rods for the repairs.
I'll post a pix of it within the coming days when I'm at the site.
